Carlos and Christian moved a (heavy!) sleeper sofa from a storage unit to my home. They really knew what they were doing and made it look easy. They texted me to let me know they were going to arrive early - and they did. Both the loading and unloading went perfectly. I have used Deelivery multiple times, and every single time they have been punctual, careful, and considerate. If I ever need anything that is large or difficult delivered to my house, I usually contact Deelivery first. They are cost effective and make everything a lot less complicated. I have found them to be reasonably priced as well. Payments are done through credit cards or debit cards only. They also text which is really needed if I am at work and need to schedule a Deelivery! I will say that they seem busy a lot of times, so on one occasion I did need to use a different service. My last Deelivery was done by Corban and Cole, and they were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with. read more

Yesterday Corbin and Daniel delivered a bunch of patio furniture from a local consignment shop to my home. All the pieces were extremely heavy but they were able to handle the move without any problems whatsoever! Three pieces actually had to be carried upstairs inside our house to be placed on our upstairs patio. All the furniture was handled carefully, placed right where I asked and there wasn't a bump or bruise on either the furniture or my house! They were quick and efficient too. read more

I was shopping at a consignment store in Pt. Loma and needed delivery for my new furniture. Daniel and Corban were loading furniture into the moving truck, but stopped and gave me a quote and the number to call for scheduling. My furniture was delivered as promised during the two hour specified time. The furniture was wrapped and protected and Daniel and Corbin were extremely careful bringing the pieces in the house. The price was $65 for the whole delivery and included taking one piece down stairs. Everyone from the scheduler to Corbin and Daniel were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. From the get go the customer service was on point. I had a little hiccup with my first scheduled delivery but I want to emphasize that it was my fault. (The hospital bed I purchased was as heavy as a freakin small car) I ended up finding a different bed and they were quick to accommodate my schedule. I would absolutely recommend Deelivery for your moving needs. Their response to my initial inquiry was prompt. Their price was the best of the four quotes I obtained. This was a pickup of some furniture at one house, delivery of some of that furniture and another pickup at a second house, and a delivery and haul away from a third house. Awesome service! I received a text a few days in advance confirming the delivery time. They morning of the scheduled delivery, I received a text letting me know that they were on the way. These guys were great up until the time they were supposed to arrive unfortunately they were an hour and a half late. Received a call when they were 30 minutes late telling me they would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later they showed up. The work was done satisfactorily. I told them that if they just would have called to let me know they were running late, I could have made use of the time that I sat waiting for them. Acceptable Customer Service would require notice if you're going to be late. I would recommend these guys if they change their procedures about notifying customers when they are running late. read more

Great communication!! Better than great, text messages all the way and then a couple of calls. Really appreciated my driver Daniel double checking my order with me. He felt something was wrong, he called to ask what specifically I ordered. That's when he realized he did not have all my items! How great he cared that much!!
