I have been a business customer for some time. Had a recent project to be printed from a PDF for a 4x4 mural. I paid $260 for a 4x4 mural that is so pixelated that I can't use it. When I brought it to their attention, the fault was put on me as a customer with no solution provided. So I paid $260 for something that was thrown in the trash and who I have to go to another provider to have done correctly. What should have been done is once they saw was going to be pixelated, they should have let me, as the customer know. This would have been good customer service vs. blaming fault on the customer and providing no solution or refund. read more

BEWARE - Dropped off package Saturday morning and the staff member told me my package will not be picked up until 5:45PM on Monday - Yikes! I walked in and noticed there is a cool DIY do it yourself kiosk to scan your package label in and get a receipt, but bypassed it and went straight to the help desks. The staff member was gracious to show me how the kiosk worked -and scanned it in for me and took it to the back. I grabbed my receipt and walked to the car to check the status, refreshed, refreshed, refreshed, no update. It's a very expensive package so I go back in and show the staff no updates. Then he said it will probably be updated on Monday evening after they pick it up atriums 5:45PM. Oy vey. I wish I knew that BEFORE I scanned and dropped off. Especially if I could have scheduled someone to pick up at my house SOONER. UGH. Now I know I need to do next time. However the staff was super helpful and friendly so five stars it is!! read more

I always come by late at night for printing, and everyone I've worked with has been fantastic! Some of the prices are a little high, and the printers seem to do really odd things, but the workers always do everything they can to make it right - especially when I have a short deadline. read more

First time giving a negative review of any business. I had the worst customer service from David (with black hair and black mustache). After waiting in a long line he told me I needed to update my cc for my FedEx account. I stepped away from the counter to take care of it, but then instead of allowing me to go back to the counter, he sent me to the back of the line. I got here at 3:00 on Friday and now it's 4:00 and I'm still in line. FedEx, you all need to train him on customer service!!! I'll use another facility from now on. read more

I was there yesterday, I know corona time is a hard time, saying I had my mask on. At the desk lady asked me to stand on the purple spot which is about 6 feet from their front desk, imagine under the mask I had to shouting out my business info and account number, I asked her for paper or give her my phone for my account number, and she refused, If the company we were sending our shipment didn't want fed ex ; we would not ever work with fed ex. Called and walked through my order with one of the female workers who was very helpful and said not issues on having my print job done in 2 hours. Went to pick it up and no one knows anything about it other than they see the email. Really, no one wants to own up to it?? Had to start the process over when we got there. Now we will be late to a customer meeting. Now Arthur is also stressing out because the printer keeps jamming up. Arthur, your team members left you out to dry. Then after all of that, Cliff the assistant manager found our order but NO apologies. Lesson learned, bring the name of the person you talk with (I typically do but this time forgot), call them 30 minutes before it is due to make sure they are on top of it. This type of stress is something I did not need before meeting with a client. read more

My first experience with this fedex location, back in October, was stellar. Really wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me that day- so nice and helpful! Yesterday was a different story however. I went in to print some baby shower invites. The person who helped me, Shimal, could not have been LESS friendly. He informed me that the 4x6 size that I chose for my invites was certainly too small, 5x7 would look better. I replied that I was pretty sure this was a matter of personal preference and recently had some 4x6 invitations that looked amazing. He continued to argue with me about size. I've printed many many invites before- some 5x7, some not. And these were not intended to be larger. He said "are you planning to frame them?". Anyway, the job was done satisfactorily, but I could have done without the criticism and sarcasm. Pretty sure those aspects are not part of his job description. Thanks Shimal. read more

Never do an order online - only go in person! My husband emailed the documents and then called them to confirm that the documents were received and would be printed. When I got there, they didn't seem to know about the order and still hadn't printed them. This is not my first time having experienced this - they don't seem to ever have online orders even started printing when I arrive, even if you call and confirm over the phone. The color also printed in a purple color rather than gray which the PDF is. I'm not even sure how that happened. I definitely will not be using FedEx for printing again. It also costed about $30 for 20 color copies, which seemed a little outrageous to me. I do want to say that one of the employees there was very kind and understanding. Thanks Sara! read more

I never write reviews but this was the worst experience. I stood at the personal printers for 15 minutes trying to print only to be told by the employee once I approached the counter that Dropbox did not work. I proceeded to have to go through a ridiculous procedure in which I had to wait for the attendant to get gum, turn off my WiFi, emails fedex, go outside to get "away from the wires" and wait 20 more minutes. I just think there has to be a better way which I why I am writing this review. Be better please. read more

Even though the gentleman was helping another customer, he looked up, said hello and then let us know he'd be right with us. It's those simple things that are forgotten these days. FedEx Office Print & Ship Center can be a very helpful resource when in a bind to create professional looking documents or takeaways for your meeting participants. I recently had produced some 5 x 7 laminated color cards on a key ring that contained pertinent information for my audience. The pros: (1) The final versions of the card were very well done and have subsequently received quite a lot of praise. (2) The associates at the location were very friendly and helpful. The cons: (1) Cost. I had 75 12-page 2-sided 5 x 7 laminated color cards produced on a key ring, and the cost was $1,600. Holy sticker shock, Batman! (2) The first production run looked nothing like the proof provided to me three days earlier and is what I used to approve the job. The first production run had holes drilled in the left corner for the key ring but they drilled through text. If the proof had been produced in the same way, I would have known I needed to make changes to the spacing on my header. But, because it wasn't, I did not know until the full run was done. (3) The back and forth after that first failed production run felt unproductive. They couldn't show me anything because technically they don't have the necessary equipment at this location and ship a job "as large as mine" off to Memphis where there is proper equipment. So, it was taking a day to see whether the next production run was good or not. read more
