The fellow at the counter was SO PATIENT as I asked him to dig through all their bulk. I came with an ordered list to make his search as easy as possible, but the cards are spread out across 10 different expansions, so he did have to do quite a bit of digging. At no point did he seem frustrated, even though there were other customers waiting to be helped. We ended up striking 8 cards off our list, which was more than I expected! I was so surprised when it was only $9 for the lot - we would've had to pay about three times as much if we'd purchased them through ebay.

The staff is friendly and helpful and orders are done and filled pretty quick. The store is clean and organized. I did my first pre release event with them and had a blast. I have other LGS closer to me but I prefer driving out the extra several miles and supporting this company instead. I've never had any order issues with them. It was obvious to everyone watching that it was an honest mistake, yet he doubled down rather than showing even a shred of professionalism or basic decency. No business owner should treat customers with that level of hostility over fifty cents. Mistakes happen, but publicly humiliating someone says far more about the owner than the customer. And while we're at it, the overconfident attitude paired with the aggressively slicked-back hair wasn't exactly helping the image. Respect costs nothing, unlike the goodwill this interaction probably did.

Do We Collectibles offered only 70% TRADE Value. I understand every shop has different margins, but I found the offer to be well below what other local shops are willing to offer, let alone trade. I'd recommend shopping around before making a deal here.
