We were referred to Max Protection Moving by our neighbors. They had a great experience. We reviewed their five star rating and comments and decided to hire them. They did not disappoint!! They arrived on time. Joe was always available by phone or text whenever I called or texted. Joe was clear on the price and had us do a walk-through video before quoting. They were very careful with our items everything was shrink wrapped, padded, & protected. The employees ( movers) were very polite. Everything was yes ma'am, there was never a no we can't do that. Fast, friendly, professional, and clean. Joe was there with his movers on this particular day working right alongside them. Can not say enough good things about Joe and Max Protection. First and foremost they were mindful, attentive, and treated all our belongings with care. They were also fast and efficient - I can't believe they packed us up so quickly (but everything well packed with appropriate protection and labeling)! They were also considerate - asking questions when needed to get clarity on what we wanted. And nothing was too much trouble - they even carried some stuff out to the dumpster for us. Lastly, for all this skill and attention - their pricing is super competitive. Their estimate was right in line with others (even a little cheaper than some). They even came in just under the outside time estimate, but I wasn't worried since their estimate included a guarantee that no matter how long the move took I wouldn't be charged more than a specified number of hours. Completely Satisfied! I knew I couldn't do this myself because of my bad back. And then I factored in renting a truck myself and then having relatives help me move from one storage unit by the beach to north. I know it's going to cost me some money to do this. So a friend recommended I look into professionals. And when I found Max protection moving I couldn't believe it. The owner was very nice and courteous the entire way through. They even sent me pictures of the empty unit and pictures of everything in the new unit. All I have to do is hand him the keys to everything on the codes and I knew I was in good hands. I would absolutely use Max Pro again. Joe brought Damian and Terrell and the three of them packed everything I wanted with such diligence and care and Joe even allowed is some extra days in the house we are selling to have a less stressful drive to Colorado, leaving a few things (like the microwave) for us to use for the last few days and they will pack up those things when they come to load the truck. These guys were excellent! This was our first big move in years. We've accumulated a lot of stuff over the years. When trying to figure out what we could make fit in a 26 foot truck and not spend thousands more, Max Protection provided an accurate estimate of what would fit and what wouldn't. Either these guys are that good, or they have some new AI program, because their estimate on space and time to load was perfect! The experience provided was great.
