These guys did a phenomenal job moving me from one apartment to the next. They were very prompt, which I certainly appreciated! Jason started by taking a quick assessment of the work to be done. When the two movers showed up they all immediately got to work! They emptied my place in about a half hour; AMAZING! Then they powered through lugging all of my stuff up three flights of stairs at the other place. They worked efficiently and completed the job in 2 hours! These guys are awesome and their rates phenomenal. I moved out of a 3rd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment and into another 3rd floor 2 bed/2 bath apartment and it only took a total of 3 hours! That is lightning quick. I had Alex, Zach and Jason help with the move and they were very professional and courteous the whole time. There were no damages to any of my furniture or belongings and they even helped moved things out of my car. Spotted Frog is fully insured, has either a 24' or 26' box truck, pads, seran wrap, sliders, packing materials, but most importantly, trustworthy. I would highly recommend Spotted Frog to anyone. Always provide water to your movers and tip them well. It's a tough job. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Spotted Frog moving for apartment move that lasted 2.5 hours. Jason and Alex were the movers that showed up. Jason texted me 10 mins before he arrived so I could be ready. Both movers were friendly and professional in moving my boxes, furniture and suitcases. They went out of their way to get my couch in the right room at the new place. I was impressed with their know-how in dealing with difficult situations. You won't be disappointed! I scheduled the move with pretty short notice and got multiple quotes. Spotted Frog the cheapest around but you wouldn't know it by the level of service. Jason was communicative when they were running a few minutes late due to a flat tire. They worked VERY quickly the entire time. A job I expected to take at least 4 hours took only 3 hours with the two guys. I'll definitely use them again! read more

I was recommended this company by the company I originally wanted to use because they were unable to move my mom that day. Worst mistake I could have ever made. This was for my elderly mother. All that needed to be moved was 3 headboards, one mattress, one boxspring and an armoire. Two movers showed up, Jason the owner and Michael the helper. They tried to disassemble one of the headboards on the stairs. Our friend was there and stopped them from doing that and suggested they do it in the hallway at the top of the stairs. Michael the helper, rolled her eyes when my friend had suggested they don't do something that would be dangerous or that would damage the furniture. They were physically so weak that they said they needed to call in a 2nd helper to help with the move. Almost 2 hours passed and that person never showed up. This was while they were on the clock not doing anything at all. Then Michael, the helper, ask my friend if my mom was a widow or does she have a lot of money. What business is that of his. That's probably why it took a total of 5 1/2 hours to move 5 items. Then Jason had the gall to say that they need to leave to move someone else. Mind you they had not finished with my mothers move. Then Jason said that they needed to get paid and that they would come back to finish. Charging over $678 for the little "actual" work they did. My mom is an elderly and didn't know better then not to pay them until the job was finished. The item they left behind was the heaviest item on the list. They never returned any of my calls by now and the only time they did is when I called the other company that recommended them and told them what had happened. Then I get I call from Jason and he's playing dumb when I confronted him about them taking 5 1/2 hours charging $678 to move 5 items and not even finishing the job. Then he said my mom and my friend were lying so when I called them on 3 way his whole attitude changed then he started to remember everything. And then he had the nerve to say that him and his helper were are on there way back to finish. This was hours later. Why would you even come back if you didn't have the right amount of personal in the first place? I was livid at this time and told him his services were no longer needed. I had 3 people show up less then 20 minutes and moved the heavy armoire down a flight of stairs and into storage in less then 35 minutes. What's ironic is in the specialities section under From the business it states, "We are a full service moving company but specialize in heavy and unique items." Really? Did they really put that in the description? Because two of their workers couldn't even move the 5 items in a timely manner and those items were not even heavy. The two workers didn't even attempt to move the heavy armoire. If you are not physically able to do a physical job then don't do it. Don't rip people off because you and your help are not able to do that type of job or that you didn't bring enough personal to complete the job. And don't prey on elderly women. If you want horrible service and be charge a lot for that type of service then spotted frog moving company is the company for you. If not then I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, and I mean anyone!!! read more

I happened to find this moving company when I was shopping around on the internet. They were the most reasonable prices I could find for what I needed. When they came, they worked hard and got done in a reasonable time.They never complained about anything and I was really impressed with their professionalism. All of my things ended up at my new home and not one thing was damaged and their huge truck was filled completely. this company was recommended to us by a good friend, well low and behold we will never use or recommend this company to anyone! we had a few items to move and it took them "5 hours" to move the items. i put "5 hours" in quotations because 2 hours consisted of them calling someone else to come and help them move the items. we made the mistake of paying them up front, well of course they didn't come back to finish the job!!!! we have been calling and calling them, left several messages and no response! i would not even give this company a 1 star but you have to give a star in order to rate them! do not use this company and do not recommend them! i guess it's why they only have 3 reviews!!!! read more
