We were very happy with the response time with any questions and quotes and they made it very I could call and text too which was was more convenient for me to get ahold of them with any questions I had. Also they took the guessing games out of walk away cost for the move I needed it was a flat rate which was really nice to not be ambushed at the end with extra costs. Logistics for moving can be very stressful; decided to hire a professional moving company (instead of taking up friends on offers to help) to alleviate some of that worry... Called about a month ago to schedule a move for today of a granny flat's worth of furniture and belongings. Anthony (the owner!) and another guy arrived on time and with the tools needed to wrap objects and take apart furniture. Little details that impressed me were how they organized the hardware and pieces. They worked fast and efficiently, and took care to not damage anything. They packed up a pod from the 2nd story (which is amazing as the steps are stone and very slippery). Had this company earlier this year. Was told it would only be a 2-3 hour job. Since we booked during the week they offered a 3rd person to help speed up the move. Keep in mind they charge by the hour. They made the 3hour estimated move with 3 people into a full 8hour job!!!!!! We had everything packed in boxes for them and only needed the big furniture wrapped- that's without major appliances! So I mean one couch, a dining room set and 1 bedroom set. Their 3rd person literally stayed in on the truck the whole time, one person was doing the big furniture and one poor guy was moving the boxes all himself. Stay away from this company!! Moved from San Diego to Riverside county in beginning of June 25', we asked it the truck had at least a 8' opening and they said it did but when they arrived on moving day it was a rented uhaul truck with a 7' opening so a few items had trouble loading. They miscalculated on the size of the move so I had to rent a separate truck to haul the items they could not fit. Most of the furniture loaded got damaged because they didn't wrap them, I sent pictures but got no follow up response, its been 2 weeks. It was an awful experience and would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Moving is always a chore that no one wants to do. I came across these guys. First, it is important to have someone who answers all of your questions without rushing you. Kudos for customer service. I had these guys move my daughter first. It went well. They were always moving. I tipped. And asked if they would do my second move and they agreed. I set the date. This crew was great. First, Anthony came to the house and surveyed the job, what materials were needed and how many movers it would take. He was very knowledgeable and a really nice person as well. I was reminded of moving day, prior to the move. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, took really good care with any breakable items and really knew how to load a truck. Good job. There was one hiccup, a $33.00 rebounder material got torn. So, if they send me a check for that amount I will be very happy and for sure use them for my next move in February. $33.00... I found another hiccup, my classic wicker chair that is in excellent redone condition has an inch long scrape at the top of the back. Couldn't ask for better service! Response to my request for service was promptly answered. They were up-front about fees right away. The young men who moved us called with an arrival time estimate and were professional personable and efficient (important to us as the company charges by the hour). We needed a number of boxes and a few furniture pieces moved from our apartment to our storage unit. They also emptied our smaller unit and moved all of those items into the larger unit we had just rented. As a side note...we had used them before...just a bit more than a year ago and service was just as professional as this time. It was a 3 men team loading and unloading (4 bedroom house plus garage amount of stuff) within the quoted hours, including driving. Second time using them to move a heavy piece of granite. Both times were great and on-time. All the guys from both experiences are very hardworking and friendly. They go straight to business and get things done. Highly recommend. Last time we will use these movers. Same items moved, even less. Same size unit. Same stairs. Same rate. SNAIL strolls. Not truthful. The Assistant (the mother of Tim?) assailed us without answering to the facts: our 1st move was accomplished in 2.5 hours. The second in 5.5. This third in 8! $400 to $1200! The owner, Tim, is refusing to respond to our texts and voicemails. The second of the two men, said the other mover Anthony, was so stressed and tired from all the moves, he skipped steps and stairs, to avoid walking to the truck for moving items to secure our items! Scuffed items, covering up rather than covering the costs! Management where we live witnessed and residents reported their running over a large plant as well as damaging the security gate while exiting our gated community! read more
