The chorizo was easy on the grease, but still had just enough. The beans were creamy and tasty. The bacon was chopped up and cooked in the eggs, and the potatoes were just right. I doubt they make the tortillas. That didn't stop them from being good. I'll give the tacos a hearty thumb's up. I looked down at the salsa just on visual inspection. The green sauce looked creamy and the red sauce looked like Torchy's icky creamy. Good news is that was just a quick look. They were fine. Could have been hotter. Otherwise, acceptable. I'd say the worst thing about Papa's is having to get off Bee Caves at this spot. I lucked out with a clear road when I pulled away, but it can get super hectic if you need to keep going east.
