We also tried one of their fall specials- pumpkin risotto. The dish was fun and unique and it paired well with the duck, but it was verrryyy salty I had trouble eating it. Luckily I was already pretty full from the appetizers. I don't hold it against them, though, because I have visited multiple times and never had a single complaint about any dish I have tried. Just wasn't for me. This is our go to spot for celebrations. You really can't beat the ambience. I love the small, cozy, dimly lit feel. The staff know how to make your evening special. Our waitress, Paris, had a friendly bubbly personality and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We never once felt rushed and we were there for 2 hours. If anything, we were encouraged to enjoy our time and to explore different options on the menu. Overall, another fantastic experience here at Semo.
