Everything about this moving service went great. Joy in the office was incredibly helpful, including when I needed to reschedule my move time. Carlo and Sebastian were excellent. They loaded everything so efficiently and even got our oversized couch out the door and down the stairs quicker and more easily than the people that delivered it in the first place. Everything was transported securely and not a single item was damaged. I appreciated that the minimum time is only 2 hours, which meant I didn't have to pay for extra time I didn't need for my small apartment move. We sent two of our rugs out for professional cleaning through a rug company that collaborates with Spry Movers for pickup and delivery. This company provided an excellent service! They arrived punctually, were friendly, and helped move the required furniture to take out the rugs. They also efficiently restored everything to its place while we awaited the rugs' cleaning. These guys are great. I used them to deliver a recliner that I purchased from Costco. Friendly, courteous and on time. I asked them to remove the chair from the box. Wanted to make sure it was not damaged and might need to be returned. They did what I asked without question--even helped me rearrange furniture! The most professional and careful movers I have ever seen! To pick up and return a Persian rug I sent out to be cleaned, they had to move a lot of heavy furniture, take apart a sectional sofa.
