Pho Nho is the best Pho on the Westside ! . Service was excellent, broth was very flavorful and toppings were fresh. Restaurant was very clean and welcoming.

I love this place I highly recommend coming here I live on the east side I drive all the way to the west just for the bone marrow soup it's super rich and the flavor is beyond delicious and the meat super tender and the staff is incredible kind and very attentive 10/10 would recommend and their chili oil is delicious and has a nice kick.and the service is fast I only wait about 10 minutes maybe less for my food overall a very good experience when I come here it's worth the 20 minute drive for me.

We've heard great things about this place through the Albuquerque Foodie Group on Facebook but when we went, it wasn't as great as we expected. Once we arrived, our server took a while to get to us to take our order, they were out of a couple of things we wanted, and our pho broth was a bit watery. Not sure we would go back to try it again as it was a disappointment after hearing so many good reviews on Facebook.

This place is amazing! After having this place no other pho compares. It's really clean inside and open. They have a lot of options on variety. The service is pretty good no complaints there. This place is so good I had to go back two days in a row. They have the broths out so you can see them make your bowls. I really like that usually at pho restaurants you can't see any of the kitchen. I'd highly recommend this place!

Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with Pork Chop

Came here for lunch with a recommendation from a coworker... Now I am a fan when it comes to Vietnamese food. I have a few places in town that I frequent. One of my complaints is the lack of options on the westside. So I was pretty excited to be checking out this spot! I went with a vermicelli noodle bowl with pork chop. There were four of us, but our food took and exceptionally long time to arrive. Our coffees on the other hand, arrived quite quickly. Which I was very pleased with. Two iced espresso with condensed milk were ordered, along with one iced Vietnamese special white coffee. The coffees were delightful and certainly started my experience in the right direction. My bowl arrived looking pretty good. There was a healthy serving of pork atop a hefty mound of noodles and shredded lettuce. I poured the sauce over it and mixed it all up. The portions are generous but I was not that impressed with it. The pork chop was cold. Like it was precooked then sliced and placed atop my bowl. The sauce was a little bland, lacking any additional flavor. I'm thinking to try a rice plate next time. But the cold pork didn't do it for me. We had also ordered a bone marrow soup as an appetizer but it never made it out. None the less, lunch with the crew is always a good time. The food could have been better, but I am ready to try something else.

You want the best pho nho? This is it! This place has the "it factor!" Fresh ingredients, bold, zesty and all the savory spice you could ask for. My wife and I tired Pho Nho today on a whim, we were most pleasantly surprised at the value, quality and quantity of the pho and the spring rolls. Wait staff was nice, inside is modern with traditional Vietnamese art. So delicious, so addictive, you'll crave it often!

This place feels underappreciated! You walk in to a charming and colorful atmosphere and plenty of lovely decor. The menu has plenty of variety. I personally got the Meatball Pho. With the chili oil it was delicious and spicy! The staff were plenty friendly and clean. I definitely will be visiting again.

Always my go to when I'm not feeling well! The broth is so flavorful and they provide plenty of toppings! (I'm not a big meat eater so I get it without meat)

7/8/2023. Saturday. Dinner. My wife and I decided to make this spot our date night stop. Our waitress, Alvy, said the joint has been opened for one year. The restaurant is bright and modern inside and the men's bathroom super clean with a cool mirror. When we walked in, there were two other tables occupied. Alvy took our order quickly. I ordered a large bowl of oxtail egg noodle soup ($22) and spring roll appetizer ($6.50). She brought out the spring rolls in five minutes. They had four shrimp each and lots of fresh vegetables. The peanut sauce had a nice vinegar taste to flavor those vegetables. The oxtail soup came out steaming in a metal bowl. Alvy, brought me some small Fiskar scissors to cut the meat off my two oxtails. A nice touch. I can definitely say the large is much bigger that the regular size soup my wife ordered. We added basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime to our soup. That oxtail had some nice fat on the meat and it melted in my mouth. The noodles weren't too soft and filled me up. I recommend adding some Sriracha to their broth. I left the restaurant quite full and satisfied. Really surprised this place wasn't packed with the fresh and quality ingredients they use. We paid $43.64 for a filling, healthy meal. Need to visit this one again.

This is truly the best Viet I've had in Albuquerque. Sumptuous broth. Exceptional pork ribs. Clean and efficient service. I'm a huge fan. The mango smoothy rocks! A nice subtle flavor and fun to enjoy.

I wanted to like this place, but the experience didn't make that possible. Pho Nho is a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque. The wait time for the food was unusually long, especially given we only ordered one 6" Bánh mì apiece. There were five employees for five tables, so staffing wasn't an issue. The Bánh mì we got were the "shredded pork with skin" option. There was less than 1 tablespoon of shredded pork per sandwich. At first, I asked the server if they had dropped off the wrong sandwiches because the only part visible was a slice of lunch meat. I've never seen that on a Bánh mì before. He opened the sandwich and pointed to the remnants of a tiny bit of pork, which I still didn't see until he had gone. It was such a small quantity I thought it was a condiment spread on the bread instead of the featured ingredient. The quality was low quality as well; I've actually made better Bánh mì at home, and I'm a terrible cook when it comes to Asian food. I felt like I had been hoodwinked with a menu that had false advertising. If you're going to give me a lunch meat sandwich, just list that. After dropping off our food, we didn't have anyone check on us for the entirety of the meal, then went up front to close our check. I ran out of water since no one filled it, but by that point I just wanted to go. With the slow service, bad service, poor quality of ingredients, and feeling like I they pulled a bait-and-switch on me with the ingredients, I can't give any more than 1 star for this joint. Pass on it.

The cold cuts were flavorful, the bread was fresh, and the meat to bread ratio was just right since I like more meat than bread. This is an excellent option for a quick lunch, but I would recommend staying to eat if you can. The decor is simple, the space is clean, and there are a few tables available. It does get busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and is well worth the wait. While the banh mi definitely steals the show, there are plenty of other options on the menu. Their banh cuon, thin rice noodles filled with ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, was good, though still second to the sandwiches. They also offer pate chau, a flaky puff pastry filled with pork pate, including a New Mexico style version with chicken and green chile. They have a variety of Vietnamese desserts like che, which I did not get a chance to try this time. My coworker loved their traditional Vietnamese hot coffee. I do not drink coffee, but I did enjoy one of their smoothies, which was refreshing and delicious. Overall, CODA Bakery is a go to spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors and one of the best places in Albuquerque for banh mi.

It's not down to an agreed list of two or three. When you open up the question, you get a dozen or more answers. That situation can mean many or all of several things: (1) Maybe Albuquerque really is VN food heaven; (2) Maybe there is no consensus on what constitutes really good VN food; or (3) Maybe most people pick the first VN restaurant they like and stick with it. I did #3 for years, sticking with Vietnam 200 and Viet Taste. Well, things change -- great restaurants slip and deliver mediocre experiences. Or we just get tired of same old, same old, and want to look around. I began looking around with a trip to Saigon City, an old restaurant in a slick new location in the same strip with Pars Middle Eastern restaurant in 25 Way. I went last night with my daughter and son-in-law, both experienced eaters. I previewed their menu on their website (a good thing when faced with a huge menu). I selected three items I wanted to try. Leaving the Pho for a later trip, I chose to begin with the green mussels stir fried and dished up with spicy veggie bits. There were six on the plate. I had to move quickly to get two of them. What a treat! I could make a meal of a plate of six of these. Next, I went for B3, the code for grilled chicken and veggies over vermicelli noodles with chili sauce. I like my food spicy. After the mussels, my hopes were up. Well, B3 was a very tasty dish. I would order it again anytime. Fresh, fresh, fresh. But pretty mild in the spice category. The chicken was nicely spiced, and there were red flakes in the vermicelli noodles, but not nearly enough of them. I tried my daughter's pork and vermicelli and thought it a bit better. We finished the meal with sicky rice & mango. The menu offers only sticky rice and banana, which is itself a very nice dessert, but our server mentioned that we could have mango instead for slightly higher charge. Since sticky rice with mango in coconut sauce is one of the five greatest desserts in the world, I went for it with gusto. This dish was the only slight stumble in the meal. I thought the rice was a bit underdone and the sauce not too thrilling. Not bad, but not at the standard set by the other dishes. I look forward to returning soon to try the pho. The service was very good, very friendly, and very helpful. I recommend sitting near the front of the restaurant and away from the service area where the staff conduct loud conversations among themselves. The interior of the restaurant is very nicely decorated and lighted. I was very comfortable eating at this fine restaurant.
