Spring Rollin' is certainly aptly named. Great spring rolls. We got the traditional, would recommend. What it is not is a vietnamese restaurant that serves banh mi. In fact, it is an embarrassment for them to even have it on the menu. Not blaming the employees though. They were certainly not set up for success with meek materials - spam for meat and the bread staler than subway breads. The employees are also not trained on how to make it - skimping on basic ingredients like cilantro, pickled vegetables, and jalapeno. All in all, I would say, stick to your strengths. Please don't promote false advertising. And, to everyone else. Don't get a banh mi. It's called spring rollin' for a reason. read more

They charged me twice on my credit card, saying the first charge didn't go through. Update 06/20/2019: One of the owners (Dipo A.) contacted me via Yelp and made sure the extra credit card charge was refunded. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I wanted to contact him. So, I have revised my review. This was just a mistake by the cashier, and the owner personally took care of it promptly. This is the sort of customer service that helps make a business successful. My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight and overall, we enjoyed it. Luckily it wasn't crowded when we went, because it's a small space and there's not a lot of seating at all. They offer both spring rolls and egg rolls, both of which I generally enjoy, though I tend to prefer egg rolls. However, I actually prefer the spring rolls in this instance and here's why: we both ordered combos that included both egg rolls and spring rolls. The spring rolls are made fresh to order and you can select whatever wrap, protein, noodle, texture and vegetables you want in them. The egg rolls are premade and there are only three kinds to choose from: New Mexico (mac and cheese, green chile, and brocolli), pork, and tofu/vegetable. My hubby orderded two of the New Mexico egg rolls and I ordered two of the pork (I was leary about mac and cheese in an egg roll and I don't like tofu so it was the only other option). I accidentally took a bite of one of my husband's New Mexico egg rolls because they switched them and put them with the wrong order by mistake. It wasn't bad but not to my personal taste, though my husband enjoyed them. The pork egg rolls were fine but nothing really stood out about them. The spring rolls, however, were excellent. The prices were reasonable for what you get. I'll be back but will probably stick just to the spring rolls. read more

Love love love this new place! The staff is extremely friendly and the food is exactly what ABQ has been missing. Love that I get to choose what goes in my roll and the help I get when I don't know what I want in my roll. Super fresh and super healthy (super kudos on the brown rice sheets).. Do not skip the peanut sauce -- what ever roll you decide to get, pair it with the peanut sauce. Oh, and the mango lemonade -- to die for. Excited for Spring Rollin's future! :) read more

First time here and it seemed like the person working there was new because she didn't explain the process well and when we asked questions she was honest and simply said she didn't know. I appreciated the honesty though lol. She was able to handle our orders and get our food out but I just ordered something off the menu instead of creating my own because I was nervous she would make a mistake and since I don't meat I didn't want to chance it. I got the vegetarian egg rolls which looked like they were frozen or at least refrigerated and not made to order like the menu/website says...so that was a bummer. I saw her take them out and drop them into the fryer without making them so I'm hoping they were at least made in house beforehand but I'm not totally sure actually. They tasted good but not sure my 3 small egg rolls and small iced coffee was worth the $10. Portion was small so I definitely left still hungry. Not sure if I'd go again but if I do I think I'll try the spring rolls which look bigger and more filling than the egg rolls actually. read more

You are greated as soon as they hear the door open. They make you feel special like you are apart of the brand. You are bombarded with options as soon as you look at the menu you can start by choosing your type of wrap, then you can choose your protein, then your texture, and finally your sauce. You can't go wrong with whatever combination you choose because everything is delicious. They cook to order, everything is absolutely fresh.
