Staff is very friendly. BBQ: Chicken is good, regular sausage taste like out of grocery store- nothing special, peppered sausage is good, sliced beef is extremely fatty - I can't eat it, ribs are good. The hot sides are great; especially the green beans. Rolls are hot and they walk around giving out more rolls. Banana pudding is often old, while the pies are good. Serving size is a little small for the price. The BBQ taste is not very smokey and average. Overall, it's ok. Nothing to write home to mama about. read more

Love this place and it is right in front of my awesome apartment at Parkside Place so I can walk there & back! Delicious food, close to home! read more

Great food. Had the moist brisket and summer sausage with green beans and onions and pickles on the side. The bring everyone a roll and a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream! Cold shiner beer to finish off a great meal! read more

I tried this place for the first time today. I had tried their other location a few years back and when I found that we were going to head out for their BBQ, it certainly was something to look forward to. The restaurant wasn't over full so finding a place to sit was fairly easy. I love how they have those extra long booths. Four adults and four kids (5 and under) were comfortably accommodated in a single booth. I chose some brisket and sausage and a bunch of coleslaw, beans and potato salad. They have several types of brisket. Don't ask me what they mean, if it says brisket then its good - especially in a BBQ setting. Add to that some highly addictive fresh hot bread rolls and it was a meal fit for a king. I got a fair amount of brisket however feel that there could have been a bit more sausage. I was kinda expecting an entire sausage on my plate however was a bit disappointed to find that the sausage vanished rather quickly after I started tucking in. If is for this reason that I gave 4 stars on this rating. The sauce was great and complimented the meal very well. In fact it complimented the meal so well that we got some extra sauces and finished it all off by dunking in some bread rolls. Believe me, it is possible to polish of 6 rolls in a sitting and wonder where on earth they disappeared to, especially after dunking the rolls in their sauce or using them to clean up your plate. From what my wife told me of her experience is that their mac & cheese is really good. My 2 year old finished what my wife had on her plate as well as a second plate she ended up getting for him. Would I head back to Spring Creek Barbeque ? You bet. If it wasn't so late right now I probably would. It's well worth it. read more

I frequently get BBQ takeout from here it's always good. The brisket is moist and perfectly smoked. We also like the fried okra and mac n cheese. Don't forget to try the rolls there awesome and the banana pudding! Also the service here is always very good they the friendliest staff I ever seen. read more

Great food an awesome staff. The fresh rolls are excellent. We will def be back! Bread is good!

I wish I had taken a picture of my plate. For $14 I thought I would get more than six small ribs but not here. To add insult to injury the sides also suck. Best part the kids meal is $6.45 and they got nearly the same amount of food that I got for $14. I think these people might need to go visit some of their competitors because I can't figure out how they got so many stars from others. I guess on the positive note I was so pissed with my food that the manager offered me a couple more ribs to make me happy. The fact is my wife and kids visited this place a few weeks ago and had a drastically different experience. So mediocre food and from what I understand inconsistent experiences they can keep it. Also, most of the pictures must be employee or business friends because mine didn't look that way. Needless to say after a $44 meal for two adults and two kids we are leaving hungry, first time ever. read more

Quite surprised by how much I enjoyed it here. Everyone was very pleasant and the food was good. Decent portion sizes and good flavor. Won't be my go to restaurant but will certainly go back again. read more

The food was terrible and the staff was extremely rude!!!!!! The man taking orders and the lady checking you out were very rude! We will never be back and we wil tell everyone how horrible it was! If I could give a half a star I would! read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would but I can't. I called and said it would be faster to place your orders online but their website was having issues. I called to place an order over the phone and I was called #5 I waited over an hour and I was finally called #1 as soon as I was caller #1 the busy dial tone started ringing and the line got disconnected. I understand these are hard times and restaurants are having to adjust BUT they should definitely be way more organized than this place is. read more

Cassidy Cromwell was so nice and awesome! She gave amazing customer service and helped me out by explaining the different types of Barbeque since it was my first time eating Barbeque! This girl seriously deserves a raise and is just a great human being in general! I'll definitely be a returning customer! read more

Fake smoke fake BBQ. Frozen rolls. Just a chain place that is overpriced. Go somewhere else down the road.

Never again. I live right in the middle of two BBQ restaurants....I'll be going to the other one from now on. I called to place a to go order. Waited on hold for 3-4 min so I hang up and figured I would just go up there and get it to go instead. I walk in and there is no one is in line. Perfect! I place an order and tell them to put it in a to-go box. They tell me I have to go to the other register if I want to place a to-go order. (Apparently they don't want to put the food in a box for me, and there are people specially trained to do that????) I look over there, and the line of people waiting to place to-go orders is 4 people deep. So I concede and tell them I'll just eat it here. I get my food and pay for it. I eat half and then as the waitress with bread eventually walks around, I ask her for a to-go box. She tells me she doesn't do that and I can get one myself at the to-go register. Lazy staff and not service oriented at all. So I keep eating and a few min later I go to the to-go register and no one is there. I wait a min or two...still no one. So I creep around the back and find one myself. It's as if they train their staff to make everything harder for the guest. Not worth it. I won't be back. read more

Although the food was ok, their tea was too watered down. The noice was terrible and the staff was just ok. Overall not such a good experience. read more

Absolutely disappointed. On Monday evening I picked up two orders to go one baked potato with barbecue on it. The baked potato was way over cooked and the chop barbecue was literally more fat than meat, and I like the moist cut. My wife had the pulled pork it appeared to be fine but then we both had the chocolate pie the pudding filling was fine but the crust was obviously freezer burned. One of the worst barbecue meals I've ever had! read more

The setup here is similar to that of a Luby's where you go around a buffet line getting your food. We tried the ham, chicken, and brisket. Our favorite 2 were the chicken and the brisket. The brisket was moist and tasted amazing!!! As for the sides we got mac and cheese and potato salad. I wasn't really fond of the potato salad because it seemed heavily mustard based. As you sit down and eating there's a person walking around offering you free fresh rolls. Over all I felt like the amount of food offered for the price was great. The meats were great, but the sides could have been a little better. read more

Quality of the food is a hit or miss nowadays. This used to be our go-to place for bbq but after the last couple of large to-go orders with brisket and chicken that was dry, and our supposedly full loaded baked potatoes had barely enough toppings...very disappointing. read more

My favorite bbq place! Lean quality beef is used. Warm dinner rolls are offered while you eat. Chocolate pie for desert! I could go on but you just have to try it for yourself to really understand how delicious their food is. Awesome atmosphere too and good location. 5 stars all the way across the sky. read more

If this was my first trip to this restaurant it would be my last. After the girl argued with me when I ordered 1/4 chicken white meat and after she asked if we wanted sliced pickles or spear, lean, or blended beef, when we got home I had a thigh and a leg. Not white if your unsure. Spear pickles and nothing but Trash beef in a sandwich. What is usually the best salad in the area looked like it was made yesterday. Now I can't get the manger on the phone because she keeps asking who is calling. What difference does it make. Put him on the phone already. Needless to say lunch was a huge disappointment. read more

Worst ribs ever, if I wanted beef jerky I would have bought it. Nasty, only thing good was the sides. And I brought my whole family. I feel bad. They didn't even want to eat. And not cheap either. So sad. read more

I do not like this place. I went there just the other day. I got in line and go my food and everything. Sat down to ate my food was super cold. Mostly all of my food. While eating waited so long for beard to come around and my food got even colder. Service was slow and not friendly. I would probably choose another BBQ place before going here again. read more

Great tasting BBQ. Pick meat of your choice. Then help yourself on the sides. Whatever you can put on the plate. Fresh rolls taste great and you can have as much as you want. read more

Pretty solid BBQ joint... NO sauce on the tables, FYI. Brisket is melty-tender, sausage has lots of flavor. Mac n cheese is good. So is the potato salad. Prices reasonable, meat portion could've been just a little bigger. All in all, decent. read more

Spring Creek Barbeque - Combo plate, brisket and sausage - Barbeque Near Me - Spring, Texas

Quick, fresh, and delicious rolls. Their peach cobbler is amazing!

Great ribs. Fresh sides. Friendly service. Hot rolls periodically delivered to table. Must try home run.

This place is amazing! I've never been to Texas before and this food is winning my heart!

This place is a family favorite. We go here and always have a good meal with ample options to choose from in their sides buffet. The bread is always nice to have and unlimited. We enjoyed the brisket and ribs when we visit this location. I recommend ordering a 2 meat combo and sharing it with a child. The child's dish is usually too much food for our children to handle. read more

I have no idea what they put in their freshly made bread, but all I know was that it is highly addictive and was heaven in my mouth! They came fresh out of the oven and would come around passing it out to each table, and every time they came by I never refused. I ended up eating 5 pieces of bread, and that was on top of my meal! The bbq was good also, but I would come back just to fill up on their freshly baked bread! Mmmm I still have dreams about their delicious bread... read more

Pretty good BBQ especially when you consider how easy it is to get in and out as opposed to the top notch paces in town. I've enjoyed the pulled pork the most and the brisket is pretty good as well. As far as the sides go I really like the green beans the best. The baked beans are ok, but nothing special. Skip the corn on the cob. It really is flavorless. Now the rolls are where this place really shines. They are excellent! read more

On a recent Sunday evening we had reserved the large dining area for our Life Group from our local Church. The staff were so kind and received us with enthusiasm. They continuously checked to be sure we had all the fresh rolls and everything we needed to make our visit truly special. The entire experience was top notch. Our sincere thanks to the great folks serving us that Sunday! read more

When I ate here last year it was amazing. They seemed to have slipped since then. The brisket was dry. The ribs were also dried out. They put the ribs on a grill after mopping them to set the glaze. Apparently it was too much and ride them out. Also wasn't very much meat on them. Also, my wife and I BOTH got diarrhea after eating here. The only thing we ate in common was the brisket that must have been it. I know good Texas bbq, this place ain't it. read more

Very nice people that happily serve you. Nice menu all dinners come with as many sides you want. Best ribs ever tasted. I will recommend this place to everybody. read more

What an awesome staff. Crew is always eager to please. My usual is the chopped beef baked potatoe. Other bbq staples leave a little to be desired but to the northerner, probably good representation of brisket and sausage! Fresh rolls are the coolest thing around. read more

My family and I have visited this location numerous times over the years and have never received the type of service as we did yesterday. The food was excellent but there is a young girl that was working the line providing the sides for meal plates. My wife ordered a baked potato and asked the girl for more bbq sauce because she was only serving 2 small containers for my wife to use. The employee seemed to be bothered by the request, and with an attitude asked how much do you need? I understand that due to COVID-19 things have changed such as price increases, no more serving yourself bbq sauce or sides, and etc. With higher prices, I would expect to have better service and appreciation that we are giving you business. Things continued to go downhill from there. We ordered sweet tea and asked for lemons, and was told we don't have lemons. After I finished the small cups of sides that come with the higher priced meal plates, my wife is told in a snappy attitude, we stopped offering unlimited sides a few months ago. Like I am suppose to know this??? Your business has been closed and only allowed pickup service for the last few months. How the hell would I know your new policy, especially if it is not mentioned from the beginning when ordering a plate?? Management really needs to pay attention to employee interactions with customers because this sad to see if this is the type of service to expect in the future. Definitely a coaching opportunity for that young lady. Lastly, as my wife and I were working out, miss attitude was chatting with another in which my wife perceived that they were talking about her due to the experience. We won't be back and will continue to make the extra drive to give our business to Valley Ranch BBQ, where they will appreciate customers who are giving them the business. read more

It was fine. A little disappointed because i had already said to the bread lady that i didnt want some hot fresh bread but she kept asking. The food was okay i guess :( and the mac and cheese were too cheesy read more

The Q is great. Moist and tasty meats and the sides are always fresh. The tea is refreshing and the bread....The bread is off the chain!!!!

I've been here many, many times with my family since we live just around the corner and have never had any problem beyond waiting for that next delicious yeast roll. Today a page was turned and my family and I will not be returning. I placed my order with the meat cutter. He looked at the caller (who I suppose was also the MOD) and IN FRONT OF MY FACE the MOD shook his head no and I was served HALF of what I asked for, no apologies NOTHIING!!! To top it all off there were no rolls to be had the entire time we were there. No rolls given out when we were handed our plates and the "roll lady" wasn't handing out rolls either, although we sure saw them coming out of the oven! Instead, they were boxing them up in cake size boxes for some unknown reason. SHAMEFUL!!! Is this how you're treating guests now?! You'll be out of business FAST if this continues. read more
