So I have always had a positive experience with Spectrum stores and when our local store was temporarily closed I had to go to the Corona office where I received the worst customer services I have ever experienced. After finding out that someone at Spectrum added spectrum tv on my account, I went there to have it removed. Once they removed it I asked for my balance. There was a short Hispanic lady who refused to tell me how much my internet bill was. She literally said, im not going to tell you that. Needless to say I was very tempted to snatch her over the counter but I decided to yelp about her instead. This is the worst place to go for service. Id rather travel an addition hour out of my way than to go back to this store. read more

So I can say this spectrum store is the worst and wait time is over 40 minutes just to return there cable boxes and there prices is ridiculous for bundling along with mobile service. Get a smart tv it's a lot cheaper for apps. read more

Go to another store. Actually you're better off doing it online. I came here because I wasn't quite understanding the promotion online they had for their internet. When I got here, the rep told me she can't offer me the promotion online. I decided to walk around the store while I ordered the modem online with getting the promotion. The manager comes out of the back. He then proceeded to ask if we were going to let the rep help us. We, my husband and I, said we did try to have her try to help us but unfortunately she said she can't offer the online promotion. Keep in mind she didn't seem sad or upset about losing her sale to an online promotion because she had her head stuck in her cell phone. He says "Well of course we can't compete with the online promotions but I mean you're here and we're humans that are constantly in competition with the online prices." As if to say that we're not humans? I have been in sales before. That was not the way to convince us to give you our business. My husband then tells him "and we're consumers, is it not understandable for us to try and get the best deal possible to save money? We're constantly dealing with inflation." The manager shut up so quickly. I finished my online order with the promotion, showed the rep my order number, got my modem, and left. Never coming back to this location. Would rather drive farther than to deal with this. read more

Rude AF. Went in, of course the door was unlocked. Then I get told they're closed and door should of been locked. But yet it wasn't because I walked in. Didn't even bother to try to help me. Plus I came from the Eastvale location that was recently closed. It had a sign to come here. Address was posted but no hours. This is why I'm dumping these fools read more

I moved to spectrum about 5 months ago. So far so good. The store provided excellent service. Everyone was friendly.

Waited 45 minutes just to return a modem. Poor system that they have going. The person who attended me by the name of Amanda, called my name wrong, and when I said my name she told me this was the way it was said and she had a cousin by that name and I told me I did not know how to say my own name. This was in front of 25 people. She is rude, lacks customer service and down right ignorant. Don't go here unless you have time to waste and and want bad treatment. read more

Horrible customer service especially Inez. No problem solving or troubleshooting skills , leaves it to customer to figure out off the the side instead of doing their job . Considering Inez seems to be the supervisor , he has horrible skills and is teaching the other staff to do the same . I was tricked into getting Spectrum in February of 2024. I had Spectrum years ago and did not have a problem other than continued rate increases. However, when I went back to Spectrum it was a disaster. The Internet went down 1 to 5 times a day non-stop. They said they would come out, but they would charge for the service call. A neighbor had the same experience. After I canceled the horrible service I continued to be billed for two months. NEVER AGAIN! Stay clear of this horrific company. read more

I walked into the store at 10 am ; registered my name for service. Somehow my name didn't show up on the list. They took everyone who came in behind me. I told the counter techs and they didn't get to me until the store manager came in after 10:30. He says his computer is running slow. Fifteen minutes later he says his mobile site is down and I'd need to call my order for a new phone in. Really poor customer service. Don't come to this store. read more

Spectrum did me dirty! The only reason I gave them one star is because that's the lowest you can go on the scale. They deserve it though. Don't get spectrum, they will leave you dissatisfied with their customer service! I can't believe my ears. This is the fourth time I have tried to talk to spectrum to lower our cable bill and they are not working with me at all. They would rather cater to new customers than to take care of their loyal customers that I've been with them for years. I don't understand how they could treat their customers like this! I even threatened to leave spectrum and find another provider and all the operator said was, " Sir I can cancel your account, when would you like that to take place?" What a way to run a business! LOL! Spectrum, I got a better deal from AT&T and it is more convenient because they have live streaming which you don't. Good luck staying in business spectrum, I will NEVER recommend your service to anyone! read more

First visit at the Corona store and was shocked upon entering to see so many customers waiting to be seen. Since the closure of the store in Mira Loma, this has caused unnecessary and undue stress for many customers and I am sure some employees. Having multiple locations was an ideal option and made it easier for the customers. As usual, corporate profit always seems to override logical thinking and the customers are the employees are left to pay the price. As of this writing, there are approximately 13 people waiting to be called with three customer at the counter. I am highly disappointed in the overall mobile service with Spectrum. Again, closing the Mira Loma store was a very bad decision. I am rating this store with one star since there no other lower options. read more

Kinda lame to come in and have a tattooed lady ask me for my mask as the mandate is over and also if you are going to ask for a mask have them available on entry i dont like having to go out to my vehicle to grab one i work all night long just wanted to grab my self installation kit shitty customer service as well as being dismissive with no further instructions provided your job is very easy you scan and say thank you i left and had a better experience calling in very sad to know that your staff is so unfortunately inexperienced in dealing with customers that its very much easier dealing with people over the phone than actual people no wonder things are leaning to no contact experience ya fucking suck as agents your proving a point that people at storefronts are unnecessary a complete waste of time you deserve to be paid minimum wage as you cannot perform daily tasks read more

beware! beware! this store does a lot of fraudulent transactions without your consent. i request everyone who visit this store in corona, ca to be careful. i have been recently been wrongly charged by this inefficient team who do not know the spectrum policies and procedures. the reason i share my concern here is that the people at this store are not qualified to handle computer system and they can play with your money. i was charged for an iphone 14 pro max which i never purchased and the lady at the store pins the blame on me without showing me proper evidence of me authorizing the purchase. the inefficient and not so smart store manager then tells me that he cannot do nothing because "i am not his only priority"despite the fraudulent transaction they initiated without my consent. the manager instead was forcing me to sign the consent form which technically meant that i own the phone so that he and is inefficient team can wash their hands off the big blunder they did. the store manager is super rude and will ask the customer like me to do all the work, no support will they provide when the customer like me needs the most. the online customer service team are more adept in handling critical situations than the team that sits at spectrum corona store [340 n mckinley st #103, corona, ca 92879]. literally i wasted 2 hours at the store and was not provided any help. it can be frustrating how the team here treats customers..i would request the spectrum ownership to kindly look into this matter as this teams conduct is quite questionable. please be cautious about this spectrum store[corona,ca] as they do fraudulent transaction and it can be a big hassle to the customer like me to sort this out! my overall rating is -0.5. please save yourself from the trouble #spectrumcoronatheworstever read more

I came in this afternoon to find out why sometimes my phone could not makes phone calls. The customer service member asked me to hand him my phone for him to do trouble shooting. Nothing was identified. I suggest SIM card replacement. The service member did. Everything goes normal, except that while he was doing trouble shooting, replacing SIM card, entering serial number, and running test calls etc., he was picking his nose/nostril on and off. It is his same index finger that goes on punching numbers on my phone screen. We are in pandemic times! I was a bit shocked. What was he trying to leave on my phone screen? virus or mucus, or both. I looked at him, but he acted like he's not aware of anything wrong. Have been to this store many times. For example, the service member Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it could've been better. read more

I went to trade in my phone for another Samsung however my phone didn't qualify for the $500 savings they were offering. The rep, Humberto gave me some suggestions and showed me a phone that would work for me. It also came with a $500 discount. I was very happy when he copied everything from my old phone and gave me some tips. He was very polite, professional and knew his products. Thank you Humberto! I returned the next week to cancel my land line and spoke with Christine. I told her I couldn't afford to keep it. She looked at my plan and said she could update my plan and lower my monthly cost. Spectrum Internet is pretty reliable, but the Corona Store staff is slow (prepare for long waits) and staff is generally unfriendly! I moved into a brand new housing development in Corona and opted to go with Spectrum instead of ATT. Initially I ordered internet and DirecTV streaming from ATT but the technician never came or called me on the appointed day. The next day I had to call them to find out what happened. They said there was an issue on their end and would take 48 hrs to resolve. I called them again after another 48 hrs and again, not a peep from ATT. I called the 3rd time and guess what, they said it would take another 48 hrs. I was tired of the lies and lousy customer service and decided to give Spectrum a call. The customer service rep was very courteous and professional and booked me an appointment to have the technician come to my home the very same day, except that I had to go to the Corona store to pick up the cable box. At the store, Christina cheerfully greeted me when I walked in, gave me my box, and I was out the door in 5 minutes. On my drive home, I got a call from the technician and he said he would be at my home earlier than expected and would arrive in 10 minutes. My entire experience with Spectrum was super, which is contrary to some of the negative reviews here. I say give them a try but it helps to be kind and courteous when talking to people. read more

I have been a customer with Spectrum for years, not only my internet and cable, but also my wireless. I pay damn near $400 a month for all these services, and I was told by representatives, that because my son decided to go with a different Wirelrss carrier, I have to pay for a service he doesn't have and that those days are not prorated, because Spectrum wants to charge me for something I don't have trust and believe I will DISCONTINUE ALL SERVICES. and you will lose a great paying customer you had for 10 plus years. I have told and will continue to spread the word. Whats even more amazing is once I call and cancel,, they will see how they can bring down my cable bill, but when I asked them initially they say you have the best package, and there's nothing we can do. Well there's something I can do, and thats Cancel and NEVER go back. read more

For those who have Spectrum -- Please keep an eye on your bill. They attempt to charge you for things you're not aware of. They tell you that the credit you receive is for something else instead of what you actually received the credit for. I had to correct this person to make sure they understood what the credit was for and had nothing to do with something else. For new installs--make sure they are not charging you for dates you never had service with them. I got into a heated argument with a "manager" because of this. FYI...they don't train their technicians that come out to service their products on the actual products they use, such as Apple TV's. The technician came out and installed on Aug 30 and I have called atleast once per week to this day because we can't receive proper cable service. The technician replaced our modem with a supposed "new" modem and still we have the same problem. The problem has been sent to a "higher up" dept and now I have to wait to get a phone call from them to let me know what the problem is and if and when they plan to fix it. We have numerous complaints on file with them for the same thing...lack of proper cable service Basically, SPECTRUM SUCKS!! read more
