From the moment I walked in, they didn't let me feel overwhelmed with their huge selection. Mike or Garrett are very good at walking you through the whole shebang if you're new to vaping & not being condescending simultaneously. The shop's selection is unparalleled. They have a vast array of nicotine free vape products, Salt or non salt nicotine juice, and accessories out the wazzoo. They cater to both beginners and experienced vapers. I was thrilled to find some good salt nic flavors, and a caveman friendly battery. Something I hadn't seen anywhere else, and their prices were very competitive. What truly sets Mike and Garret apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I tend to come in lifted from time to time & they are more than willing to answer all my off topic questions whether it is about their favorite animal, their products, or just the day itself. I have NEVER felt unwelcome in this shop, which is not something i can say for every head/Vape shop on the mountain. I happened to break a pretty niche Banger size (8mm) & they hooked me up way faster than anything i could've bought online. For $15 they picked out a better shaped nail of better quality quartz on a bargain. Shout out to Mike for his eagle eye on the best banger on a budget!! The shop reminds me of going over to my homies house who just happens to own a vape & small glass store. Great place to hang out and chat with someone who is a consumer before a merchant. They even have a beautiful & comfortable PHub-esque casting couch you can sit back & try the flavor you just got or the disposable you picked up to make sure she rips. (Never picked up a dud disposable here but they always mention to try in store before you leave just in case.) I've been to almost every vape and smoke shops in the big bear area, but Mike and Garret are hands down the best. Whether you've been around the block or are a complete greenhorn, this shop has something for everyone. I come here for the excellent customer service, a wide selection, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it your best stop on the mountain. I get greeted like a old friend instead of a walking dollar. That is what makes me keep coming back to them over any other shop. I can't recommend these guys enough, and I'll definitely be returning for all my glass & vape needs. I went in today and was greeted by the owner, Adrian who is helpful, knowledgeable and super awesome! Granted it was the 1st day open and didn't have EVERYTHING, but he still has a lot of name brand juices and mods, coils etc. I really hope to see this shop thrive! This is seriously the WORST T-Mobile location. Go to literally any other one but this one. I've had…read moreso many problems with this location, from them being absolutely rude to just completely useless and unhelpful. Originally, a few years back, the problem started with needing to return a phone. Corporate had already given me the okay and told me to come to this location to return it. The manager flat-out refused to help me even though I literally had the corporate office on the phone with me right then and there telling him to accept the return so I could move forward with the issue I had. I ended up going to a different location, and it was taken care of with no issues. My SECOND issue with them was after my mom passed away. I went in and explained to the manager my mom had passed away and we were trying to get her phone plan canceled so it would stop billing my dad, and that my mom was the main person on the account. Once again, the manager REFUSED to help me, told me there was absolutely nothing he could do, and once again I had to go to a different location to get this taken care of. The THIRD issue I had was more of a silly one, but it's what led me to leave this review. My wife and I went in yesterday for the T-Mobile Tuesdays free gift. They were so rude, basically rolling their eyes at us, telling us they don't participate in it, and brushed us off like we were stupid. I don't know what the heck is up with this location, but I'll be sure to never waste my time with them again and just go to the Redlands location from now on, where they're actually nice, helpful, decent human beings.
