Went in at 7:35 to get a new phone but felt a little guilty because I knew they were closing at 8pm. Elena was very welcoming and took the time to answer my many questions. I never felt like she was rushing me to make a decision. I remember that she was the one that assisted us when we first moved to Corona and set up our home Internet, and she was very helpful then too. I have no clue how Spectrum has any bad reviews. We have their Internet since they took over. It rarely goes out and the speed is fast. This year I got their mobile service. I had all the others and no one can too their service and price. They use the Verizon network so we know that network is solid. If you live in a Spectrum area, I highly recommend them. read more

Poor WiFi signal strength did not allow cellphone use. Techs did not know how to set up phones. Lied about voice package allowing phone number transfer. TV service totally misrepresented. I cancelled after 2 days. Price was $46 higher than quoted, and still worse than Dish. Seems Spectrum uses Verizon towers, but at lower power. It took 15 calls to get the bill straight, and then they changed it again. Phone reps from both customer and tech support are of little help. I switched to ATT which has fiber optics. Costs just a bit more but much better service and support quality read more

I walked into the store for an equipment change and two associates were busy with other customers. So I waited in line. A third employee was talking to another customer near the door. After waiting 5 minutes, the counter associate said that I needed to sign into the kiosk. Meanwhile, 3 other people had entered the store! I had to wait another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the 3rd associate didn't help the line out. read more

Had an amazing experience @ this Corona location , my phone died and the sense of panic when I walked in...didn't have to wait, Edwin took me immediately and got me & my daughter out of the store in less than an hour with a new activated iPhone. Edwin was nice, patience and had a great sense of humor that turned my sense of panic to laughter. Going back in a few weeks for a phone for my daughter. Store sucks and spectrum sucks. If you ever owed a balance pay and leave them alone. Don't pay for any services. I've spent the last two weeks getting dicked around by spectrum and their store. First I was told my previous bill was waived (blatant lie) second I was told after I paid the equipment would be here next day(blatant lie) then my order was cancelled and I was told I had to pay the balance that was supposedly waived. So after the went and picked equipment per their recommendation so I wouldnt have to wait 5 days it doesn't work, my service is being held for 5 days despite picking up the equipment and having it installed. So after waiting the 5 days I call to get my service finally activated I was told my equipment had been black listed. So now I have to wait another 2 days to have new equipment delivered and installed..... worst customer service imaginable and to top it off they can't do anything to compensate me for all the crap they put me through.... It would nice to have a internet and tv for my disabled father-in-law to watch, we've been wait over 2 weeks now. Don't ever go with spectrum. Anyone else is better. read more

Before going in, I read online that it's recommended to make an appointment. If you're reading this and haven't gone in yet, I recommend that you do the same. So, I made an appointment for first thing in the morning the next day. I showed up on time and signed in at the front. I waited less than five minutes and was helped quickly and with courtesy. I needed to upgrade/update my router and I was given a new router & modem, and they lowered my payment and gave me a faster plan! In most of my experiences, companies are always trying to get MORE money, so this was a very welcome surprise. I was out of there in under 10 minutes and made it back home in under 30 minutes total, including my drive to and from the store. It was starting to fill up in there when I left, and the customer next to me was taking forever to work out their issues, so a bit of a wait might be inevitable. That said, you should be good if you make an appointment and have your stuff together. Do some research in advance to find out what you need to fix your problem and go in with a game plan. read more

First visit at this store and was shocked to see so many customers waiting to be seen. Since the closure of the store in Mira Loma, customers living in the Mira Loma, Eastvale and Jurupa Valley are now forced to travel to this store. With the influx of these customers, the Corona store stays super busy and I am sure it has caused undue stress on the employees. Having multiple locations was ideal as it gave the customers choices. As usual, corporate profit always seems to override logical thinking. As of this writing, there are approximately 13 people waiting to be seen with three separate customers at the counter. I am highly disappointed with this decision to close the Mira Loma and it was very bad decision. Lastly, the employees were diligently working hard trying to keep up with the demand and concerns of each customer. read more

I went in for a phone and they didn't have it but they could get it to me if I had the fast shipping if they ordered for me so I did that. The phone order kept failing to finalize, they didn't send me the email link I needed. I had to request it multiple times. Then they got the phone to me late. They said I could trade in an old phone for a discount on the new phone but I had to ship it out from a shipping place after I got the phone I ordered. Then I try to ship the trade-in out but the email they sent me didn't have a QR code or a shipping label, which they were supposed to provide. I called four times, the email they would send would not have information UPS could use to get a QR code or shipping label, even through their Spectrum system. I had to have the call booted up to Assurant manager before they finally sent me the shipping label in an email and I was able to send it off. Every step I had to take took lots of time and the clock on the trade-in was ticking down the whole time. They didn't even want to do the trade-in at one point trying to tell me it was expired because technically I ordered the phone in late January but it was their mix-ups and lack of necessary email links that led to me not even receiving the phone when I was supposed to. I didn't get it until mid February. I wouldn't be surprised if they make up some other excuse to not give me my trade-in discount when they get it. read more
