Completely unprofessional and unfriendly. I went there to make copies for my grandmothers funeral program and waited at the copy center for 10 minutes. Employees ignored me. I finally went to the tech area to a manager that didn't seem to know anything. I asked for help but he continued to talk with an employee rather than help me. Finally he sent some girl over to help who was no help and had an attitude. I asked for copies to be made and she said well I doubt you will get them today! Seriously what do you employees do besides not helping people. I told her it wasn't good enough and I am taking my business somewhere else. Never again will I shop at a Staples. First of all I typically shop at Office Depot so this is my punishment. I was traveling on business and had to buy a keyboard. I took a chance and bought a wireless one. Bad decision on this particular brand. I had not had a chance to get back to a Staples until AFTER their (ridiculous) 14 day return policy. I still attempted thinking I would simply return and purchase other items I needed that 3 times exceeded the original purchase. Would not recommend their computer repair to anyone!!!! Brought our business computer in for a hard drive installation and transfer of backed up files from external hard drive, first thing Monday morning. When we got it back to our shop 99% of the files were not transferred and they installed the wrong version of windows ( I had repeatedly expressed to them that it was the brain of our business and had to run on Windows 7 Professional to run the equipment.) These guys have got to be the most customer unfriendly, lazy, untalkative, employees I've ever encountered at a staples store. Sure the store is the run of the mill store but the people just horrible. The manager is the same! We've go one guy standing at an empty checkout stand, a guy at the print center tending to one customer, a manager tending to a cusyomer. A guy standing at the ink counter strapping security devices to items. I ask him for help and he doesn't say anything. No Stars!!! I ordered something online and got an email that it had arrived in store. I went to pick it up the following day and they tell me it's not there! It had been signed for by an employee at the store, as the email indicated. How can an employee sign for something that's not there?! I then asked if I can speak to the manager to try and find some sort of resolution (and I don't mean a discount...I just really wanted to know what happened) they said she didn't need to talk to me as my items was not there. I'm sorry, that's not a good enough reason for me to not see the manager. The customer service rep that called me wasn't any better. They gave me an "oh, did they give you your money back? I wish I could give a negative star! The staff and copy center are great. The customer service is great. The General Manager Aaron is the "black eye" on this store. I have had 2 issues at this location...both problems with this guy! He either doesn't understand how to credit back a rebate on a return...or just refuses to do it. Even his employees said he is a joke...and that he gets many complaints. He didn't even want to give me the customer service number once he knew I was going to complain...too bad, I made one anyway. He is the reason I will never go back! This store needs to understand that his lack of care is hurting this location. read more

I went into their tech department recently and was trying to find some ink for my printer. I knew exactly which ink cartridge it took and saw they didn't have it . I asked an Associate named Thomas if he could check to see if they had anymore up on top or perhaps in the back. Rather than assisting me, he was extremely rude and just made it seem that I was a bother. Since he didn't even offer to go check I went back around to see if I could find it myself. As I was looking for it, a tall male associate greeted me and asked if I needed help . Sure enough I told him the ink number he checked and pulled some off the top shelf for me ! I don't post negative reviews. However, I placed a printing order online in which I immediately called to cancel since I no longer needed it. I sent an email to cancel (said they couldn't find my order). Also, called them to make sure & I got the same reply with saying that they couldn't find my order. A few days later, I received the order through mail. Never got a reply back. I'm very reasonable, but poor communication on their part. Disappointed. read more

I'm giving this location 5 stars because of the great customer service I received from Detangla (Tana). She helped me in the printing department and was kind and patient. I had no idea what I was doing but she guided me through it. I had to get some pictures/posters made at the last minute. I thank her with all my heart! She is very professional! Customer service here is horrible! Went in today to purchase a couple items, I was in line when I realized that the coupon I had was from OD. But I've been here before and they've honored it. When I went up to the cashier and presented her the coupon, she had a nasty response and said this is staples not Office Depot. Well duh I'm aware of it, Office Depot has their new ad out before customers walk-in, they greet their customers, and don't give attitude to their customers. I am leaving this store super annoyed. No one was on the floor to help people. I stood in line with another woman who just wanted a price check and stood there for almost ten minutes. Then when I asked for help to get a product off the shelf (I had my baby in my arms) the gentleman just got one down and walked away. I saw three more of the products in the way back and when I went to pay I asked the lady if I could have the 3 and guess what, she says there are no more. So I told her to have someone look up top and again no more. I saw them and yet the person who "checked" says there were none. Some lazy a** people at this store. Oh. And just so you know these workers keep their crap behind the registers to buy for themselves. Because there was some of what I wanted back there too but they were "paid for" and all of a sudden two were available. NEVER coming back again. read more

Horrible Copy & Print service. I needed 2 pdf attachments (1 page each) printed and it took close to an hour before I finally gave up and called it a day. The representative was not at all helpful. Representative was helping 2 other individuals with larger orders (custom business cards/ envelopes) and could have acknowledged me and at least told me he received my email and would help me shortly but nothing. I stood there close to an hour and still I was not addressed. I figured I go to a computer access my email and just pint myself but the computer was extremely slow and was being charged per minute. Once I finally printed my 2 copies I needed to use the copier to make my attachment double sided, but I was not able to figure out the self feed on their copiers and there was no additional help around to even try to assist me. I spent well over $5 on something that should have cost less than $1. I don't recommend this location, horrible customer service! read more

Slow service, they close early, they open late. No service is available at all unless you go to the cashier. Owner obviously doesn't like money. You guys are surrounded by schools. I'd have that store open at 6am. Make sure teachers come buy supplies early. No WiFi either. Like wtf man. I wish I could love your store since I live right by. This was once a great store, but now TERRIBLE customer service. There was one clerk at check-out, who had a bad cold or flu. Everyone else who worked here was hidden away. I was returning some clips that I bought online, and people were lining up in back of me. Finally, the ill clerk called for Aaron, the manager. He came out for a short while to help with the half dozen or more people, who were lined up in back of me. I never received the $60 box of copy paper that I ordered online, so I was asking for a refund. I got the refund for the clips bought online, but Aaron would not give me a refund for the paper that never arrived - It would mess up his inventory! The clerk with the terrible cold gave me the phone number to call to get the refund. The reason I keep referring to the clerk with the cold is that she would constantly wipe her nose with the inside of her hand and then handle receipts, credit cards, etc. I would give this a negative star, but unfortunately I can't. Get a new manager and some workers (besides the sick clerk) who will actually help people in the store. read more
