Great spot for lunch. The salad bar is top notch!! Pizza and calzones on the Buffett were good, but the salad bar steals the show .

We were welcomed by Paris who would be our waitress for the evening. She's very personable and you can count on her for recommandations. A little glas of sparkling wine as a palet cleanser and to put you in the mood and we were ready to order. We decided to share an order of bread and butter and the radish crudites. Both really it the spot. The bread we prefered was the challah and the whipped ricotta that comes with the radish is so good. We also had some Count of Monte Cosmo cocktails After Paris recommended it I went for Campanelle with pistachio pesto and my husband chose the halibut. I love pasta and you can definitely tell those are made from scratch. The pesto was very good not too oily and very flavorful. The fish was cooked to perfection, crispy crust on one side, melty on the other side and it made a perfect combination. It is served on a bed of lentil hummus with fennel and radishes that adds some earthiness and blends really well with the fish. We shared the birthday cake for dessert topped with cake batter ice cream and sprinkles. The cake is made from scratch (and gluten free) and it's to die for. My husband is all about ice cream and with this dessert he couldn't care less. The cake stole the show. We had a little chat with the bartender (I'm so sorry I should have asked for your name) after having hesitated between the Sumocello and Clemencello (both homemade) and she recommanded the Sumocello. Based on smell it's a winner. It just smells so good and it tastes as good as it smells. The service was outstanding. The food speaks for itself but having waiting staff that cares and shares is a huge plus to me (being european). We had such a great evening. We enjoyed the food, we enjoyed the atmosphere, we enjoyed the people, we enjoyed ourselves... We're moving to Omaha early next year and Semo will definitely be part of our rotation but I'm sure it will become our favorite restaurant in the area. Thank you so much to all members of the team. You're doing a wonderful job and deserve the credit.

I ordered spaghetti with marinara and a side salad. I specifically asked for no cucumbers, but the salad still came out with them. It's one vegetable I absolutely hate, but I didn't send it back, just wish a little more attention had been paid to that request. The pasta itself wasn't very good. The marinara barely coated the noodles and didn't have much flavor, so I ended up asking for a side of Alfredo just to make it better. Overall, maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but the food didn't impress me. The highlight of the experience was definitely the server handling such a large group so well.

The lemon drop martini was great, a little on the south side, which I don't mind. The Caesar salad was a good starter, as were a few appetizers (not pictured) that we started our meal with. I wish I remember the name of my pasta dish, but I don't see it on the full menu. We had a limited menu for the company party, but this was a cavatappi pasta with a white sauce, and I added shrimp to the dish. It was excellent! I also got to try The chicken Parmesan, lasagna, and a few other dishes. All were great for the price point. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot for a casual date night, or a group event of any kind!

We ordered cocktails and Calamari for our appetizer which was perfectly done and lightly breaded, the best we've ever enjoyed. Tasty homemade rolls with butter and Seasoned Olive Oil came with our creamy soup and salad. The Seafood Alfredo was to die for, the creamy sauce paired perfectly with huge shrimp, mussels, clams and scallops. The creamy brandy sauce that enveloped my husband's order was delightful. Our service was professional and accommodating. We never felt rushed, it was a leisurely dining experience. My only regret is not ordering the Tiramisu with a cup of coffee to make the perfect finish. Next time. The prices are totally reasonable for such delicious offerings. It reminded me of the old Legion Club, The Nebraska Club and Tony and Luigi's. All three of which are terribly missed. Lincoln is so lacking in providing a relaxing, lovely dining experience but now there is one restaurant we will gladly patronize. Thank you to the Chef and to all the kind staff for a memorable evening.

I got the Carsoni (pesto) and did both chicken and shrimp which was $22, it's enough for two meals though so this is fair. The sauce was flavorful, good consistency of oil and basil. Loved that it included mushrooms but could have used more of them in it, also had bell pepper and broccoli. I'm not sure broccoli goes too well with the pesto dish, but it was steamed well and soft. The shrimp were huge and they had 4-5 in the dish. We also did bruschetta as an app, and loved the fresh tomatoes/garlic/herbs on top. Loved the dipping sauce with the bread as im a balsamic/oil freak. The soup was just okay, it was a creamy chicken/potato but it was very pureed and not quite what I was expecting, I'm not sure there was even a chunk of chicken in it. I've definitely had better next time, I'll be inclined to try the salad instead. Drinks were fun, I enjoyed the black raspberry margarita flavor and a limoncello spritz although both appeared a bit too watered down and not too strong. Service was fine, however hard to really judge since we came during mid-day late lunch and I'm pretty sure we were the only table there.

There were five of us, and they had no problem accommodating our group, which made things easy right from the start. I ordered the prime rib sandwich special, and it was solid--tender meat, good flavor, and paired well with the bun and cheese. The fries were nicely seasoned and hit the spot. We also had a few cocktails, and those were well done too, which helped set a relaxed, celebratory tone for the night. One thing that stood out was the birthday touch--they brought out ice cream for the birthday guest without us even asking. That kind of gesture goes a long way and made the night feel a little more special. The atmosphere is comfortable and works well whether you're just grabbing dinner or celebrating something. The only downside was the service being a bit slow at times. That said, we weren't in a hurry, so it didn't really take away from the experience. Overall, I'd say it's a solid spot in Fremont. Good food, a welcoming vibe, and thoughtful touches--definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

I will say that I find it very difficult to find the positives at this time with the establishment. Firstly, the same waitress is there and she is miserable. She acts as if you're an inconvenience for being in the establishment. The food quality is low, and they have messed up the order 2/3 times. I do applaud the host/server who corrected a mistake that the kitchen noticed on a takeaway order. Some improvements I recommend- non styrofoam containers. They melt from hot food and spill. Retrain staff on service etiquette, and work on delivering a well rounded meal that holds up to the prices.
