There are countless things wonderful about this business: 1. The staff members, esp. the owner, Lisa, remember you and always pleasantly greet you. 2. Their service is top-notch and stellar. I never worry about my package delivery or any other service not being taken care of with excellence. 3. The many conveniences that they offer that saved me from problematic situations and missed deadlines: faxing, notary, printing requests via email, which I frequently used for months until I got my own printer. They would have my printouts ready before I even got there. I always felt comfortable with how they handled my confidential information. 4. This is a family-run business with two owners but I'm only familiar with Lisa. Lisa works hard! I've seen her go in during peak seasons outside of store hours to make sure deliveries and such are taken care of. 5. They have the best selection of greeting cards. They really do! I could never resist getting a few while I was there even if I didn't know yet whom I were going to give or send them to. I cried after I went in to let the Lisa know I was moving away. She made me feel so valued and gave me a big hug. She said she would miss me and I knew she meant it. I have to be honest. The customer service is outstanding at this UPS store. That's why they got 1…read morestar. However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. Most of my visits here have been for Amazon returns and each time I come in, they are quick to assist and friendly while doing so. Never an issue. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

One guy was very, very nasty and tried to loud talk me. They tried little to help me trouble shot the problem. I left frustrated and upset. If you need fingerprinting sign up for some other place. Their customer service is horrible. I called the company that needed the fingerprinting from me and told them of the problem and they suggested make an appointment at the Nashville site and not to go back to the Franklin, TN site.

Recently, I needed to print a UPS label out to make a return package, since I do not have a…read moreprinter. I called this location and asked if they printed labels out and they told me that they did. It cost me only $2 to have it printed, and have my return package packed up. I chose this location over one closer to my house, because the one in Nippers Corner charges you $3 to print a label. Other key factors I noticed at this UPS location: 1. The employees knew all the regulars, and seemed to have a great relationship with them. Their customers genuinely like these workers - always a great sign of a good business! 2. A line started to back up when I first got there, and an additional employee came from the back and immediately got the other customers taken care of. 3. One of the customers was getting fussy over a package, and the employee handled the situation so well, and was able to turn the customer's mood around and had nothing but nice things to say about her once she left the store. I was very impressed with their customer service skills, and product knowledge, and will be going to this location from now on!

Claiming he spoke to a manager & they said the opposite when this originally started by the drivers pure laziness to bring the package the next day rather they took it to a store 30 minutes away from our apartment complex. Than they go on to explain there an independent franchise & aren't afflicted with UPS.. well so is mcdonalds but they're still the same company. I expected more from UPS as a company & am HIGHLY recommend staying away from these useless human beings in that specific store in the Bella meade region.
