Took my sons truck to rc visions with and issue with driveline. Guillermo grabbed the truck and had it fixed and explained what the issue was. Will always return and recommend to everyone!!!! read more

Guillermo was amazing and super knowledgeable! They had so many items in stock I was looking for and were quick and well priced.

I love these guys. Guillermo help me fix my kid's mini electric dirt bike but they can help you buy just about anything remote-control or electrical. Help me fix an electric skateboard. They do really cool racing nights over there with RC cars. Very helpful and nice guys. Amazing and fun place to go check out, with kids especially or if you're a kid at heart read more

Solid place to go in Area if you need anything for your RC. Staff is super friendly and overly helpful. They've earned my business time and time again thanks guys read more

Huge thanks to Guillermo and Saul for the help today. I've been here a few times already and they are always welcoming and helpful. Thank you guys so much. read more

Highly recommended. I have an old nitro car that's been sitting for over 10 years. Engine was a bit seized up. Guillermo spent about 5 minutes and got the pull start moving again. I asked, "what do I owe you" and he said don't worry about it. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, just kindly asked that I come back to them if I ever need replacement parts. Popped in store today. Great selection of hobbyist RC. I asked the associate for something faster than the Amazon crap we've purchased in the past which can be $60. Something tough, durable and fast. We had a selection of 3 trucks to choose from in the $100-$200 range. We picked one at the top of our range for $200. The Traxxis TR4MT. We charged it fully change the mode to its speed/race mode and I kid you not this thing is half the speed of what we'd get on Amazon. I call the store and ask if we return it since it's not fast at all and they say no returns even with receipt if the rc is open. Odd policy in this day and age. Also considering at the store we did ask if we could see it out of the package and they said absolutely not. Also the truck feels super cheap. A bit disappointed. Won't be able to go back due to the return policy here. It should be 7 days no questions asked if you're not happy for a full refund. read more

This is the perfect RC car shop in Orange County! They have a great selection of different kinds of RC cars, boats, helicopters and planes. I have already purchased a few different RC cars from them so far, and they have all held up amazing! I've brought them in for repairs multiple times already since go crazy on the cars, and the staff is all so helpful and kind! Everyone has great qualities, and you could learn a lot from every visit. I sure have! If you want to go to a very knowledgeable RC shop. Great place to be for your hobby! read more

If you are in to rc cars or want to get into them, this is a perfect place to go! The staff here is very kind and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of cars, planes, boats, helicopters, and all the parts you need to fix them too. The staff will be more than happy fix your car if it ever breaks, or show you how to do it yourself as well. This is my favorite place to go to if I need any parts for my rc car, and will be the place I go to for my next rc car as well read more

The expertise and customer service was top notch. These boys know their stuff and work as team, making it a great experience. Worth the 30min drive up from Aliso Viejo. read more

A first time customer in July 2025, I was able to find the RC truck I wanted. The truck is great; That part of the RC Visions experience works. Give money - receive thing(s). RC Visions customer support is a joke. I paid $50+ for expedited shipping and when the shipper failed to deliver on time, RC Visions customer support refused to initiate the process (which they themselves recommended) to file a claim with the shipper. Because of this, I have looked elsewhere for accessories and other RC hobby equipment, since. read more

Absolutely amazing service, great selections of cars, planes, and boats with a huge parts wall. Overall 100% would recommend if you're in the area. read more

worse customer service. answer your question with attitude. No return whatsoever. Stay away from this place. You've been warned.

Super helpful workers and super nice always help me with what I need such as batteries controllers and more

First time customer and last time visitor. Horrible selection, and limited options. Looking for a specific car and they literally had a hand full of selections. I read a comment saying they fixed something for free here.? Definitely not the case, same issue. Charging me $100 flat for a $40-$30 part, plus installation. I felt robbed, not helped. Good luck.! read more

A local place to buy RC toys. I bought a RC car that did not work out of the box, found a lot known issues with the car, never got it to work and then found an alarming No Returns policy. I never buy from a retailer that does not support what they sell. Buying something that does not work out of the box, leaves me to ship it to the manufacturer which takes a long time. On Amazon. I could have bought the car for less with a flawless return experience. While I have not approached the store I'm not optimistic about resolving the issue right away so my boy can play with his new toy. Many things did not work and they are known issues out of the box. Shame on the manufacturer for poor quality control and resolving known errors. read more

I purchased 4 remote controls cars for $625.00 at Christmas and was told any concerns come on back. I had an issue with one battery a $20.00 value. I returned to the store to see what can be done as well as buy a few extra as back ups. It is then that I was informed information to not let the battery run out. Not sure why I wasn't told this when purchasing 4 cars. But after my first experience I will not be returning and will share my experience on yelp. Sadly I thought I had found a great RC store. Your customer service absolutely has lost my business. read more

RC Visions - Scx24 JLU on the crawler course. - Hobby Shops Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful service regarding everything radio controlled cars, trucks and aircraft.

"They had me hooked when they answered the phone so politely, warm and kind!" As an older guy returning to a hobby (sailplane) that has DEFINITELY changed with technology over the years ....... I was lost but now that RC Visions is here to save me ...... all is good!! This small store is PACKED with all the goodies for what ya need ...... and their staff (especially John) is experienced, patient and informative! Boats - planes - cars - trucks etc ....... They got it. Support your local hobby shop and "go buy sumpthin" from this group. I went in to the shop defeated and intimidated (due to my own RC Pilot failures)...... I left exalted, confident, encouraged and happy. read more

They do not comply with California return policy, their is no help with them . I purchasing a $300 truck that melted in less then 30 days my son used it twice maybe total 5 min of run time and there's no help with them no return exchange or even look at the unit of why it happened , all I can say is my fingers are burnt from unplugging it and I will be contacting a lawyer next . read more

I purchased an Aarma Senton from this shop, different ownership group, years ago. The RC Visions current team is terrific. Not only have they continued to service and stock parts for my Senton but they are knowledgeable and helpful. They even made repairs on some of my wife's electric hobby houses. I recently priced some items on line and was extremely pleased to see RC visions prices were right in line. Makes it easy to support locally owned small business. Serious hobby shop, high quality items. 5 Stars!! read more

Terrible service. Go for yourself and see. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I asked them to take one screw out of my rc I couldn't get to and they said the tech is sick.... There were 4 guys in there behind the counter..... what a joke of a place. read more

This facility doesn't warranty anything you purchase so don't spend your money here. If you do , ask what they cover before spending your hard earned money at Rob's RC shop. I purchased two Arrma Mojave 6s with accessories, spent $1950.00. Within the first week, one of the trucks worked out of the box with no issue, the other had issues with the steering servo. You figure Rob's RC would assist. Instead, they told me to contact Horizon and deal with it through Arrma's warranty. Instead of waiting for a response (which I am still waiting) i purchased a new servo. Spent another $40.00 on an Eco servo to make the car work. That servo burned out a few days later. Instead of spending more money at Rob's RC shop, I bought servos on Amazon (2 for $40), saving money. Amazon sells the exact items they do at a discounted price, and they provide a warranty for faulty equipment. Do your homework before you spend your hard-earned money. read more

Was never the same after Rob sold it.. there was one nice dude in here that was friendly and nice but I saw him out in public and he said he didn't work there anymore.. and it was "their loss".. the bigger Mexican dude is rude as can be.. horrible customer service and a know it all.. also their sand drags are Mickey Mouse.. even if it's just for a hobby with how much time they put into this, they need a timing system and a Christmas tree, I know they had a tree at one point but the fact that they don't have a timing system is Mickey Mouse.. also this place has no clue about racing.. I called in once to ask if they had transponders in stock and they had no clue what I was talking about.. how embarrassing... maybe if they didn't have rude bad grumpy snobby attitudes it would have been more pleasant... read more
