Love the product for various home uses (and that I can come back years later and get matching containers when I need more). Their customer service is excellent and proactive, and prices are competitive. read more

I noticed their ads online. I placed a small order. This company was quick to confirm and ship out my order. It arrived quickly and was packed very securely. The prices & quality are great. I order from them online. They ship out super fast and their customer service has been amazing the few times I needed to contact them. For the items I purchase, their pricing is fair, but not the cheapest. read more

Great service and quality product. I ordered 150 small glass jars with lids to fill and give out as wedding favors. I called with a question before placing my order and they were super helpful and friendly--providing me with all of the information I needed. The jars arrived earlier than I expected (which was great) and were clearly packaged with care. Not a single one broken, which I see other companies have issues with based on reviews I searched before picking this company. Would highly recommend. read more

Specialty Bottle - Great packing for my 150 6oz jars and lids - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Seattle, Washington

We contacted this company looking for massage bottles for our clinic. Surprisingly, finding the right kind of bottle for our massage business has been a hassle thus far, and many of the companies we reached out to didn't even bother to message us back. Specialty Bottle not only got back to us right away every time we emailed them, their customer service was excellent and they gave us some great recommendations for products. The samples we requested arrived in a timely manner and were high-quality products. We deeply appreciate their customer service team and all the assistance they've given us thus far. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! read more

I've been purchasing bottles from Specialty Bottle for a number of years and have always been impressed with the variety, quality and price of their products. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with my most recent order, I felt I needed to share the experience. My small order of three bottles shipped within the same day as ordering and upon delivery I saw that each bottle was double wrapped in heavy paper with padding below and above the bottles in the interior box - the exterior box was further paddded with paper and dissolving packing peanuts around the interior box. This exceptional service stands in stark contrast to a recent Amazon order that arrived with no interior wrapping and smashed contents. I have a larger order coming up and will definitely use Specialty Bottle. read more

This company makes tins with lids that don't fit right (spin and fall off) after making 500 tins of salve many lids wouldn't stay on. Had to heat them all and try to pour hot salve out to get product back. Then was told it wasn't their fault because I ordered them a year ago. (I buy bulk) They refuse to honor thier products and have the rudest customer service reps. Taking my biz elsewhere. read more

Amazingly fast order fulfillment and shipping. Well packaged and orders always complete. In over a decade of a special annual order, I've never been disappointed or had a broken bottle. Additional plus is they use biodegradable packing peanuts! read more

Specialty Bottle - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Seattle, Washington

We just ordered some spice jars, bottles for bitters and water jugs from Specialty Bottle. We ordered these bottles and received them quickly-within 4 days. They were packaged well. While the shipping is pricey, these are glass goods and they do not skimp on the packing peanuts or the quality. These are perfect bottles for some at home projects or you can order more for professional endeavors! read more

Can I just say, for the record that this company rules... I make Christmas gifts every year for family and friends like dried herbs and jams etc so every year I place a bulk order of jars and containers. Specialty Bottle has the best prices first off and believe me, I hunted. You can buy in smaller quantities if you need to unlike a lot of other wholesalers. To give you an idea of their amazing customer service I will tell you about this year's order. I placed my order on a Wednesday and asked for 3 day shipping - they did it overnight at no additional charge. I then saw one of the containers had a lid which was pressed wrong so basically it did not fit properly. I called them the next day (which was a Friday). The very friendly representative apologized and said I should receive the replacement lid by Tuesday. I did but she did not send a replacement lid. She sent me two whole units of the base and the lid just to make sure. And to top the whole thing off...the followed up with me with a phonecall a few weeks later asking if everything worked out and I was ok. I mean wow... read more

To receive a business discount our company was told that the minimum quantity per item was 5000. When we received defective dropper tops instead of replacing , which they originally agreed (aware of the manufacturing defect) they changed and claimed no defect. 30ml dropper tops - glass pipette sits crookedly in the rubber top. Plan on up to 10% of tops being unusable. Yes, fast shipping! We use this company as a back up, no longer the first option. read more

I must say the level of customer service was beyond exceptional!!! In my experience my orders shipping method had a little confusion but one e mail later I received a call a voicemail and a response back to my email within less than 3 mins.... The staff was super helpful !!! I'll be doing business with this company for many more years and I highly recommend you check them out!!!!! read more

Fantastic company! These guys are one of the top online wholesalers of bottles and jars. They sell glass, plastic and aluminum types. I've known of them for sometime now, and ordered from them in the past. This time around as I was about to order, I noticed the 206 phone number and will call option. What I didn't know, is they are a local Seattle company! They operate out of a warehouse in SoDo with an office area where people can get hands on with all their bottles. After ordering through the office, a short time later I picked up my order from the will call loading dock just next door. Their service is friendly and fast. Having local pickup is a great option if you aren't ordering a lot of units or just need a small variety for testing. read more

I went to their SoDo location in Seattle in search of containers for my party favors. They did not disappoint (too much) and had a wide selection. They didn't have the exact containers I was looking for, but I found some that were close enough. My only gripe is the long wait at the window eventhough there was a girl sitting right there. I rang the bell and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come. The girl sitting next to the window didn't even bother looking up. Once I got someone the process was smooth and friendly. The prices are wholesale-ish even when you purchase single pieces. Definitely love them for that. Would absolutely continue to go back for all my bottling and container needs!! read more

Not at all what I thought. This is an unassuming industrial warehouse with a little door. You go up the stairs to a counter and get directed to the website via a person in a window. The various options are displayed in a glass case, make your choices, order and then your bottles will be brought out. We experienced excellent customer service and loved the variety of bottles available. Basic bottles to Ms. Hannigan's liquor style to essential oils samplers at great prices. I love my colored flip-top kombucha bottles! read more

I know what you're thinking - 5 stars for a bottle store? YES! I was looking for mini alcohol bottles for wedding favors and came across them. With the bottles and shipping, it was the best deal available AND the bottles were glass. After choosing my favorite lid color, I made the order and expected them to arrive in a week or so. 30 minutes later, I receive a call from a 206 - they wanted me to increase my order to SAVE ME money. Apparently if I ordered 96 instead of 84, I saved five dollars overall on my order. To make it even better, I had no idea they were local and offered me local pickup to save on shipping. The pickup process was simple. I prepaid and called ahead when I ran late and they allowed me to pick up my order a little later. They made the entire process easier on me and my budget. If you're looking for bottles for your next event, craft, or whatever inspired you on Pinterest, Speciality Bottle is the one and only. read more

I have used this company for the last 3 1/2 years and they have never let me down. Recently I made another purchase and inadvertently the wrong size bottles were shipped out to me. When I called to see about returning them and getting The correct size, they not only did they allowed me to keep the ones I had but quickly shipped the correct size out to me. Whether it's the great grade of plastic or the glass, my customers love the packaging! Thanks Specialty Bottle Antoinette J read more

When I think of buying "American" and what an "American company customer service" should be like I think of Specialty Bottle. They have the best customer service, excellent shipping times and everything I need for our business. I love ordering from them, even get giddy about it because I know I will find what I need and receive it promptly. read more

Specialty Bottle has wonderful customer service! There was a small issue with my order and they were so helpful and nice! They resent my product right away for free, and didn't ask me to return the original items. They shipped my order so fast. Their shipping costs were half that of other bottle websites. Their prices are way lower than any other bottle websites. This is a great company to buy jars and bottles for weddings favors. read more

Living in Seattle and owning a gallery is great! Having one of your favorite vendors close, FANTASTIC! They have every cool container this gallery needs. Their customer service is amazing. One thing I like is picking up my order outside the roll up garage door. Feels like I'm smuggling, trafficking, or undercover. But it's only my order. Plus the bus stop is right outside the door. read more

The absolute best customer service ever!!! I have been purchasing from them for years, and I honestly cannot think of enough nice things to say about these people! read more

I just received my very first order from Specialty Bottle, and I'm a very happy camper. First of all, their prices are GREAT... so much so that I had to make sure to order enough product that the shipping cost wasn't more than the total cost of my bottles! Secondly, I sent them an email request regarding signing for delivery. They responded very promptly, and even though they were not able to facilitate my request, I was pleased with the prompt response. Thirdly, my order was shipped promptly - I know this because I received an email when my order was shipped, and tracking info verified this information. Finally, my bottles arrived as ordered, well-packaged. I WILL be doing business with them again! Great job! read more

I live in New Mexico and ordered some small jars for my spice cabinet. I didn't realize this was a mega-company, wholesale, selling vast quantities. There was an unexpected problem with my order and the extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgable customer service folks resolved the issue with a better item as a replacement. The women I spoke to directly communicated their concern that my order fit my need, and they promptly took care of the situation. The new bottles (amber with white plastic caps) are perfect for my needs! But even more than that, I felt valued as a customer, and the attention and detail given to resolving the issue was personalized and personable! Customer service is terrific and the product is great too. Rare to find in a storefront or on-line business these days! Thanks to all 3 women who assisted, and were such a blessing to me. I highly recommend this company on every level--simply top-notch! read more

I placed my first order with them 3 days ago, and have already received it! The products came as described, undamaged, packaged neatly, and are nice looking in person. I am very pleased. Originally, I thought shipping seemed a tad high for what I ordered, BUT considering I live in Atlanta, and they are across the country, the speed at which I got my order makes up for that. Not to mention the fact that you can order as few or as many as you need and don't have to buy in massive quantities. Also, the prices when ordering a small amount are kept low. I highly recommend! read more

I've ordered from Specialty Bottle twice. Their prices were excellent (I did a lot of research before I ordered) and fulfillment quick. Everything was packed well so there was no breakage - even though they were sending a lot of glass! I especially appreciate their service. There was a minor problem with my second order, but I didn't notice it right away. When I contacted them, they responded quickly, corrected it, and were just really nice about even though they could have argued with me due to the delay in my reporting the issue. I'll definitely order from them again. read more

The thickness of the Victorian Square Jars are perfect for my plans to use as spice jars that can stand up in my drawer. The service was fast and the shipping reasonable IMHO. Nothing broken and all of the lids were there. I was able to order an odd number instead of by case. I researched quite a bit and chose Specialty. I'm happy with the quality and service. The lids do have to be turned really well to stay tight but I think it is how they are made. I'm very happy with my purchase. read more

I came across their link on Pinterest for diy candle making wedding guest favors and I decided to order 120 bottles of the ECO4S Canning Mason Jars from their website. Fantastic Customer Service, quality products, excellent quality of products, definitely my Go-To bottle company.

I recently received my order from Specialty Bottle. I ordered 5 tins and 3 jars. A few of the tins came slightly dented - one of which was not salvageable. I understand the material is delicate, so I wasn't deterred by those items with minor dents, but I did call to discuss the tin that was unusable. I spoke to Ginger, and she kindly described that all items they send out are considered "commercially acceptable," but if in fact there's one that I can't use, she'd happily replace it. The quality of the products are on par, if not better, than some more expensive sites I've tried. I can't wait to order from this company again! read more

Went here for the first time to get some honey jars and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I called and made an order, went down and picked it up, everything was ready and every employee was extremely great to work with. Decent prices and easy access to pick up if you live in the area. They look like a well oiled machine there. read more

I recently was looking for jars and bottles wholesale and stumbled upon this website. The prices are very affordable and their customer service is IMPECCABLE! I was having a hard time finding a specific jar with a lid that worked with my picky taste. Rachel was more than happy to assist me in finding what I need, and I bothered her to help me fid every jar that had that lid and she was pleasant even though I myself thought I was being annoying. My jars arrived in PERFECT condition and in a timely fashion. I made a mistake on my order, and ordered the wrong size and Rachel once again went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be using this vendor for everything I need! read more

I ordered some containers from here to be shipped to CA. I found them posted on a blog. They were really inexpensive, shipped my order out that day ... AND my order was stolen while in transit and they worked it out with UPS that day! They had another order on its way. Everyone I spoke with at their company was kind and professional and awesome. Great place to go for crafts, wedding favors, small business ideas. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks! read more
