I needed some postcards printed for an upcoming event and Staples had the best deal; 25 cards for $25! I was told it would take a few hours and sure enough a few hours later, I'm notified that my cards are done and they look great! The printer let me know they accidentally printed 50 cards, but still only charged me for 25. What a steal! I do come here a lot for every day office needs, but this was my first printing experience and it will not be my last!

The manager Steve was nice and let me have 3 per limit. I respect this since we want other kids to have them too. Then comes a power tripping girl called Skylar. She told us that the limit was 1 per person. Then next day she told us limit is 1 per household, the next day she said if we came back she won't sell us any because we can't come everyday. They have different kinds everyday. I told her that I was not a reseller and was getting them for my daughter and respect their limits but she just told us that we can't come in the store everyday to purchase. The customer service from her is beyond me and the reason why I have to leave this review.

The woman said "Our UPS hasn't been delivered today" so I would be unable to get my package. I asked her when she expected the delivery so I knew when to return and she said, "We have no idea." WTF? So the UPS Store has "no idea" when their OWN TRUCK normally delivers? I felt like they were being lazy and uninterested in helping their customers. They could have told me to "come back right before closing" and I would have been fine with that. Or they could even have told me to come back tomorrow. But to leave the customer in suspense by saying "we have no idea" about the customers package is simply unacceptable. Hopefully they get a clue about proper customer service. I will avoid this business in the future.

The final proof forwarded by Crystal was approved for printing and mailing; however, when the new owner took over, that's when things took a turn for the worse. And I do mean worse.
