    I did one star because Yelp will not allow me to do zero. This is a terrible store with dishonest employees. . My boyfriend and I went in person to add a line , to our mobile account. We currently have Spectrum Mobile and Spectrum Internet. We were assured that tomorrow, we would be able to purchase a new phone, add a line , and have our account stay in good standing. Tell me why, then , that we paid our bill and the representative assured us that we are current... only to go home and to find out he lied? And he overpaid the internet bill? And did not pay our mobile ? Screw this location and their dishonest business practices . I am on the phone with a representative but this is a place to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Do not go here.

    Hidden fees with no refunds. Told they only have a 60 day policy and that they can't help me. Will never use Spectrum again.

    EXTREMELY PRIMITIVE, SUB-PAR PRODUCT! This is coming from a former employee so listen close. I left…read moreCharter in 2007 in good standing and hold no grudges. With all due respect to the many fine professionals this company employs. The facts are as follows: 1- The boxes are the exact same equipment that I installed & serviced in 2007 and NO ADVANCEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. 2- The interactive so called features are feeble & pathetic. 3- YES the DVR still incorporates a "copy to VCR" function. The recording space is roughly one third of that offered by Direct TV and Verizon for example. 4- The WIFI is unreliable as well. 5- Ironically Charter is only a few bucks cheaper than their competitors while their product is years behind. 6- AND last but not least Charter does not even offer NBA TV, LEAGUE PASS OR ANY SPORTS PACKAGES WHATSOEVER. SPECTRUM? Don't make me laugh. You could at least give your customers the option! What a shame Charter Communications. You have a lot of nerve. No wonder you have so many 1 star reviews. Charter your reviews don't lie. PATHETIC! Never again! Here's the breakdown: Cost: 2/5, Technology & Interactive Features: 1/5, Dependability: 3/5, Packages & Channel line up: 1/5.     I live in West Covina and I am very interested in our city government. Thankfully channel 3 carries…read morethe council meetings. That was until we turned in spectrum recorder. Spectrum says because we don't have that (saving us $15 a month) we get the feed from Norwalk and because of this we get Norwalk as our local station. What sense does that make. Their response was basically if you want local West Covina because that's where you live get the box back and you can access your city's feed. So pretty much screw you customers, we don't care. With all the technology there is and with all the money spectrum gets from its customers you mean to tell me there is no way to provide this basic service to customers.
