Highly recommended. I have an old nitro car that's been sitting for over 10 years. Engine was a bit seized up. Guillermo spent about 5 minutes and got the pull start moving again. Popped in store today. Great selection of hobbyist RC. I asked the associate for something faster than the Amazon crap we've purchased in the past which can be $60. Something tough, durable and fast. We had a selection of 3 trucks to choose from in the $100-$200 range. We picked one at the top of our range for $200. The Traxxis TR4MT. We charged it fully change the mode to its speed/race mode and I kid you not this thing is half the speed of what we'd get on Amazon. I call the store and ask if we return it since it's not fast at all and they say no returns even with receipt if the rc is open. Odd policy in this day and age. Also considering at the store we did ask if we could see it out of the package and they said absolutely not. Also the truck feels super cheap. A bit disappointed. Won't be able to go back due to the return policy here. It should be 7 days no questions asked if you're not happy for a full refund. read more

RC Visions customer support is a joke. I paid $50+ for expedited shipping and when the shipper failed to deliver on time, RC Visions customer support refused to initiate the process (which they themselves recommended) to file a claim with the shipper. A local place to buy RC toys. I bought a RC car that did not work out of the box, found a lot known issues with the car, never got it to work and then found an alarming No Returns policy. I never buy from a retailer that does not support what they sell. Buying something that does not work out of the box, leaves me to ship it to the manufacturer which takes a long time. On Amazon. I could have bought the car for less with a flawless return experience. While I have not approached the store I'm not optimistic about resolving the issue right away so my boy can play with his new toy. Many things did not work and they are known issues out of the box. I purchased 4 remote controls cars for $625.00 at Christmas and was told any concerns come on back. I had an issue with one battery a $20.00 value. I returned to the store to see what can be done as well as buy a few extra as back ups. It is then that I was informed information to not let the battery run out. This facility doesn't warranty anything you purchase so don't spend your money here. If you do , ask what they cover before spending your hard earned money at Rob's RC shop. I purchased two Arrma Mojave 6s with accessories, spent $1950.00. Within the first week, one of the trucks worked out of the box with no issue, the other had issues with the steering servo. You figure Rob's RC would assist. Instead, they told me to contact Horizon and deal with it through Arrma's warranty. Instead of waiting for a response (which I am still waiting) i purchased a new servo. Spent another $40.00 on an Eco servo to make the car work. That servo burned out a few days later. Instead of spending more money at Rob's RC shop, I bought servos on Amazon (2 for $40), saving money. Amazon sells the exact items they do at a discounted price, and they provide a warranty for faulty equipment. Do your homework before you spend your hard-earned money. read more

so a few months back i purchased a UDR 1100$ i was very satisfied with the product, also went back purchased extra tires, after market trailing arms and a few other things like tools and glue ect. but fast forward to today my speed sensor went bad so i decided ill take it in an have them install a new one, 200$ no problem Giervo helped me and was very kind took a look at the truck told me to replace the speed sensor and it will be good as new, stated ill have it done by the end of the night, i told him ill just come back tomorrow around 1 pm to pick it up no issues. i show up the next day and walk through the door and Oscar is working, i say whats up oscar, he's like hey.. what do you need, very stand offish. i ignore the tone and state, i have my truck here i dropped it off yesterday just here for a status update. he says, I'm not sure ill call you when its done, i ask for and estimated time he looks back and says we will finish it when its done, ill call you when i call you... I then thought why is this guy so mad, asked if giervo was present , he says "nope". I ask where is geirvo? he says far away receiving packages, I then ask can I wait. when will he be back? he looks at me say i dont know we will call you when its done, i ask him hey man why the animosity i just want some information, He looks me dead in the face and say look it doesnt seem like you like my answer i dont want to help you,.. i got a little flustered and said fine give me my truck back... he storms off to the back grabs my truck in pieces(frame apart, no speed sensor, missing tire no body cover) drops it on the desk and say, here you go take it.... smiling. i reply this isnt right just keep the truck till geirvo shows up. a few months back a Employee named Herby sold me a truck and i saw him a few times at the events and since then i had his number for any info i might need on my rc car, i decide to call him only to find out he doesnt work there any more... sadly. he helped me any ways told me that giervo is litterally in the buildng right next to the store and i could go there to talk to giervo, so now heading home i filp a u turn and head back, go to the building next door and there is geirvo, he greets me shakes my hand i inform him of my interaction with oscar and he apologizes and states he will have my truck done soon litterally all i needed i live far away.. i like the hobby and i enjoy spending money at the shop you have a very cool rc shop. unfortunately i dont think oscar cares where his paycheck comes from because of the way he treats customers who spend money there. if the owner sees this you can always message me. read more
