Cheap cheap cheap. This store charges you 1.50 to print off a shipping label. The store is a mess and the employees are worthless. Avoid!!!! read more

This UPS sits in the shopping plaza along with Hugh Baby's and Applebee's, and for the most part is your standard UPS Store. Came to drop off a few Amazon returns. The Staff was helpful, getting me in and out with ease. One of my returns required a printed label, which would normally cost a few dollars, however the Associate kindly waived the fee and printed the label with no issue. Process was solid, service was friendly and overall good visit to this UPS location. read more

Ive been to this location multiple times and mostly everyone is friendly but I wanted to highlight their employee Taylor who helped me ship a very special package to a family member. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly even though they were closing soon and helped me get my package all together so it would arrive on time for my brother. I was super grateful for the extra care she took and wanted to note that it made my day! read more

Avoid this location at all costs! It says they do passport photos online and then you go in and you wait online for 10 minutes and then they tell you they don't have the screen to do it even though it says it online! read more

Really disappointed that they decided to lock the doors early today. As I pulled up at 5 minutes until close they had already locked the exterior doors and the metal caging around d the counters. Two workers were inside but did not knowledge me. Now I have to make another trip unnecessarily. read more

While visiting Nashville from California, we stopped by the UPS Store to return an Amazon package I didn't want. Amazon clearly stated to box and label, which I had my own box with a label. The representative at the front counter told me it had to be a UPS box. I didn't agree but didn't want to argue, so I just paid after a second reason why I had to have a UPS box and left. I've made Amazon returns at many different states and this is the first time I had to have a specific UPS box only to return an Amazon item. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. However, if indeed all the Nashville UPS stores have changed their policy toward Amazon returns and they are consistently explaining the same reason to all their customers then I'd gladly change my review. If not, then please be made aware that this particular UPS store will have you purchase their box even if you already have one, to return your Amazon package. If you don't agree with this you should seek out another UPS store. I could've but decided to pay for the box because I didn't want it taking space while on travel. Although the representative was very professional about explaining their new policy on Amazon packages and the requirement to use UPS boxes, we agreed to disagree, paid what I owed, happy it was out of my travel luggage and went about my travels. The facility was clean and very organized, they assisted the customers throughout my visit with courtesy snd professionalism, and they were quick which tells me they work hard to keep business going. read more

Welcomed immediately upon my arrival. I was able to get in and out in about 8 minutes. Heather was extremely helpful and professional. Heather advised me what was the best way to send my letter with the quickest and most efficient way possible. Thank you UPS store! read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I recently had something shipped from this store to my studio in NYC. Without being there, I was able to communicate with the team at the store, get reasonable and fair prices for packing and shipping some complicated items, and they were great. They communicated thoroughly and packed everything carefully. When the shipment was damaged in transit, the team at this store immediately initiated the insurance claim and put everything in motion to help me. They made a difficult situation much more tenable and rescued me from a disaster. I'll be grateful forever and will use them any time I need a shipment handled in the Nashville area. read more

I had to ship a whole couch back to amazon with no boxes. While the big boxes aren't cheap they helped us by running through our options and suggestions on what to do. Saved a lot of money thanks to their great customer service! read more

I came in with a custom print job of playbills for my show and the associate who helped me went absolutely above and beyond with making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He was extremely patient, detail oriented, and precise in his work and wouldn't stop until we got the best result. This is definitely the best service I've ever had at a UPS Store and I highly recommend this store's service for all of your printing needs! read more

The man who works here (Douglas) is incredibly rude, disgruntled, and takes his stress out on customers. Saying things like "well I don't have time for that" or cutting you off mid sentence. He makes it very clear he is miserable. I hope he finds a new job soon. read more

Usually this place has bad service but there new worker "Nadia" I believe is her name, is knowledgeable and very kind!!

Service is rarely professional and seem to be annoyed by your presence. After once again coming here because of the convenience of location I call to confirm a notary is on sight only to arrive and find out the service is not available... disappointed once again. read more

Terrible service every time I come in to this store. The guy who is always here is rude and miserable. He took people before me because he wanted to get the easy ones out of the way. His wording. Never coming to this location again. You guys should fire him for how rude he is to customers. read more

Douglas was one of the most helpful UPS associates I have interacted with! He went out of his way to assist us with our delayed package and making sure we were able to connect with people who could assist us quickly. Because of him we got a resolution and update and didn't have to spend hours on the phone waiting on customer support. read more

Helpful employees - I was in and out, with my package sent with no problems! So thankful to the UPS employees that helped me get on with the rest of my day with as little stress as possible. I'd definitely go to this UPS store location again! read more

I usually don't do reviews for stores like this, and I honestly usually use FedEx, but this is a great store. The people here are totally willing to help you with all of the paperwork, even completing some of the forms for me in the past. I have always been in and out of here very quickly. The few times where there has been a bit of a line, someone always appears from the back to help the line move along quickly. It's as though they get paid per customer, which is great. read more

I am a Nashville resident, but this was my first time at this location and will definitely be my last. I just got off my shift at the hospital and times are stressful enough right now with Covid 19 that I do not need to be treated in such a rude and hateful manner. I walked into an empty store apart from the two employees with an amazon return. I placed the relatively large box on the floor and was berated by the girl behind the counter for not place it on the scale. She then proceeded to get an outrageous attitude when I requested a receipt. This kind of childish behavior continued through the entire interaction. Through the entire interaction I never responded in anyway other than a quiet bewilderment. I was taken back by why someone would treat a customer like this who was just dropping off a package. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. I have had an issue with other stores charging $2 to $3.00 to print a return label. At one time this store never charged for that but now they do....$1.00. Still, they have always been helpful with showing me how to print a label to taping up my boxes. I hope they continue with these same policies, as I will then continue to drive out of my way to do business with this particular UPS store. read more

We're both disabled. One is blind and one is in a wheelchair. We were so confused about sending a return back to Amazon. Douglas was our CSA. He was kind, Professional, Personable and went out of his way to help us. He had us both sit in our van in the parking lot and he helped me on my cell phone to report the return correctly. He ran back and forth until both returns were squared and sent back. Such customer care is just so very rare now days. I would recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I can't say I've ever been in a business and encountered employees quite as outwardly hostile as The UPS Store on Thompson Lane in Nashville, TN. My last visit (3/9/2021) was the most outrageous visit yet. A new employee was struggling terribly with processing the three small padded envelopes I was trying to send out. Everyone has a difficult first several days on the job so I wasn't upset at all with her - until she asked for help from the other employee manning the front desk. This employee seemed a little more seasoned - but maybe only by a couple of months. She had an absolutely awful grasp at what "customer service" means, interpreting it as an opportunity to talk to me very slowly and deliberately but firmly - kind of like how someone would talk to a disobedient child. I was being extraordinarily patient with the employee I was working with and when I finally reached a level of exasperation that I had to ask if everything was "OK" and that all I needed to do was mail these three pre-addressed envelopes this second employee got involved like she was ready to do battle. I left feeling really confused by how things went so wrong in there. Unable to resist, as I walked out the door to go to the post office she loudly issued a "have a blessed day" that was loaded with insincerity and sarcasm you - a parting shot, just for good measure, to get in that last little dig on me. The whole interaction was really out of control and it was not the first time I've had trouble with this particular UPS Store. One employee acts so sullen and bored and "so done" with Life in general that you have to worry if your package will arrive in one piece because she's asleep at the wheel every time you go in there. This place is rife with personnel and customer service issues and if you actually care about what you are sending out and it getting there without incident I would suggest the UPS Store at the Edmonson Pike and Old Hickory Boulevard intersection. read more

The staff here is phenomenal! They are always friendly and helpful. I love their Frequent Shipper offer which gives you every 11th package free! As an eBayer who ships a lot, they have really saved me some money! It's not the closest UPS Store to my house, but I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Since I'm addicted to online shopping and often have to return clothes/items that I don't like, I come to this specific UPS store pretty frequently. It's close to my house, which is convenient for me! What I like about this particular store: the staff. Shipping items can be pricey and a somewhat confusing process but literally every time I have been there, the employees have been SUPER helpful. They've answered any questions I've had and have given me cheaper options (that I didn't know existed) for shipping. They have saved me a lot of money, which I appreciate! Will continue to come here as long as I remain living in the area! read more

I have used the services at this store a number of times now for package return, overnight delivery, copying, enlarging and laminating services. The customer service provided here is excellent. Every single time I have come in the employees have been great, actually going above and beyond in some cases. It's just always a pleasant experience and you don't find that kind of consistently great service much anymore. A+! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I just called up there and was talked to like absolute garbage by a lady and a male worker. I was very nice and all I was trying to do was get tracking information. The male worker I spoke with said, "most people want the cheapest shipping method and you did not pay for tracking." I advised I wasn't aware of paying for tracking or I would have, nor was I ever given the option. He also advised me that I was prematurely worrying about a package when most postal services don't technically consider packages being lost for 45 days. All I was trying to do was get information and I as treated very poorly. read more

WOW! I too enjoyed an amazing experience here. I had a large non-standard size fragile package to ship. The people here (Douglas) took time to offer sizing and shipping SOLUTIONS on the phone. Then he worked with my retail shipper directly so I was worry-free after one phone call. This is the kind of extra-mile creative service that keeps people coming back. read more

I typically dread going to any kind of post office because of unhappy and unhelpful workers. This is without a doubt the best post office I've ever done business with. Went antique shopping with my wife while in Nashville and this was the closest location to ship stuff home. When I asked them to charge my UPS account, they told me they couldn't as they're a franchise. They charged me $40+ to ship a 20 lb ground package. When I returned home I discovered the rate should have been about $18. A total ripoff. read more

If you would like friendly customer service, someone to greet you when you walk in the door, or just to speak to you when spoken too, this may not be your place. I don't know why, but my experience with this store has been so inconsistent. The store manager is always kind and helpful, but some of the staff are hit or miss, shall I say. They may be in deep conversations with each other, or just non responsive for another reason....but either way it has happened often and it makes the customer feel like they are bothersome. I will start using another location from now on. read more

So I have temporarily found myself without a printer and have been relying on UPS for my small print jobs (1-5 pages). I had been using this location because it's closest to my home. I think the UPS website guarantees that quick print jobs will be done within 24 hours. Not super convenient for such a small print job but I have been dealing until I find a better alternative. I happened to use another UPS location (Green Hills) because I had some errands to run close by and they had my job ready for me within an hour. So then I realized, no, it shouldn't take 24 hours to print 2 sheets of paper. And this location always uses the whole 24 hours. Again, totally within what they guarantee so I don't have a ton of room to gripe, but at the same time, it's something that takes 30 seconds to get done. So I'll just be using another location going forward. Also, this location always screws up the job in some way - double sided when I ordered single sided, color when I ordered black and white, etc. The staff is totally nice when I go in, so nothing against them, I would just go somewhere else if you need a small print job done quickly and accurately. read more
