I got lucky that one of the big brown trucks rolled up so through the open roll-up door I was able to get the attention of what seemed like a manager. He said when they're on the desk alone they're allowed to lock the door 5 minutes early. Well that doesn't explain why the locked door 10 min when 2 guys were on the counter taking packages. He directed me to the door to the mailboxes and front counter. One of the counter employees was very unhappy to see me asking how I got in. The other did the receipt and labeled and took the box that had to sent that day. I left before close. It's clear we have a labor shortage when that jerk of a person is still there weeks later. Most of the people are plenty good but this guy (and maybe 1 more) are definitely bad apples.

What went well is being able to add cash to my FedEx Copy Card. The copies are good. The ability to…read moreprint be emailing is amazing. What didn't go well is the copies were a little higher than my balance. I asked to add to my balance by using my debit card because the printer does not allow you to change payment types while you are in the print cue. The printer stopped me because the balance was not enough. The clerk said they cannot add to the balance using a debit or credit card. I believe both options should be updated. When there is an issue with the payment it should be allow you to update the payment types while I read of having to log completely out and start over. Also at least a debit card should be allowed to up date the payment balance as a business feature.If they weren't low staffed today I believe the customer should be checked on to see if they were able to print their copies.

I used a white label and removed the Priority branding from the top, yet she repeatedly told me I could not send the package -- even though the exact same label was visibly hanging at the counter and is clearly used by others. And then I happened to be in the Green Hills vicinity with a package to mail. I knew there was a UPS store on Hillsboro Pike near the mall, so I gave them a try. Oh my goodness, what a tremendous difference between them and everyone else in the business!! I walked in expecting the same disappointment that I've experienced so many times with FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. There were two customers being helped by two employees. I didn't have much tome, and this could take forever because there will inevitably be an issue with BOTH customers that takes 20 minutes to resolve. That's how it's always been in my experience. Suddenly, as I approached the counter, a third employee emerged and happily took care of me at her register. But surely there will be some sort of issue with my package, or a delay, or a poorly trained employee that turns a simple package drop off into some sort of saga, right? No!! Absolutely no saga!! She had my package checked in and was handing me a receipt in 30 seconds. It was literally 30 seconds from the start to the finish of the transaction!! I was stunned!
