You're easily paying about $20 per 12" pizza. And it's not even great. It's thin crust that gets soggy. It's little to no toppings. WAY too expensive for what you get. Had a great experience! I do like this location a lot more than the west location even though it is a lot further than me. Mainly because of all the natural lighting that comes in from the windows. It gives it more of a lively energy from the sunshine coming through. Was greeted right away with friendly smiles. The food was great and I saw at the bar. I enjoyed sitting at the bar because I can watch the staff make the pizza. They were very busy when I came in but managed to run everything smoothly. I also love that they have gelato right in front when you walk in. A nice way to catch someone's attention with all the unique gelato flavors. The combo deal is great and very filling. We were met with a friendly face and a smell of deliciousness. We've never been here before so this was a fun little date night. I didn't know what to expect, then the server came out with two gorgeous plates of food. I was pleasantly surprised to see plates and silverware considering you pay upfront and seat yourself. Now, the good part the pizza was Perfection and my salad was sooo good. Spinach and goat cheese with mushrooms, red onions, walnuts and a ton of bacon. I would go for the salad along. I am first and foremost giving spin pizza 5 stars for their customer service! They are literally the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They genuinely care about customers and this is just on a regular day to day basis not counting if there is a mistake or anything. They are kind to the kids at the counter who are trying to get ice cream and they offer a cool deal where kids eat free on Sundays. There is a girl that works here that literally goes above and beyond with customer service and I wish I knew her name so she could get the recognition she deserves. Now with that said the food here is also top notch! The chicken Cobb salad is BOMB! Every pizza here is also delicious down to a basic pepperoni. My family loves coming here and it's one of our staples for going out to eat. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. This place is awesome. read more

We absolutely love SPIN! We always get the Mini Mia which gets you a personal pizza and a salad. My favorites are the 3 meat pizza and the Cobb salad. The Cobb is an extra $2 but it's worth it. We've always had good service here and while it can get busy it's never too loud. We come on Sundays mostly, that's "Kids eat free" day. We were transiting through Nebraska and stayed overnight at a Fairfield Inn (within walking distance). This is excellent pizza! The oven must be spot on because the crust was perfect. They serve wine by the glass and I enjoyed a local beer. If you are still hungry after a pizza and drinks, they have super gelato! The place is staffed mostly by very young folk and when I remarked how good the beer was, the server who brought us our pizza said, "I wouldn't know" with a grin - too young! We used to frequent this place, about 10 years ago. We came in on Sunday, 11/16/25, and had about the worst possible experience we could have. Too bad, because the pizza is really good, but the service is reprehensible. First, the cashier couldn't keep up with our order. I ordered a custom pizza, and had to repeat the toppings 3 times. I ordered a glass of Pinot Noir and she didn't know how to pronounce it, let alone how to spell it. I had to spell it to her 4 times before she got it right. Two other friends added to my initial order, and apparently she couldn't keep up with that, either. Please hire people who are freaking literate! Make them pass a spelling test before you hire them. We'd ordered 4 waters, and after 15 minutes we had not received them. I went up to the counter and asked, and the guy said they'd had a "big order" and couldn't get to it. How hard is water? I might have bought it, except half the staff was screwing around with their cell phones and the rest were busy watching the football game. They screwed up one person's order. I mentioned it, and they said, "Oh, sorry." They didn't offer the change the bill. They didn't offer to correct the order. The manager did not come put to apologize, nor did anyone offer to change the bill or give us a coupon toward our next order. I was informed that I could not order a second glass of wine from waiter. First, this is just dumb - I'd been working 7 hours straight, and was in the middle of my meal. They already had my credit card - they could not allow me to sit and enjoy my meal, but instead wanted me to stand at the bar and wait for all the employees to get off their phones and stop watching the game long enough to get me a glass of wine? Second, I walked up to the bar, and waited for everyone to get done texting their friends and watching the latest play of the football game. Meanwhile, my meal is getting cold. I order another glass of wine. The lady takes my order, takes my money, and walks away. I stand there, expecting her to come back with a glass of wine. She's in the corner, screwing around with her cell phone. Several minutes later a guy walks by; he ignores me, but I get his attention and say I've paid for a glass of wine, and can I please have it? He just shrugs and walks away. By now I'm standing there for about 10 minutes. Finally the lady comes back and I say again, hey, I've paid for a glass of wine, and can I please have it? She says, oh, they were out. Someone had to go get another bottle. I suggest that she might have told me that instead of making me stand here for over 10 minutes. Someone might have offered to bring it to my table, but I guess football and texting take priority over actually serving customers. She gives me a half-smile and goes back to her phone. It took almost 25 minutes to get a freaking glass of wine, Seriously? REALLY?? You guys are OK with that? In my opinion, they need to fire the manager and hire someone who will explain to all these freakin' kids that (1) they need to pay attention to doing their jobs right, (2) they need to not be allowed to screw around on their cell phones at work, and (3) turn off the football games if their employees find the game more important than their jobs. This place used to be great. Now it just sucks. You guys need to hire a decent manager - or do you just not care about customer service anymore? Sure felt that way. Notes for management: 1. No cell phones at work 2. Water delivery should be immediate 3. If an order is incorrect, the appropriate response is for a manager to approach the table and offer to make it right, either by replacing the order or by offering a coupon for a future visit, Seriously, were you guys born in a freaking barn? I have never been to a SINGLE restaurant where the manager didn't address an incorrect order. What's wrong with you guys? Do you just say, oops, screw the customer, but, frankly, we just don't care? This place used to be great, but given the current work ethic and the lack of concern by management, I gotta say: run far, run fast, give this place a pass until they understand customer service. We are always looking for gluten free places since we have a member of our group that is allergic. Spin offers cauliflower crust and a gluten free breaded crust on all of their pizzas. And they are actually really good! I ordered the Mama Mia, which is a smaller pizza option with a half salad. I got the sausage and apple pizza with a Caesar salad. The pizza was great! I enjoyed the sweetness to the apples. The salad wasn't so good. There was little to no dressing on it and ended up being really bland. I won't be choosing that next time. Greatness in the form of a beanie wearing, gelato slanging, charismatic character named Matthew. He's a gelato genie in a beanie. A flavor farmer, and a real charmer. I asked for blueberry butter cookie, he said no. Gangsta. He said it's not the best and let me try, and by golly was he right. I asked for limoncello next...NO. Food was really good. I had the meat balls and Greek salad. Meatballs were soft and tasty. Greek salad was good, just had to add some salt to bring out more of the flavors of the dressing. We also had some pizzas with pepperonis, sausage, mushrooms. Pepperonis were huge and tasty loved them, and the sausage and mushrooms were good too. Loved the crust but half of crust was burnt black. Service was good and they were friendly and helpful, especially with our dog on the dog friendly patio in which they brought out water for her:) Ambiance was down to earth and family friendly. Went here today for lunch. Ordered pizza with no pine nuts. Ate a slice and no pine nut. The rest of the pizza had pine nuts that I picked out. They were under cheese. Wife had Turkey, bacon, ham wrap. This sandwich had one slice of meat on it and one slice of bacon with 2 inches of shreaded lettuce. Pine nuts are no big deal. But $13 for a lettuce sandwich. We told the young man that brought our food and he could have cared less. We paid for the meal and left him a decent tip as we know he didn't make it. We won't go back. read more

Went to SPIN! for Mother's Day. They had a discount for military men and women which always impresses me and the front clerk was very friendly. The margarita pizza and tomato soup was awesome, but, the hubs and kiddo #3 felt theirs were just on par. The Caesar salad definitely needed more dressing (which was a little too runny). The biggest issue we had was with our server. We waited so long for him to come back after dropping our pizzas off that I eventually went up to the counter and flagged someone down to get our waters refilled and more Caesar dressing. I did confirm that he was supposed to be checking on us. I struggled with giving 3 stars (wanting to give 4) because of the lackluster service, but, over all we had a good time with good food and ambience. Happy eating Yelpers! read more

This restaurant has very good pizza and there is usually a specialty pizza that rotates every month or so. Prices may be just a tad high. Feeding three of us each with a 12 inch pie and drinks is going to run above $40.00 easy. Join the Spin Club, download the app and immediately get $5.00 off your order, then build up points for other discounts. Pizza sizes are 6 or 12 inch with red or white sauce and a variety of tasty toppings to choose from. Order at the counter - which really slows things down (wish they were a full service restaurant) and they give you a number that you set on your table. Waitresses delivers your drinks and brings the order out when it is ready. The real big problem with this location is the service or more specifically the lack of service after the food is delivered. No one checks on you, no one refills your drink. The bill is not closed out at the table until you decide if you want dessert or anything else. I tip 15% or more generally, but that is when I actually receive some level of service. I leave my empty drink cup on the edge of the table or booth so there is no doubt that I desire a refill - but everyone just walks on by as if it does not exist. So, until this locations staff actually starts providing service, there will not be any more 15% tipping whatsoever. It will not be until enough of the clientele get fed up with this lack of service and speak up will it get better read more

I get the tomato soup which is delicious. It's not overly thickened and tastes like fresh puréed tomatoes with delicious seasoning.
