I have had a box and used this store for 13 years from it's original location on Spedale Court to it's current location on Main Street. WOW!!! Always stellar service! I travel for my work and wherever I am they speedily forward my mail. Also, when I am in town I am ALWAYS given excellent service. I highly recommend them!! read more

Bad store with an attitude. Would not scan my return for Amazon and sent me to the end of the store to do it myself and bag and tag item no explanation other than Amazon put in their own equipment to save money. What a bunch of malarkey. I am sure who every come up with is idea will exit with their tail between their legs and kicking road apples down the road and wonder what happened. Not sure who picks up the bags and if UPS has any involvement at all. Just rude sower people will not return to this store. read more

These guys have been awesome for Christmas. I have returned many things and they have helped me greatly without having to charge me.

I went by to get some closing documents notarized, and I was charged $120 to stamp 8 pages of the closing documents. I have been to other UPS Store locations that stamped more than once, and I was never charged more than $15. I was not informed up front that it was going to cost so much. $120 is highway robbery for something that took less than 3 minutes to take care of. Later, I found out that the US Bank location inside Walmart across the street notarizes documents for free (even for non-customers). If you're dropping off a pre-labeled or Amazon return in a box that's already taped and ready to go, then this place is fine. Don't expect them to tape up your box for free like FedEx and USPS - this isn't a UPS owned store and they will charge you for it. read more

I will make sure to avoid visiting this particular UPS store in the future. Although I've never had a problem with any other UPS stores, the customer service at this location is incredibly poor. Specifically, Aaron's attitude was very disappointing and his manager didn't offer any assistance either. read more

They were nice enough and quick....but should put a sign on the door about the taping fee- I have never been charged a taping fee at competitors. I had something to ship and a few items with QR codes . They couldn't take both kinds of packages at once.... So after the first transaction I was sent to another line about 6 people long and once I got there I saw the sign by that register about a taping fee. I confirmed this with the person at the register so I headed back to the car to tape my 2 boxes and back in line a third time. Would've been nice to have a sign on the door about taping fee and I could've avoided a trip back out to the car! Granted, not a huge deal but frustrating! read more

24 hours for 10 pages to print. Called the ups store in Franklin and it was completed before I got there

The first UPS store that has a "24 hr printing wait time" I have ever been to. You can't print anything while you are there, you get put into a que and cannot pick up until next day. The lady who I spoke with tonight mentioned the owner put this policy in place, it seems to me that the "owner" has no idea how to run a business and needs to take the print services down from the website and front door sign. Misleading and ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere. read more

This place is ridiculous. They charge for EVERYTHING. I drove 20min to this store as it's the closest store to me. I had a preprinted label on my phone but don't have a printer. Normally they charge $1.00 to print which I'm fine with but today they said they can't print any documents without a "24 notice" like SERIOUSLY??! Or they gave me the option to rent a computer...come on guys....what happened to customer service or even common sense for that matter...Whoever is running this place obviously doesn't care about serving customers cause this is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard of. I'll be going to the Franklin UPS from now on. DONT GO TO THE UPS IN SPRING HILL. read more

This place exemplifies what Spring Hill is all about! These folks have legitimately become like family to us. They even helped me make my wife's anniversary gift this year (a spiral bound book of memories...awww!) I don't know if I've ever written a review before, but these guys deserve it! They wouldn't scan my barcode and literally could not even give me a reason they simply just refused and made me use the self service... while there were literally 4 employees standing around doing nothing. I told them the one in Franklin has no problem scanning barcodes and the teenage boy's reply was "Good for them", definitely could have done without the attitude....needless to say worst customer service ever! read more

Rude each time I've gone in and this day in particular I called twice within 3 hours to see if a replacement modem was shipped there because I got no tracking info on it. The second call the guy answered the call with a sigh and when I said thank you he hung up before I could even get the words out of my mouth. Customer service is below average here. read more

The folks at the UPS Store in Spring Hill make my life and my job a whole lot easier. I'm not at home very much and most of the packages I receive require a signature, so it's very convenient to have my virtual mailbox here. They are always friendly and helpful and the hours are convenient for me. The store is clean and organized and always smells nice. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I can always depend on Jason and his folks to let me know when I have packages to be picked up, when they see me pull into the parking lot they gather my things and have them waiting on me at the counter, now THAT is good customer service. Called to see if my package had arrived for pick up. Jason answered the phone, who happens to be the owner, who Made me aware he was unwilling to help as I should be able to track this online. I insisted that I was enroute to his location and wanted to confirm I wasn't making a trip for nothing.
