Pleasant quiet Sunday lunch. Service was stellar and the food still amazing. We had grilled beef in grape leaves and fried dumpling appetizers. Both excellent. I want to try the steamed dumplings next time. Our daughter got the curry chicken noodle dish and the rest of us got the Hot Clay Pot combos. I love they held the cilantro for me. Under new management , as of 8 months ago ; the combination pho has delicious beef, knuckle and one meatball sliced into three pieces. I'm coming back to try the lemongrass beef stir fry. My pho had a very healthy portion of perfectly cooked noodles but ok amount of beef. I'm waiting for them to improve the spring roll peanut sauce. read more

LIME!!! Best Vietnamese in ABQ by far. The pho runs circles around basil leaf. I try to come here at least once a week. The broth is so flavorful, the veggies are so fresh, and the jalapeños are spicy! I recommend the well done beef pho, the meatball spring rolls, and the avocado shake. Delicious! I haven't been here in years, so I ended up asking our server for some non-Pho recommendations to try. Was not disappointed! We had the shrimp spring roll (omg the sauce), and the beef wrapped in grape leaves--holy moly was this phenomenal! The flavors inside the beef are spectacular. Highly recommend. Saturday. March 1, 2025. Dinner. Upon entering, my wife and I were told this restaurant has existed for 10 years. It is on Montgomery by Dirty Bourbon saloon and Pelicans. The walls are painted green, have Vietnamese artwork and the interior is super relaxing. The lighting is dim and romantic and the place is super clean. We ordered the fried dumpling appetizer. This came with 6 dumplings and a dipping sauce for $7. The dumplings seemed to be pork and were tender inside. I used some sriracha sauce as the provided sauce tasted bland. To drink, 2 avocado shakes for $11.98. This was the best avocado shake I've ever had. Not too sweet and the right consistency, not too thick or too thin. For the entrée, I had #34, crispy egg noodle with seafood stir fry for $15.25. The noodles were mostly crispy. Those under the sauce turned soggy pretty quick. My fault, I should have asked for no zucchini. Unfortunately this was the most abundant part of the dish and I had to remove about 20 pieces of zucchini. Other than that, the seafood mix had imitation crab, shrimp, squid, and what appeared to be scallops. Vegetables, other than zucchini, included: baby corn, broccoli, carrots and cabbage. I liked the crispy noodles and the seafood tasted pretty good. I would have give five stars but the zucchini really didn't impress, nor did some of the soggy noodles. read more

This is as an excellent dinner experience. I ordered "Clay Pot Tofu." The tofu was perfect! The texture that the cook managed to as something into rarely get to enjoy. Along with the vegetables and rice, the dish was outstanding. My wife ate "Bun with Pork," made her so happy! My daughter had "Pho Meat Balls" and she was so satisfied. I willed the waiters were kind and attentive. My daughter forgot a container of very important pills and one of the young waiters caught Ubuntu parking lot to give it to her. Best Vietnamese food we have eaten since moving to the area. Walked in at 5PM, we were the only ones there. Yen Le gave a warm greeting then answered every question we had about different items on menu. She described one item in such a way my wife couldn't resist ordering it (Vermicelli Patties with chicken). She said it was great. I had the Stir-Fry noodles with chicken, veggies were crisp, sauce had a wonderful non heavy taste. Portions were just right, even had a little leftover to take home. We had Spring roll (shrimp) & egg rolls to start the meal. Reasonable price for meal being about $36 in total. Clean quiet atmosphere, restrooms were very clean & maintained . On the hunt for a break in our usual fare got us here. Not too busy, so finding a seat was quick. Selecting from the menu was an easy task. A curry noodle bowl with beef and stir-fry curry chicken. With egg rolls for appetizers and a Thai Tea to drink. Egg rolls came out fast - nicely fried, hot & steaming. Thai Tea was smooth, not overly sweet. The noodle bowl was huge! Love the pho here! It's always quick service here, and the food always comes out fast and piping hot. The broth here is flavorful, and it's a great place to stop by on cold evenings. My husband always wishes for more noodles in his bowl just to be fuller by the time we leave! But we like starting with some shrimp spring rolls whenever we come too. read more

The service was very prompt and wait staff was super helpful and kind. They were also very patient with some of the super particular customers who were sitting next to us. Delicious! I stopped for dinner with my husband and both of us loved our dishes. We each had a lemongrass noodle bowl- mine vegetarian, his with chicken. The vegetarian meal was great. I really want to like this place because I have many friends that do but there's something about it that just doesn't fully do it for me. The staff is great and the place is clean. However, as suggested by the stars, I find the food to be just okay. I have been here twice and by sharing with others I have had at least four different dishes here (pho, stir fry, noodle stir fry ect.). I just have other Vietnamese places in ABQ that I prefer because I feel like the food is more flavorful and with better meat quality. My wife and I have been going to this restaurant since before it was sold and remodeled into Lime; we probably visit Lime monthly these days. While it's maybe not my favorite Vietnamese place in town, we always enjoy the food at Lime and feel that the pricing is reasonable. I've ordered a variety of different dishes over the years and have yet to be disappointed: everything I've had is at the very least good and sometimes very good. The room is always clean - sometimes the smell of cooking overwhelms the ventilation in the kitchen and winds up lingering on my clothes. The service is always very good - very fast, unobtrusive, polite and attentive with a friendly feeling. Their lack of alcohol on the menu is not an issue for me, but might be for those who prefer restaurants in which they can enjoy a cocktail with their meals - and the shopping center has a couple bars, a microbrewery and a weed store if you are with someone who has a need to get mellow before leaving the parking lot. read more

Absolutely delicious! Found this place because I was exploring what was in the area and boy am I glad I found them. Tucked away in the corner it is very clean with a nice easy going atmosphere. Not to mention the wait staff are very nice and the food came out quickly, although this is a great place to meet with a good friend and have a relaxing evening.
