He inspected it, explained the issue, and replaced the part again under warranty at no charge. I didn't even realize the repair was still covered. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He always takes the time to explain what's wrong, gives honest advice about whether a computer is worth repairing, and never tries to sell you something you don't need. That's hard to find these days. Both of my computers are now working like new again.
