Woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly! I ordered the crispy tofu salad, the peanut sauce is yummy-has a slight spice to it. They give you a good amount of tofu, I would have liked more greens though. My husband got the Thai fried rice with chicken, it's a large portion and he said it was very good. The food is not consistent! I have been 4 times. The first time I went I loved the chicken soup! It was so flavorful! The 2nd time I ordered checkin noodle soup and it was not as flavorful as the first chicken soup I had so I thought I ordered wrong. 3rd time I ordered chicken soup again and it was bland and I had to add tons of salt and pepper to make it taste like something. Last time I went I was so hoping it would be as good as first time, but nope, it has even gotten worse! I had everyone in our party (5 people) taste it to be sure it wasn't just me and everyone agreed the soup was so boring and bland! Tasted like watered down canned chicken broth! Very disappointing! Thank you for your reply! The 2nd and 3rd time I was in the staff did tell me they adjusted the recipes per customer comments. This is why I wanted to let you know. I recently visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend. We ordered spicy curry and it was delicious! We also had a great server, she was sweet, smiled, made eye contact and checked on us regularly. The restraunt has an open and clean atmosphere. We even had a manager come check on us, who was also very kind. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again soon. read more

Tried this place for the first time. The chicken Penang was amazing as was the chicken satay. Can't wait to try more menu items.

I was excited to try out a new Thai food place. Getting a seat was easy. Our server was very nice. I had a Tom Yum soup. Personally I did not like it. They added a lot of Bay Leaf and root veggies to the soup. But the Bay Leaf was still in the soup, which does not brake down in the cooking, so you're chewing a combo of hard rock like root veggies and a Bay Leaf. Also, the training of the staff is not good. When one of the staff couldn't find who had ordered an ice tea she just walked around the floor saying "tea! tea! Who ordered the tea!" yikes. There's a lot to places to eat in the area, so if they want to stay there for any length of time they need to step up their game. read more

This place is amazing. My mom and I went tonight, and the owner of the business knew it was our first time in as she did not recognize our faces (talk about community). She was so incredibly nice and considerate, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people that walk into her restaurant. She made sure we got all of our food properly and timely- we weren't even dining in! I got the spring rolls, dumplings,and tofu tom yum soup. The spring rolls are awesome! Packed tightly as to not fall a part when you bite into them. The dumplings were super good with great consistency, and the soup was so full of flavor! I was so excited to see a Thai restaurant open up. And, I can't express how disappointed we were in the food. Be warned. The menu does not match the website for options. We ordered fresh spring rolls, Mongolian beef and a Thai stir fry chicken. This in no way resembles Thai or even Asian food. The spring tools were ok. The meat in the Mongolian beef was tasteless leather. No sauce but a thin broth. I asked for the chicken dish medium hot. There was no spice in the dish at all. Unexplainable for a dish with Thai chilies per the description. The food was just bad. Sadly, we will not be back. read more

Arrived Saturday night 1/26/2019 at 6 PM. It was very busy. Waited about 20 minutes to seat our party of 3. Took another 20 minutes to have someone take our order. Three waters came out relatively quickly, but I had to ask two different people for my mixed drink. Food finally came out at 7:15PM. Food was luke warm to cold at best. Some food on the bottom of the plate was hotter, like it had been sitting on a hot plate a while. When we complained, the manager/owner wouldnt even come out to talk with us. I stood by the kitchen door and when she finally brought our check, she gave us a 10% discount. When I questioned her meager discount after making us wait so long for cold food, she disappeared again. When she finally came back she didnt even talk to me, she handed the ticket to an employee to give me her final offer at 20%. The shame of it was the food would actually have been good if it had been served while hot. I should also mention while we sat there, two other table tops left and they just sat new people there, not even changing out the silverware. We finally got out of there at 8 PM, will not go back or recommend them to anyone. read more

Mongolian beef was too salty. Chicken satay and Thai spicy Basil chicken were okay. Expensive for what you get and sterile atmosphere.

My number one rule for trying a new Thai place is to have the Pad Thai. If they can't do a good Pad Thai, then it's a no-go as that's probably the most common dish that's ordered. I was glad to have another restaurant around here as there aren't many to choose from in the area as far as variety is concerned. We had looked at their online menu and decided what we wanted to order, but when we arrived, a few of those things were not listed and they weren't available. To be fair, we had gone when they first opened- hopefully they will get better when they find their "groove" so to speak. However, we found the decor to be cold and cafeteria-like...which is ok as we are there for the food, not the decor, but it definitely seemed to set the mood. We sat at the high-tops on the side of the restaurant and the seats/benches were VERY hard. We ordered fried tofu, Tom Kha and Chicken Pad Thai. I've never seen fried tofu as they had there, which is fine as I'm up for trying something new. However, they were tasteless...it was like eating fried air...if that makes sense. The sauce that came with it was nice though. The Tom Kha was just ok, but I have had better. Next was the Chicken Pad Thai. The chicken tasted old and sort of smelled of wet dog. It was also obvious the wok they used for the noodles had either burnt the noodles themselves or had burnt something else previously because the entire dish had the charred/burnt taste. All in all...it was edible (I suppose), but sort of pricey considering we didn't enjoy it. To end on a positive note, the waitstaff was attentive and very friendly. That said...do yourself a favor and go to the Aroi food truck across the road. They have fantastic food. read more

So glad to know a Thai food place was in Belterra. Iwent during lunch. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and spring rolls. The spring rolls were okay, just extremely small. The bowl of soup came and it was a huge bowl. It had absolutely no flavor at all. I decided to take this home and let my husband try it. He said there was no taste at all. How do you cook a soup with NO flavor. It was like drinking hot water. We have never had a meal without any taste but this one was without taste. Maybe other items on the menu would work, but I doubt we will chance it. read more

I've been in the service industry for 20+ years. There are so many different factors that go into one's dining experience. Tonight, my husband and I took our son to eat, stoked to go try it out. It was just a sad disappointing flop. There is no one person to blame. The edamame and dumplings were good, however, overpriced considering portions. My husband's Pad Thai came out. Closer to ten minutes later, my Mongolian beef came out. My four-year-old never got his food. I didn't get more than two bites in before I put my fork down; no seasoning, no flavor. I might as well have been eating a paper plate. There isn't much I can say about service because other than a highball glass of water and the bill, our "sever" was elsewhere. Running a business, let alone a good business, is certainly not easy. It is really easy for a person whom has never been in the industry to write negative reviews. It takes a lot for a life-long service industry worker to write a negative review. We may try again in a few months when the kinks are worked out. So we just moved to the neighborhood and we're super excited to see a Thai restaurant open. Unfortunately we were EXTREMELY disappointed! We walk in, it is very disorganized and chaotic! We are seated with very dirty menus and proceed to wait and wait and wait. Not once did we get acknowledged by ANY of the wait staff! We might as well have been invisible! We went with a party of five and really no one liked their food. We ordered crispy egg rolls and they were just OK. Two people had Pad Thai with shrimp. It was OK but not great and had very little flavor. I ordered Pad Kee Mao. The menu said it was going to be spicy but it was bland. It had flavor but it was mainly a big pile of flat noodles covered in a sweet sauce with a few vegetables and a little chicken. Another in our party had the orange chicken. The breading was really sweet and the sauce was not very orangy. It came with green beans that were hard and not seasoned. The last person had beef fried rice and it literally had no flavor at all and the meat was tough. Overall, this place was overpriced and the food was not good. read more

Very good green curry, papaya salad and paad thai. Fragrant with basil and not too spicy. The new items being added to the menu sound promising and I was glad to see that they use the wide flat rice noodles in some of their noodle dishes. Love the Tom Kha, spring rolls, and chicken satay! The fried rice doesn't have much flavor and it's the only thing I've tried that I didn't care for.
