About $32 for roundtrip service. Out of all the shuttles I looked up, this was the most affordable. Seeing as this shuttle service didn't have the best ratings and some of the reviews were so-so, I was a little hesitant.....but because my boyfriend's truck broke down recently, I didn't have much of a choice and needed to find something that was affordable (broke college student here!) and would get me to the airport on time. I've had horror stories dealing with taxi drivers and needed something more reliable. I figured I'd give SpeediShuttle a try and see what happens. I was not disappointed at all! They arrived early to pick me up from home and I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. When I arrived back home, I was actually met at the baggage claim on the dot. They helped me load my luggage on the cart and brought them outside where we proceeded to wait for the shuttle. After precisely 8 minutes, the shuttle arrived with a vanful of other people waiting to get dropped off. I could sense a slight disorganization as the driver wasn't informed how many people he was picking up or where he was taking them. Usually, all this information is already inputted in the system upon making a reservation. Despite the lack of communication, the driver pulled everything off professionally and created a plan of action. He seemed to really know the area well and dropped off everyone at their proper location. He was also delightful to talk to and could maintain good conversation. None of that awkward silence between strangers that randomly get situated in close quarters with one another. All in all, it was a good experience. Just as we got off the air port, this was the only shuttle service parked..The girl witht he handheld thing asked me if I would like a ride..remembering the reviews i looked around again to see if there was an escape...none.. I gave in. $30 something bucks (for 2 people) for a return trip from airport to waikiki and she scheduled my pickup at the same time. I MADE SURE to call the day before and confirm my pickup reservation. The driver was 8 minutes late i believe but on the voucher it does state to give them 15 min leaway time. The shuttles were a Mercedes Van, clean, fresh and definately did not feel stuffy. I would probably use this service again. read more

i was on oahu for work and they arranged for me to be picked up from the airport via speedishuttle. i found the pick up location and got in, and was on my way. the driver to my destination was a crazy driver. i felt nervous the entire time and was very uncomfortable with him swerving in and out of traffic on a busy freeway. i was grateful to arrive ALIVE at my destination. the afternoon transport back to the airport was a lot different. the guy that picked me up drove very safely and i was so thankful for that. he even got out of the vehicle at the airport to let me out. if it wasn't for the gentleman in the afternoon, i would have given only one star for my experience with this company. read more

Maybe I'm just so used to various shuttle companies that are rude, dirty vans in SF, but my experience with speedi exceeded every shuttle rides I had in SF and other major cities! Very good experience and would use them again for travel to and from airport. If you book round trip at the same time, you save a few bucks. Reservation was made easily from the Kiosk at the airport in Honolulu. They called to confirm pickup time the day before, and the driver arrived exactly on time. Sadly I must update this 5 star to 1. As previous review states I've used them for years and mostly been happy. That ended for some reason one year ago. Last September we waited over 45 minutes on the curb waiting for a van upon arrival, that never happened before. I figured every service business has a bad day once in awhile. In november I came back and it was just as slow. Fast forward to labor day weekend this year I arrive and notice their desk they used to have by baggage claim is now boarded up so just walk outside where I know they are. No signs, and not a single person around and they used to have at least 4 or 5 people with red shirts around the carousels helping people. I walk outside and there is not a single van in sight or employee and I begin to panic "did they go out of business??" Finally one person comes around and I say "is this the place for speedi shuttle?" and he responds with "yes but not very speedi today" I didn't find his humor funny. I waited at least 45 minutes again before a van arrived for Waikiki. Sadly I can no longer recommend them. Not sure what has happened. They've cut their vans, they only had one employee there on a Thursday afternoon and don't even have a desk or anything anymore. Not sure what on earth they're thinking. This is not a fluke this is three times in 12 months and the 2 star average here tells the story now. read more

Don't take the Speedi Shuttle. Our shuttle took a detour to Shriner's Medical Center which added extra time and put us in horrendous traffic. We should have been informed prior to the ride. Vacation time is of the essence. It took much longer to get us to the hotel. The manager refused to give even credit when I appealed to him. The driver was very nice but the management is poor. There are a lot of other shuttle services. Unfortunately, Speedi Shuttle is the only one to my knowledge that has a counter at the airport. read more

I decided to try Speedi Shuttle instead of a cab to get home from the airport on order to save $20. I was willing to spend a little extra time to save a bit of money. Before I paid I made an inquiry as to the likelihood that I would be dropped early in the route. I told them I lived near Ala Moana and the woman checking me in said "great, they should drop you off first" This was my deciding factor as the VALUE of taking a shuttle was that my stop wouldn't be at the end. This decision was made after a lengthly and unorganized check in process, where it wasn't clear who was next and at least 2 parties were checked in before me whom had arrived after me. I should have ditched it right then and there. I had expected the driver to take the H1, which would have taken him right past my house on the way to Waikiki. Instead he took Nimitz, probably better for traffic at the time of day we were traveling. Several blocks before Piikoi I asked him if he would be turning up ( I live about 4 blocks in & 3 over). He said he was going to drop the others who were nearby and then take the back street. As I sit here we have dropped at the Hilton , Hale Koa and now Holiday Inn. One more to go. With traffic I expected this journey to take 30 minutes. We are now 50 minutes into it. Ok, last hotel is Hyatt, so I am nearly at the other end of Waikiki. 15 minutes later and I am home. This trip cost me at least an extra 40 minutes of My time ( not including the line-skipping and earlier missed shuttle because of that) which is not worth the $2O savings to me. I believe this service is an inexpensive and needed more of transportation, but feel this company needs to improve on organization and communication read more

I had a great experience with them, though the pricing info on the webpage and airport kiosks may be off. To my surprise they appear to have lowered their rates. The airport kiosk machine said $57 and I ended up paying $19 to get to Ko Olina. I didn't have a reservation and just followed the speedi customer service people at baggage claim. I ended up having a huge private van to myself and the driver was very pleasant. I was probably lucky this time, but there were no red flags in my experience. It seems like the cheapest way to get to your hotel from this airport. read more

Rode a shuttle the other day from Ala Moana Hotel to Honolulu Airport. The driver, Malu, was on time--within 5 minutes of the scheduled pick up time at 2:30 pm. She was personable, friendly, and helpful. We got to the airport earlier than I had expected, so I had lots of time to relax at the airport. In addition, the cost of $14 one-way was very reasonable, especially for a comfortable ride in an air-conditioned shuttle van. read more

I didn't plan on using a shuttle, but I booked a round trip with Speedie Shuttle upon arriving the airport. I scheduled the pick up time from my hotel to the airport on a day before and the bus came on time. I recommend that you make sure you know where the pick up location is. I happened to see the bus pull in. My cousin also ended up using the shuttle for her ride back to the airport, and it came on time. I was a bit surprised by the negative reviews on Yelp, but I every experience is unique. read more

With reservation in hand, we waited 30+ minutes outside behind a long line of folks (easily enough to fill three shuttles or more); the entire time only one shuttle came. Not wanting to wait an additional 30 minutes we asked for our money back and took a cab. Bummer. read more

I have contacted speedi shuttle for a credit as promised on feb 25 and still nothing has shown up on my credit card. I call and email daily and I'm hung up or told there is no manager on site. This review is for Speedishuttle on Kauai. I called to book a shuttle service to the airport from about an hour north in Princeville and we had been stranded up there for our whole vacation because of bridge closings and landslides so we were stressed to say the least. Speedishuttle accommodated us even in the Gilligans Island conditions and we made it to the airport for 64 bucks a person. The drivers Flora and especially James deserve a 100% raise (in case their boss reads this) since James called around before he even got to work that day from his personal cell phone to find us a ride early and was amazingly nice. I only gave this 4 stars because the woman on the phone in charge of reservations was totally rude and a little sheisty when asked direct questions about how our credit cards would be billed. All in all, you're probably safe to go with SpeediShuttle. read more

OMG... Avoid at all cost and just take a taxi. Taxi is much faster and the same price, plus you don't have to stop at every hotel or wait for them to pick you up. We scheduled a pick up and they messed up the date. We hadn't made any prior arrangements at all. They ran our credit card for a round trip service and we were on our way.....but taking us back to the airport.....haha what a joke!!! I did my part by confirming the information the day of our reservation and still waited over an hour passed my scheduled pick up time! Apparently the woman who made my reservation didn't change the date and the woman I confirmed with didn't notice!?! 2 mistakes, 2 different people!? Apologies are acceptable with one mistake but when 2 people drop the ball another step should be taken! Shuttle for the return trip never showed up and calling dispatch was not helpful, confirming the wrong time entirely (2 hours early). Arranged/ paid for a pick up ahead of time, their listed location of pickup was "airport", so we expected they would pick us up at the Mokulele terminal. After the time of pickup passed, we called the dispatcher and were told that we had to get to the exact opposite side of the airport, bag claim H. We then caught a wiki wiki shuttle to get there and were informed by the nice driver that the normal speedi shuttle pickup was bag claim D... So we got off there. Our bags were haphazardly thrown into the back, and then we finally went home. We should have just called a cab. read more

Horrible! As bad as it gets! I reserved a shuttle for my mom to get her to the airport, paid with my credit card, and confirmed the day before. Speedi shuttle never showed up. She waited around for 40 minutes and finally had to take a taxi. She almost missed her flight. Two days later, I called to get an explanation and a refund. They said a manager would call me back but he/she never did! I plan to keep trying, but really, Speedi Shuttle? You really must not give a crap. The last thing you need on a trip is the stress of possibly missing your flight. Speedi Shuttle misses the mark on so many levels--- they were eager to take my money but didn't deliver ANY service, didn't offer ANY explanation, and not surprisingly, didn't try to remedy the situation AT ALL. It seems that I'm not the only one with a horrible experience, but please, if you're reading this, do yourself a favor and find another shuttle or taxi. If I could give zero stars I would. Price is cheaper than most and it shows in their service. Waited at the airport for 60 minutes in a line of 50 people to get on board. Not one word from this working on what the problem was... They all acted like this was normal. We really liked speedishuttle for our ride from our Maui hotel to the airport. Uber was going to charge us $80.00 for our luggage and 4 people. Speedishuttle charged us $39.99 to transport 4 people and 8 of our luggages! What a deal! They picked us up at 6:50p.m. for our 10p.m. flight. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we wanted a 6p. pick up, but it wasn't available. Either way, were very happy with Speedishuttle in Maui. :) booked the shuttle via the 800 number and they picked us up in front of our hotell. read more

DO NOT recommend! We stayed at Aulani and our airport transportation arrangements were made through Disney for transportation to and from the airport. I had requested and confirmed twice before our arrival that the van would be equipped with car seats for my 1 and 3 year old. When the shuttle arrived to pick is up there weren't any carseats. The ambassadors at the airport attempted to persuade me to allow my children to ride without car seats. I refused and we had to wait an extra hour for them to go back to their office for carseats. Upon our return trip I confirmed with Speedi twice and so did the front desk at Disney that they would have car seats for our return trip. Of course, they showed up without car seats. The driver was clueless and called the home office and they said they didn't have any so they sent the van without...who does that? A phone call would have been nice to let me know so I could have made other arrangements. They told me I could wait another hour for them to bring car seats which would have resulted in us missing our flight. Thanks God for Disney. Our bellman Sheldon brought out two of the Disney car seats for my boys to use. Which was so nice...However, I'm surprised that Disney would partner with a such a dysfunctional and unreliable company. read more

I personally haven't rode on this SpeediShuttle but their drivers needs some driving lessons. On the freeway I have almost got hit by one because they were trying to fly into my lane from the far right lane. It wasn't even busy on the freeway but I guess they want to be "speedi". Not only did the drive make me swerve into another lane, he then started to tail behind me like it was my fault. And according to other reviews this incident didn't only happen once. Good service. Directed to our porter quickly at the baggage claim and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for other passengers after we got our bags. Driver was very pleasant and once I struck up a conversation, he had some recommendations to good local spots to hike, snorkel and eat. DO NOT HIRE! Over a hour and half late. Didn't wait for me to pick up my surfboards (which they knew I had because I had to pay extra for). I gave them an opportunity to make this right with me and their Customer Service Representative justified their incompetence, and lack of planning and the fact that I was sitting in the airport after a long flight for over a hour and half.
