I was so disappointed to hear that Time warner was going to switch to now Spectrum:/ Service over the phone is horrible, all they want to do is sell a service at no cost. Prices went high immediately! I don't recommend this company to anyone be ware!!!! I rather be without service and use my phone till I find a company that actually cares about their customers... And I'm sorry but their office customer service is Glendora is ridiculous they need to hire people with some customer service, the wait is horrible!!! The good news today, I no longer have this new company... I suggest you find a new company fast and switch:) read more

Yup, all Spectrum cares about is money and not the customers. My wife and I signed up for one of their promotions, which was a good deal. And if we decided to cancel either our Cable or Internet, the promotion would still apply. We were promised the promotion would still apply.... so we waited for less than a week and decided we only needed internet and not Cable. So when we asked them again, when we cancelled Cable, the promotion would no longer apply when we where promised it would. That was mid informative and we were obviously upset. If we knew in advance the promotion would not apply if we cancelled the Cable, we would obviously went with a different alternative or options with the promotions they have. Spectrum they said they couldn't do anything even though they promised something they said they could do. Don't believe the commercials about caring about the customers, all they care about is the $$$. They will screw you over, if you don't believe me, look at these yelp reviews. 1.5 stars out of 5. I mean that has to mean something.! read more

Customer Service 101: If you're sending a client to another location 30 mins away to pick up equipment, you should do a courtesy call to that location to see if they even have it in stock. They claim they have no access to availability for other stores. They offer no solutions to make anything easier on the customer. This entire company as a whole sucks. Pricing is outrageous, product isn't reliable and customer service is horrible. Took 2 install trips for my cable to work properly. Turns out the original installer used tape for all connections because he ran out of proper connectors. read more

I have to say the customer service experience at this location is the worst I have ever had to endure. First off the wait to see an agent is almost an hour, then once you see an actual person they have the rudest personality. Everyone greets you with a smile until you bring up an issue usually a billing issue or technical problems. They overcharged me 200 dollars I provide proof that there was an error and they act like the system never mashes a mistake. They indicated to me in order to assist me they need a payment, I indicated I have no balance this is an error. Once the manager came into play then they tried to charge me for equipment I never requested or had. As I stopped for a minute and looked around everyone had a complaint or was complaining to there service dept. Every service agent was giving the same excuse to different issues like they're trained to give excuses instead of resolving the issue at hand. I'm forced to stay with them until the Dodgers season is over. read more

I gave one star because 'zero' is not an option. I recently made what I thought was going to be a change to TWC. (My internet carrier is going out of business so they gave TWC as an option to take over service). TWC set up my account, gave me a job number, set up installation, etc... However, because I live in an area where TWC has not been in the past, I told them I was concerned. I wanted to confirm my appointment. They reassured me 100% that that was in the past...they can do it! I told them I am disconnecting service so I don't want any problems. Again, they reassured me 100% everything is fine. On the day of install, my son called me and said the guy was there 2 minutes and left, they couldn't do it! They 'never called me, my son called me! And when I called them, I was told that for sure they could do it, they just have to do construction first! They estimated 3-5 working days, and I would have service! In 3 days I didn't see any construction taking place so I called them again. I was told that the construction was done! And I would have an installation soon! They just had to have the supervisor call me back! You guessed it... that never happened! I called them again and was told I would have an installation date that day! Well, I still don't have service and it took them 1.5 weeks to finally tell me 'there isn't going to be any service!' They can't do it! All of my services are disconnected, and they never apologized! I don't have any idea how this company is still in business! If you are considering this company, I hope you reconsider. I hope this review will help someone before it's too late. I am very pleased that this ended before it started! All of these companies are similar, but I've never seen anything this bad! It's a blessing in disguise for me! read more

The worst customer service ever took a day off for install, tech said there was no cable and had construction crew come out turns out there was cable so we called him to come back and finish,he said 5 o'clock never showed, what a wasted day,we decided to cancel and wanted our money back after fighting with them they were supposed to credit our account back, never did called and they said sorry we sent check will be 4 to 6 weeks, what crooks, they need to fire everyone in the company and give the jobs to people who care read more

I called spectrum and asked for a better price on my subscription for TV Internet and home phone the lady said she couldn't help me and the best she could do is give me $10 off I told her I was on a fixed income and couldn't afford what they were charging me she was very rude and seem like she hated her job what I got out of this whole situation is spectrum is starting to act like frontier which is horrible so spectrum TV and their service reps are in the field are fine but their office people suck they don't want to work with you on anything so I can't recommend them because their people in the office suck I would not go to them the new thing is streaming TV and that's what I'm headed toward my son is going to hook me up with streaming TV which is a lot less than what they're charging me on spectrum as far as I'm concerned spectrum can kiss my ass like frontier KEN and go fuck their self as far as I'm concerned read more

We are new customers and are already extremely dissatisfied. They came to install our new service on June 2nd but did not complete job. We asked for 4 TVS to be set up but only 3 were done. We have been calling customer service and have been told an appointment has been made for tech to come back out to finish installation of 4th TV and each time we have waited and no tech shows up. This has happened 4 different times. When we call customer service we are told the appointments have been cancelled because that was not something that was on the original order. Well if that is the case why would a customer service rep set up the appointment in the first place and why if after they cancel appointment customer is never informed. Instead we wait for tech to show up at appointment time, no one shows and then have to find out its been cancelled when we call to see where tech is. Mind you the last appointment was made with a supervisor in the Rention Department and here we are again today June 11th with no tech. Oh and I forgot to mention these reps have nothing documented. Each time we have called we have to explain situation all over again! We are now in process cancelling service. Again worst service ever and would not recommend this company to anyone. If this is how they treat new customers I could only imagine the poor service existing customers are receiving. read more

If there was less than 1 star I would use it. So don't buy into the great bundle price, after 1 month of service the box.prices and of course taxes and fees go up. WHAT A JOKE ! read more

Customer service is horrible in the office. Im not sure if an appointment helps. I just wanted to pick up my box. I asked how long the wait was and the customer rep gave me the office hours. Extremely frustrating. 3 reps on the floor with one doing nothing. read more

Unhelpful staff specifically a latina woman. Came in to return the equipment and clear the payment, but she scanned the equipment asked for the address and simply refused to accept the equipment stating she 'cannot login to my account' as it is in the metioned address, she directed me to another store that was closed on a sunday. I was relocating out of state on Monday morning 7:30am. I came in on Saturday and confirmed the store timing on Sunday and also if they will accept my equipment, with the same lady, she did confirm it too. I called spectrum customer support and they said she should take it all she has to do is scan it and keep them, I requested the lady on the phone is she can speak with the store lady and explain her what she told me. The lady on the phone was willing to speak with her but this lady will not even speak to this lady. Totally unreasonable way of treating the customer and just added to my frustration. I do not recommend anyone visiting this store and experience the same I did. read more

I am not a Spectrum customer yet they still managed to be responsible for loosing my internet and TV! When replacing one of their broken lines, they cut branches in my OAK TREE and left them in the tree on the FIOS lines. The branches eventually cut the FIOS line. Frontier came out within hours and found the issue, unfortunately it will take them 24 to 48 hours to get a crew out to replace our line. And Spectrum does not have a department to take complaints from non-customers. They don't care. read more

If you have trouble with your cable box or remote and need to go to the TIme Warner store in Glendora, to exchange it, prepare for a VERY long wait! One hour wait on Saturday just to exchange a cable box. Terrible customer assistance, very short staffed! read more

The most horrible experience using this company. Unfortunately I moved to a new place and my landlord no longer allows tenants to have satellite dishes. For years I had Dish network and NEVER had any problems with their customer service dept or techs. TWC has awful customer service. If given a choice would Def go with Dish. 1 star seems like too much of a grade for TWC read more

Tech Saul did a great job at our house today! WiFi and Internet up and running beautifully. Saul communicated with me very clearly and was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Saul! read more

When the tv streaming is working I am happy with the service. This means I am unhappy with the streaming service most of the prime time hours when you would normally watch a movie or series ! I have spoken to the service reps until I am blue in the face and all they can tell me is to turn off/on the wifi . I do this every day and it sometimes appears to help but then the damned signal gets lost in the middle of a program . The interruption in my service just happens to coincide with my neighbor streaming a movie and their daughter getting on her ipad . Imagine that . It is a bandwidth problem , not a problem with my wifi being turned on and off. This was verified recently with conversations with the neighbor and prior to that they had been on vacation--- and wa la no damned streaming interruption during the entire time that they were gone. I am very resentful of paying for a service that I am not getting but I'm not sure what to do !! read more

I just now got a new internet provider. I, unfortunately, had Time Warner Cable. When Jim passed away, all changes to existing accounts into my name only were seamless - except for them and it's STILL going on nearly three years later. They required me, initially, to drive to their blankety-blank office with a copy of the Death Certificate (like I needed that!). I wrote them a letter with another copy of the Death Certificate on Sept. 18th telling them what I thought of their "system" - silly, time-wasting and ineffective!!!!! I got another *%&$^$@# form in the mail today to complete and return to them which is asking for the same damn information I've given them 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 times already. What can I do? What is their PROBLEM????? I left this post on their Facebook page also after I tried to called their office AGAIN and got cut off. They must be hell-bent on going bankrupt. read more

Needed a splitter and an adapter for my box. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Very good service with good attitude.

The people who work at this store are complete IDIOTS, One month ago I went to the store and spent over 1 hr transferring my account. The gal who was working was totally unorganized, she had no clue. She was talking out loud to the manager across the store as if she were at home. After we (meaning me and other person) gave her the appropriate information to transfer account we thought we were done. WELL TODAY I FIND OUT SHE DID NOT SUBMIT ANY OF THE PAPERWORK AND ACCOUNT STILL IN MY NAME. Does this girl really have a job? She has absolutely no idea what she is doing, she is an idiot by all accounts. Now I (WE) have to take another afternoon off drive to Glendora to switch the account because they will NOT do it over the phone. I HAVE WASTED MY TIME. I will contact the CEO of Time Warner and all the appropriate people to complain about this store and especially the girl who was there that Saturday. I have her name written down at home so I WILL BE AMENDED THIS EMAIL WITH HER NAME. As for now her description is as follows Hispanic Female approx. 30-35 has a son because she yelled it to manager as well as the fact that she had screwed up the cable boxes on the shelf. I believe she had a tattoo read more

If I could, i would give them 0 stars. I don't know how Time warner cable can have such RUDE and disgusting employees working for them. I went in Monday morning 6/13/2016 a few minutes before noon, and there was a few ladies working in there but we had the unfortunate luck of getting what seemed like the manager in charge, an older Asian man. I cannot believe how rude, and horrible this man was to me and my family. I've worked retail for over eight years and not once have I ever been disrespected this way before, and let me tell you I've seen ALOT. If you hate your job SO MUCH, THEN QUIT!!!!! I love time Warner guys!!!! The service (Internet, cable, etc) is great, but wow this man clearly does not want to work there. Avoid going to this location, it is not the first time we've gone in to see the horrible customer service. I really wish time warner could reach out to this location and talk to this man. It's really disgusting the way he treats his customers. Seriously guys, if you feel that miserable at work, don't take it out on the customers because that's the only reason you even have a job. You get payed because we pay those services! Time warner, I really hope you get it together, hire better employees. You're a Great company but your selection on employees has been horrible. My receipt says "operator CTT" idk if that helps but he needs to be somewhere where he can't interact with customers. Shame on you for feeling entitled to belittle people. I hope you change the way you treat YOUR customers walking in to our store. read more

I'm writing this positive review for Time Warner not because I am a big fan of theirs but because it's true. Also because, if you're like I was for years waiting hopefully for Verizon to bring FIOS to a house, STOP WAITING and get Time Warner Internet. I visited their Glendora store several times to talk through the options for getting internet service (no phone, no TV). The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They didn't try to upsell me. They answered all my questions and told me I could save money by going online to order my service. I did order online rather painlessly and set up an appointment for a specific hour. The tech showed up at that time and did a marvelous installation. I feared that they would just deliver the internet modem and wish me good luck getting it hooked up to my system. Instead, the tech helped me through the whole process (it turned out to be remarkably painless and uneventful). It has worked marvelously since. I got the 100/10 speed choice and I actually get that consistently when I do speed tests. (Don't ask me to go on about what Verizon promised to deliver and never did, speed wise - does the phrase "UP TO ...Mb/s" ring a bell? Over the past two months the modem has gone down only twice and was easily solved by powering it down and then up again. I could kick myself for not switching a lot sooner. (Yes, Time Warner costs more than Verizon but it's so worth it - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV etc. all works). read more
