I've been waiting about 2-3 weeks for a package. I got an email just 3 days ago saying that it could not be shipped to my house because I "moved" even though I gave the sender my current address (I've also been at this new house since May and this was the first product I bought from the company, so there's no way they'd even have my old address). The website said that I could either physically go down to the pickup location or schedule a delivery. I'm very busy most of the week, so I tried to schedule a new delivery time, that way I'd know when to be home to receive it. I had to make a UPS My Choice ID just to find out that since they hadn't actually found my house (or probably didn't even try to deliver it in the first place), I didn't have an InfoNotice (the note they leave on your door when you aren't home to receive your package). When trying to schedule a delivery date, you have to have an InfoNotice Number to prove that you actually have a package that you missed even though they know your package is at their building. Oh, and if your package is being held at a pickup location, it isn't tracked anymore, even though you have to select a currently tracked package to schedule a new delivery time. That was another issue I ran into. This afternoon, I got a notice in the mail (like, the mailbox, not an InfoNotice they put on your front door), saying I have to pick it up tomorrow or they're going to send it back to the sender. The date they apparently sent this letter to me was a week ago, even tho I got the email 3 days ago, and this letter today (we check our mailbox everyday, so there's no way we would've missed a letter in the mail for a whole week). Now I've got to go downtown after 4pm because of their bizarre hours for something that would've been sent in within the week if it were Amazon. My little brother had issues with UPS too and he's right. Don't trust them with your packages. Just use Amazon or literally any other shipping company. read more
