She sees it and ignores it and then more packages fall off and she keeps ignoring it and just pulling the cart. All the while everyone else in the store has a great attitude and polite to customers. The woman said "Our UPS hasn't been delivered today" so I would be unable to get my package. I asked her when she expected the delivery so I knew when to return and she said, "We have no idea." WTF? So the UPS Store has "no idea" when their OWN TRUCK normally delivers? I felt like they were being lazy and uninterested in helping their customers. They could have told me to "come back right before closing" and I would have been fine with that. Or they could even have told me to come back tomorrow. But to leave the customer in suspense by saying "we have no idea" about the customers package is simply unacceptable. Hopefully they get a clue about proper customer service. I will avoid this business in the future.

However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. Most of my visits here have been for Amazon returns and each time I come in, they are quick to assist and friendly while doing so. Never an issue. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

I was returning a clothing item in the same bag it was shipped in -- the packaging was in great condition. He insisted this had always been the rule and that I would need to purchase a box instead. This has never happened before, and when I pointed out he was the only employee to ever cite this "policy," he became argumentative. It wasn't until one of his team members stepped in and confirmed the package was fine that the issue was resolved. Employees like Graham create unnecessary friction and damage customer relationships over rules that don't actually exist.
