By them working directly with my insurance company, they saved me countless hours that I didn't have and even went back and forth with the insurance company to be sure that the additional damage discovered was fixed properly. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. My car was hit by a loaded shopping cart near a grocery store near my house. I settled with the other owner, who recommended this place while I researched two more to look at the options. I decided to go to 395 Collision and they were able to fix my car in a day at the price they had estimated (which was very reasonable), I just had to drop off my car very early in the morning. When I was there, they took a look at a small crack/scratch on the car's rearbumper, which had resulted from a hit and run several months earlier. This guy gave me an estimate nearly 250 dollars less than the last place I had taken it to several months before! Even my brother has gone there after they fixed my car to get his car fixed, and he's been very happy with the work! I have to say, the work is very clean and neat, they will work with you to give you an amazing price, will stick to their word, and are very friendly! They don't push you to get more work done. The team over at Springfield Collision Center did an exceptional job on repainting my front bumper that I bought used. It was a hard to find piece and buying a new one was out of my budget. The end cost was slightly over what was estimated, but they showed me why. The previous paint was painted on top of the original paint, so they had to strip it down to the plastic. If there was a negative star rating option on Yelp, 395 collision should be first in line to receive this esteemed honor. I was exTREMEly underwhelmed by these people. I stood around waiting for them to be "of service" to me and was ultimately brushed off until I demanded that they..um do their job? Most importantly, they MISdiagnosed the problem with my car. They made an error in judgment assuming since I am a woman that I am incompetent about cars and would let them rip me off. WRONG. They said that my compressor clutch to my AC needed to be completely replaced and that it would cost me $1200 but oh..they were willing to make me a "special deal" of $800. I asked them to provided me with information indicating that it WAS indeed the compressor clutch and they could not. So, I took my car back to where I had gotten some previous work done on my car after an accident and lo and behold it was NOT the compressor clutch, in fact, it was the condenser that had a leak in it. I ended up getting the condenser replaced for free (no labor charge and no charge for the parts). Had I listened to these bafoons I would be minus 1200 dollars and would still not have a fully functioning AC. Moral of the story: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF read more

Really poor customer service!!! I had an accident with my brand new car and went to this center. It was my 1st accident ever. Had no idea about the process. First they didn't inform me whats going on and what they are going to fix from my car. They couldn't tell any estimate how long it is going to take. Secondly nobody in the shop knows how to communicate with their customers properly. The lady called me on the phone told me that i have to pick up my car following day and return my rental right away. Otherwise, i will be charged for rental car. It was on saturday. They were supposed to open until 2pm, but she said they are going to close at noon for some meeting. Sunday is closed. Obviously i dont want to spend weekend without any car. They didnt give any notice ahead of time when my car is going to be ready and didnt give me any time range to pick up my car. She was so rude on the phone too. I was wondering what if i was out of town or so??? Just suggesting that this is Korean people running this shop. So if you are not Korean maybe they will be rude to you as my experience. Also i am not happy with my car fix. I was expecting little better job than this for the amount of money they took from the insurance company!!! They took over 2k just for labor cost and didnt even care about small scratch of my car. Really dissapointed :( read more

The manager, Jeff, is very courteous, responsive, efficient, effective, honest, and cares about the customer. The work done is top notch, very professional, and priced much more fairly than most rip off big box fix it shops! I got the wild rip off estimates from three other places. Two were DOUBLE what this place did to fix my door mouldings and they did it in record time, matching perfectly, and I did not have to leave the car. Two other places wanted the car for three days for reasons that made no sense to me REALLY! This place showed me what is possible and that my instincts were spot on. I experienced the same thing as JW--395 Collision had my car a week before beginning any work. It took a phone call from me to discover this. Once work began, it took literally weeks to be completed. And never once did they call and let me know anything. I ultimately had to return my car twice to have them fix stuff that they either (1) missed or, (2) messed up. I finally just gave up on the last remaining repairs that weren't corrected. The straw that broke the camels back, though, was that my CDs went missing from my car! I don't think they were stolen as much as misplaced when my car's backseat was removed. I returned to 395 Collision at least twice and got no attention, no help, no explanation whatsoever. read more

I was rear ended and told to come in and they would take care of everything, sounded helpful and awesome. They took my car and told me they would call me when it was complete. I have built a racecar from the ground up and know how long things should take to fix up a car. This fix-up should have taken a day or two max after receiving parts which I could have gathered in a single day as well. Seven business days pass with no call, so I call in being reassured everything is well and that they found more damage. I give them another week and call back being told it would be ready the next day, this happened for the next three days. I come in to pick up my car, and it failed emmisions. Since I was already there and already turned in the rental, I told them I would bring in the car on my day off later in the week. I come to find primer sprayed all the way down one of my doors in this time frame before bringing the car back in. It took three business days for them to clear off the primer and tell me the check engine light was covered with a piece of electrical tape. I was told they're leaving the car out front with the key in it and I need to come get it. Not even giving me the option to come in during business hours to pick it up. Now I have a car that won't pass emissions and a place that already sucked at completing work on my car that won't even touch it or give me direction to fix it. Having the experience I have had in fixing cars (see racecar statement earlier) I feel fine going forward. If I hadn't an idea I would be totally screwed and want to warn anyone less experienced that they should beware. Nationwide may recommend them, but find your own place. Oh yeah, and Nationwide gives you the smallest amount back they can get away with until a certified mechanic explains they're terrible at appraising damage. read more
