I am glad I chose Carlos to help me move and deliver my baby's 64" dresser across town. His crews showed up on time at 8am at the pick up location, professionally wrapped the dresser to protect it during the move and load it into their van. At our place, they were very careful not to cause any damages to the wall when moving the dresser up the narrow stair into the nursery room upstairs. This company worked very hard to schedule an "in-house" move on the same day I called them. I needed a baby grand piano moved from the living room to the garage. Three guys showed up on time to do the job. Unfortunately, my particular brand of piano has legs that are very difficult to remove. They tried for over an hour to figure it out, doing research to try to find the secret. They were very careful not to damage the piano. I called a piano moving company who told me that you have to twist the legs and knock them hard with a rubber mallet. We all agreed that it would be taking a chance for the movers to do this since they had never done it before with this brand of piano. So, I paid them a smaller amount for their time and effort. They were very apologetic about not being about to complete the job. I recommend this company if you want hard working, kind and dilligent workers. read more

Carlos and Ariel came to move an armoire and a carpet, and offered to unroll the carpet and put all the furniture on top of it. The armoire, in particular was very heavy and difficult to move around a winding stairway and under a sloping roof from the first floor to the second floor. They took it step-by-step, carefully navigating around the tricky turns and the sloping ceiling. It seems miraculous that they were able to maneuver such a heavy piece in such a small space up a stairway. Their care, patience, attention to detail, collaboration, upbeat attitude, and work ethic left an incredibly deep impression on me. Moved into a multilevel Oceanside Condo with narrow hallways & the kitchen located on the second floor. After purchasing a fridge with Delivery and Installation included at a nearby Best Buy, I figured it would be a simple process. It was not. Best Buy outsourced their services to a company called Delivery Pros and I can assure you they were definitely not "Pros". Delivery Pros refused to bring the item upstairs.
