Love this restaurant! It always makes me feel like a healthy queen. Employees are great!! Definitely recommend

Just ate here for lunch today, the lady with short red hair was helpful and kind. Got our food with in a good amount of time. The place is clean. The food is good, the price is high. The only problem I have with this place is the wait staff don't look happy working there and no smiles. They only smile when you are getting up to leave and day thanks for stopping in. Also I think the owner or manager asked if we needed a baby carrier holder for our twins, and he was on his lunch break, he shouldn't have to ask the wait staff should. But they have not been open long so there is room for improvement. But will be back. read more

Pizza fast casual. Nice concept. I liked the food but thought it was expensive. Was going to have a beer for lunch but thought it was gouging. Went to republika in Denver and was more pleased. read more

they were awesome filled in for a train wreck of dinner plains. we need to come back and soon

Love love love this pizza place! Gluten free crust is phenomenal and so are all their gf options. Awesome staff and awesome service. Hands down my favorite pizza place! The only thing that could be better is their prices are high - but part of that is because I'm gf. Quality is excellent and flavor is out of this world! Pollo chevre is my absolute favorite with the sausage Apple in close second! read more

SPIN has a very confusing and complicated menu and the result is a long line waiting to order at the counter. Not good... The gentleman at the counter receiving our order was standoffish and borderline rude when we asked the price of a 4 topping pizza. "It depends on the toppings." Really? Sausage, pepperoni, red pepper and onion was $17.95 for a 12" pizza? Wow?! Blaze and MOD pizza out West make 11" unlimited topping pizzas for less than $9 so this place is very expensive for what you get. Good news... bartender was very friendly and sangria was off the hook. read more

The atmosphere was nice, but the tiny pizzas were expensive and you have to order at a counter when you walk in and pay, but are given a tab that has a space to sign and tip. This should NOT be a tipping restaurant. My family of 6 spent $45 and we are leaving hungry. They don't have big pizzas for a group. We didn't order enough, but I don't want to spend more. Pizza was good, but not great. read more

Pizza was excellent, the banana gelato was the best I've ever had. Great ambiance and decor. My only regret is that I live in Wisconsin and only pass through the Omaha area on occasion. read more

Very good atmosphere. We went on a Wednesday at 3:30 and we were the only ones in there. The owner, I believe, was very nice and so were the other employees. We had never been there before and he was very accommodating. We are not exactly sure why it wasn't as busy, but im sure it gets busier later in the day. Very clean. The pepperoni pizza was delicious! We will be back! read more

Great crust and salad greens but both lacked toppings. Some veggies on the chicken pesto pizza and maybe olives on a Greek salad.

We asked for the closest thing to a cheese pizza as we like doing pizza reviews for one bite. They gave us a pizza that was just chewy bread with a light layer of cheese and no sauce? Why did we pay 18 dollars for so so cheesy bread? Also it wasn't Neapolitan style like the building says on the outside. Service was great but Overall we were disappointed. read more

The food was good if a bit overpriced. The service was awful. We'd asked questions at ordering and once we were seated, learned the girl taking orders had told us wrong. Staff and management made no effort to correct the situation. They shrugged and said, "She's new." Okay, perhaps train her better then...? And how about the fact that we ordered according to what she told us and now we not getting what we requested (and paid for)? Thanks, there's other places I'll take my business. read more

The mini mia option is my favorite here, because i can get a pizza and salad. I just wish they wouldnt change up the menu because my favorite pizza (shrimp scampi) is no longer available read more

The ordering process is a different than what you would expect from a pizza place but it works. We had a large group and ordered 8 pizzas maybe 10. Their service was great and they even have TVs with sports showing. Their sausage and apple pizza was the one that stuck out most. It's unique and it works very well. Will be back again for sure. read more

This is my favorite type of pizza and their selection of toppings are delicious! The fig and onion together is my favorite. I've been here three times and the service is always great. It's not a favorite for my three teenage children though, so for the price drop them off at Dominos and enjoy the well made pizza here. read more

The pizza here was tasty but nothing exceptional. I didn't like the order-at-the-counter system at all. It felt a little bit fast-food disguised as sit-down. read more

Food was great. Pizza is 12 inch so not sure would feed more than two. Had an issue with our order but they made it right. Will come again. read more

I am a fan. But there are some inconsistencies in the pizza. We usually order the Mini Mia. We do not like blackened or bubbly pizza so we ask for it to be undercooked a little with extra sauce. Sometimes hard to achieve. I have to have the gluten free crust as well. Yes we have lots of requests. This past visit my order got really screwed up and the wrong sauce was put on etc... so manager came out. Every time we have a problem this particular guy is in charge. Interesting. Anyway when the replacement came out it was dry (no xtra sauce) the spinach, some garlic and edges of pizza were black. There also was no visible signs of pine nuts. I almost always order the same pizza. When we first came to Spin I was lucky to get one roasted garlic clove on each piece of pizza, now there are two on each piece but the last two times I was there no signs of pine nuts. I looked. Perhaps the person who builds the pizzas needs a cheat sheet on ingredients and needs to actually look at it. I recently had concerns over dairy and when I was at Spin told them dairy was out and didn't realize they had a vegetarian option. They didn't offer it to me so I had no cheese on that pizza. Obviously I make a lot of special requests. But I have not had health issues with their pizza crusts. I have with other people's "gluten free" pizza crusts. I can go to Spin and trust that the ingredients are the best I can find in the area. I don't have to bring my own salad dressing with as I do virtually everywhere else trying to avoid soy and canola. When I request the gluten free crusts they always ask if it is for an allergy or not and I know they take some care in handling. For now at least if I want pizza and salad, this is the only game in town and I do appreciate it. read more

A solid pizza joint! Nice ambiance. Ordering is a bit weird but you get used to it. Good pizzas - great chewy crust, awesome salads and a nice tap beer selection. Good happy hour prices too. We come often. read more

I've been to Spin close to 20 times or more, dine-in and takeout, since they've opened. Always get great food and customer service. Tonight's customer service was awful except for the lady at the register who was training a new employee. I ordered a takeout pizza and a beer while I waited. The lady at the register had to tell the workers twice that I had ordered a beer...they were deep in conversation. They were less than enthused that they had to pour a beer. After my pizza was cooked and boxed it sat on the table for almost 5 minutes before I had to ask for it. I wouldn't go back if this was my first time there. However, I'll give it another chance. I won't go back if it happens again. read more

First time at Spin. We will be back. Had the potato and pancetta pizza, it was wood fired thin crust 12" very good. The BLT salad was simple but good. The flatbread with three dips was very good as well. The wine and beer selection was good as well. There is no other pizza place of this caliber in this area. read more

I've been here twice now. First time had pizza - had the meat trio one and it was fantastic! The second time I got the Italian beef sandwich. It was not as good as the pizza. Pretty average. I got it with tomato basil soup which was very good. We also got a stuffed meatball appetizer and it was super good! Service was pretty good, one day there was a server in training, so it was a bit slow but not bad. Overall, great! Very similar to Pitch but right in my own neighborhood. Better than dante's we think by far. read more

Tasty, thin-crust, woodfire, lightweight pizza with excellent beer selection. The pizza ingredients taste fresh. If you have a large appetite, get a normal size pizza all for yourself. If not, they have a smaller pizza size as well. read more

Love this place. Food is delicious and the people go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and accommodated! Great!

I love Spin's mini margarita pizza and Caesar side salad. Perfect size and compliments each other nicely. The gelato is delicious as well!

Service was subpar. Ordered a pizza and salad. Pizza came and we waited another 15 minutes for the salad. Had to remind the staff about the salad, waited another 15 minutes. There are much better places to get pizza and way better dining experiences than to waste my time with spin. Would highly recommend noli's and Dante's in black stone. Won't be coming back. read more

It was okay. Pizza was okay. We have been searching for a really good wood fire pizza/beer place and had high hopes for this spot. Only to be slightly disappointed. Wasn't fantastic. Maybe we will try it again in case is was in off day for them? I don't know. read more

Great atmosphere, selection, and service. Pizzas are well made and delicious! With most places that you order at the counter & display a number for table delivery the service is one & done, this place is super attentive w/great service. Don't pass on the gelato for dessert, you can get a trial bite right at the table before deciding, the mint chocolate chip is awesome BTW. The only drawback is that it's relatively expensive for a pizza joint, but well worth it. read more

Stopped in here not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. If you've never tried Dante's in West Omaha you'll probably LOVE Spin! Otherwise, you may feel that it's trying to hard but still in second place. Yeah I know i confused you so let me say it plainly......Spin offers DELICIOUS gourmet pizza but Dante's is till the fav! read more

They have one of the best gluten free crusts in the Omaha area. It is thin and crispy. I usually get the Mini Mia (small pizza and salad) and it is just the right amount of food. read more

It's nice to have a great option in Papillion for pizza. I always have great service even if I'm just getting an order to go. The pizza and gelato are delicious! read more

Is this a self serve restaurant or a sit down restaurant? Horrible service...horrible. Ordered drinks and was 'okayed' to order food at our table. Apparently NOT. Our (I use this term lightly) server took our order. Then some back room, snot-nosed, little girl told us, rudely, ordering at the table was not something they do. Servers aren't trained to take orders. WTH? So why did he did take our order and why did we get our appetizer....BUT we never got the rest of our order. They were dicking with us. Not good. We paid for what we had and left. It was painful! No wonder great ideas fall flat...it's the way you, the PAYING customer gets treated. I expect a For a Lease sign up there soon. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

For a "less heavy" Pizza this has become my favorite place. The minimalist approach really brings out wonderful individual flavors. My favorite has become the Apple Sausage on wheat crust with the Arugala side salad which has wonderful mushrooms. Don't forget the Gellato and Wine selection. read more

3rd time I have esten here. I got the mini bbq pizza and greek salad. My son had same with chocolate ginger Gelato and rvery thing wss great. Dinner for two, one dessert wss $23.97 plus tip. Well worth the trip. read more

I loved this place the first time we were there. What a clever way to run a restaurant. The pizzas were good, as were the salads. This would be great for families, couples or girl's night out events. read more

Pretty good pizza toppings but as one reviewer mentioned, the crust tends to be burnt a bit. Caesar salad was good but service both times I went was less than stellar. The take your ticket your ticket to the table and then decide the tip is novel but bad when wait staff stinks. Not very attentive to customer needs and both times the orders were messed up. I attribute that to a very confusing menu. Recommend simplifying the menu and working on customer service at tables a lot more. read more

This is one of the most delicious pizza place I love the service and atmosphere . I recommend to everyone who wants spend good time with friends or family in One Loudoun area. read more

The service sucks there... I can see the 1st time but after giving them 3 chances I am over it...

We love coming here! Great family atmosphere. We usually have good service at the table. When we have gone for just drinks at the bar, be prepared for a longer wait. Overall, love it there. read more

Delicious Neopolitan pizza! Great variety of salads to choose from. Atmosphere is relaxed but not too noisy.
