Worst cable company, I left Direct T.V for them thinking they were a better option, first of all their sales rep tricked my husband into getting a 4K apple device to use for cable service he never told him there was an option to obtain as regular DVR, not sure if they get more commission for selling the apple boxes and remotes which are difficult to operate and constantly ask to sign up for an apple ID to use some of the features. When we called spectrum to ask if we could return these and get a regular DVR they were unable to help us because the boxes had been opened, we immediately canceled our service after only having it on for 1 day. Just had a Spectrum One rep knock on my door despite my No Soliciting signs and try to sell me on their services. Rep was driving a royal blue 4 door sedan. I pointed out the no soliciting signs 3 times but he kept trying to sell me services. Entire conversation was recorded on doorbell camera. read more

Just a heads-up: when you call the customer "service" line to cancel services, you will be transferred around and wait 'till you lose the will to live. Then after they took the order your services will be disconnected IMMEDIATELY despite that the service is paid for in advance and no pro-rate refund by their "policy." So you have to time it the exact day to cancel your service or you will get ripped off. If you miss the time to cancel, you guess it, one full month of charges with no refund of course. During this lock down, I needed an extra box to keep my mom entertained while she stayed with us. I went in to pick up the box right before the store was closing. Elias was rude. The first thing he pointed out was that they would close in three minutes showing me with his fingers. He provided the box and said nothing on what needed to be done. When I asked he said, just plug it in and if it does not work call tech support. Of course the box did not work. To find out he did not even activate the box. He made me feel like I was putting him on overtime. I believe that if I walk in before the store close, his job is to help me whether it takes 1 minute or 10. He should be thankful he has a job during this difficult times, there are several people that would love to take his spot. read more

Horrible wait times. the checking process is devoid of a personal exchange. Seems the employees could move a little quicker. Doesnt seem to be well staffed. It's a shame you can't give a negative numbers/stars If at all possible..., find a different company for TV and or Internet. This company continues to lie and give out wrong or misleading information. They even lie to your face about your billing. Examples, "If you get a smart TV you do not need a box". Lie The installers can move your outlets for you (yes in your two story house on the first floor). Lie "No, we did not charge you for that". Lie "We can send you a card for your TV so you don't need a box". Lie And try and call there 800# For anything. You're on the phone for well over a hour and they lie as well. I did try and say I want new service and got through (imagen that) but they could not transfer me. I waited 45 min today and went on line and there computer heleper said it would be 60 min to speak to someone. The installers they send "are "A" holes" in the words of the associate at the local office. This installer looked through my things and changed equipment without my permission that did not need changed. By the way, even the installer said the company is horrible. "You only had to deal with them once, I have to deal with them every day". I paid $500 to move outlets and all he did was staple the you know what out of my house running coax all over the place. I could have done that but i didn't want that! When he disconnected my old satellite lines. Instead of unscrewing them, he just cut them all. Lazy! I ended up kicking him out of my house. Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly when we walked in. Was there to exchange our modem, we were in and out in 10 mins. I was asked about my mobile service as they wanted to see if I would change. They were not Pushy at all. After my phone is paid off I may inquire about their services. read more

They don't care about their customers and u will go in and pay for lines and not receive them but give them your money and when you cLl spectrum they don't care.... not even the managers. Stopped by to pay my bill; I logged in; there was one other couple in the store and I was told they would be right with me. Another associate came from the back and asked if I had logged in. I responded and she sat down and started filing her nails. I sat for a few minutes and left. My time is important to me and if her nails were more important than taking a payment, I will not use this center again. read more

Spectrum has the worst customer service and the customer is definitely not priority. They fail to inform you of important details and when you call them out on it, they say "its in the fine print of your policy". They had 4 different opportunities to inform me and failed to do so. I'd be done with spectrum but they are my only choice for internet service. After numerous calls with the wait time of at least 30 minutes did I talk to employees I thought maybe could help. All I wanted was a service tech to come to my house and help me understand how to go about my Internet use on my Roku TV. This is my last straw..very poor service!!!! read more

We received a package with limited instruction, my wife told the salesperson we do not have a land line and did not need long distance service. We have no way of connecting to our bedrooms, and long distance service, what are we to do with the equipment that was sent to us?... I actually been their to return my cable boxes cause I moved as soon as I walked in I notice the store was huge and all the registers were far away back I remember walking in knowone told me welcome or anything all the girls were at the registers just looking at me walking up to them it was that awkward honestly I even remember saying hi not hearing it in return it was more awkward honestly. The girls weren't not once nice to me or my family to me just awful customer service cause I was doing all the talking I don't even think the girl barely said few words which my husband told me too it was just weird.i honestly was gonna get a cellphone for my husband too but it was sooo awkward that my husband told me no at the store he didn't feel welcome at all I'm sure when we walked away they were talking about us all those girls seem that way to be honest no manners. Long story short we went to spectrum store in Rialto & I got my husband a phone for Father's Day & everyone including security in Rialto store in spectrum was so welcoming and nice and attentive.
