I have already purchased a few different RC cars from them so far, and they have all held up amazing! I've brought them in for repairs multiple times already since go crazy on the cars, and the staff is all so helpful and kind! Everyone has great qualities, and you could learn a lot from every visit. But I'd have to admit I've never seen such poor service in my life. When it comes to being around other hobbyists. I waiting in line to be helped while the girl behind the register finished helping her current customer. She seemed very polite & helpful. But that became very obvious that it was because she was flirtatious with the clients. When I proceeded to then ask a question if they had TCG Cards (Pokemon or One Piece). She did answer that they had sold out, but then proceeded to just act like I didn't exist. Not sure, why I would need to have to be flirty just to buy an item they have behind the register. I genuinely just wanted to look at the One Piece Deck set that was behind the worker with the Comb Over. Who also proceeded to act like I didn't exist. Not my fault they're physically attractive to be my type to flirt my way into a sale. Definitely wack employees today. Anyways, definitely check out the BULGOGI KBBQ! The server barely spoke English & their service was WAY MORE EXCEPTIONAL! Great Food!

I hope they're able to get the help that they need to help support their community, but I still stand by the frustration experienced when attempting to reach out multiple times.* I've spent a good amount of time calling this store trying to get ahold of a worker for clarification on a tournament they are holding. The phone doesn't even fully ring before you get sent to voicemail so I want to assume they're declining the call, but hopefully I'm wrong. Called since their opening and between the hours and still no luck talking to someone. They don't respond to their socials either. This feels very unwelcoming to new folks trying to stop by and support their shop. Unfortunately I cant comment on anything else from this shop as this was enough to deter me and my friends from wanting to visit, but it's great to hear from their community about their situation which clearly means their locals are happy playing there.

They host a lot of cool events and tournaments and the owner is really nice. I saw him give kids some "help" getting their grail cards multiple times. He's a kid at heart so he always tries his best to help their eyes light up. I always go here to check out their new Gundam models even though they're mainly known for their TCG and other collectables. If you're looking for TCG, always come early and speak to the staff about what they have coming in because you guys know the struggles are real right now!

Dusting my old Yelp account off to give a local store some well deserved props…read more Roughly six months ago my 4 year old son and I stopped by on a random weekend. The place was packed! The owner (super busy due to the event that was ongoing) still found the time to make me and my son feel extra welcome. He even gave my son a Space Marine mini! So I stopped by last week having found a few moments to dive into a new hobby. Again, the customer service was top shelf. Very knowledgeable and provided me with all the options available to me as a point of entry. Off a glance, you can tell this location is run by a staff of one. Devoted to his dream of having a successful shop and building a strong and friendly player base. Supporting him in that goal is the least I can do for the offered free assistance in building / painting my minis and finding games which will be a bit more noob friendly. I'll be happy to return and feed my newly formed addiction, and hope this location sticks around for years to come.

The ambiance can get a bit loud since there are table games happening behind the counter, but it's not really distracting. It actually adds a bit of energy to the place. The staff member who helped me had really good vibes, which made the visit even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're into cards. I'd recommend going in the afternoon when it's less busy so you can get the best experience and they value the card based on TCG player price!

Body language, eye contact, and tone are lacking. I understand the hobby demographic is not high class, but from the 4 visits I've had, the employees behind the counter show less care and attention. Probably a generational issue, but in business, that doesn't matter. Proper training should be issued. Though I am also sure they would use AI to formulate a "proper" response to any concerns or complaints about what they lack. Value wise: I requested to match or get close to market value from TCG player on product, and they rejected it statong that they dont follow market since they have to make money too "you know what I mean?" This has been a trend on LGS it seems, however one LGS in Artesia/Cerritos met my request despite card/cash payment. I'm pretty sure the script would later be flipped when the market goes up after supply drops with the response of "sorry marketing value is this so we follow that." If you can ignore all that, go for it. Otherwise just look for another store or go to Card shows.
