I know that this used to be a good and local company but no more! I wouldn't have bothered to write this review after I canceled my contract (after their ridiculous policy that you have to keep them for a whole three years) except for how they responded when my alarm system went crazy after I canceled. I don't know if it's purposeful, but when you cancel, the system that's installed goes into full, deafening, shrieking mode. I called All Protection to ask them how to disable the system and the person answering (on Thursday, November 16 at 2pm) was singularly unhelpful and almost cruel. He said that since i'm no longer a customer they can't help me. He told me that I could look online for ways to how to shut it off. He was so uncaring and rude, even though he could hear the deafening alarms I will tell everyone I know in the San Bernardino National Forest how horrible All Protection is.
