I honestly didn't expect to get seated right away at a packed downtown spot, but we walked right in! The food and service were totally on point. They have an awesome build-your-own salad bar, and the garlic bread starters were so good. We got the Clam Strips and the Lobster Sensation, and I also built my own pasta combo with Spicy Italian, red clam, livers, and mushrooms. I'm not huge on cheese, so I had to sauce and spice it up my own way, lol! Huge shoutout to our server, Tabitha, who was amazing and made sure we were taken care of. Fair warning: it's a massive place and gets pretty loud, but the food makes it absolutely worth it.

"The salad bar is good" seems to be the overwhelming theme of reviews of Spaghetti Works and I would agree. It feels a bit like a lower end knock off of a Spaghetti Factory without the charm or much flavor in the food. It's serviceable and probably good for families but outside of the salad bar I would probably skip it if I was in town again.

We came on a Monday afternoon for lunch. The restaurant wasn't super busy and we got seated right away. The service was quick. We loved the salad bar! We also got the refillable pasta bowls and each one came out super fast. I liked the pasta but it was nothing amazing. My favorite sauce was the Cajun Alfredo. The restaurant was huge and has tons of seating. It's a place I'd go back to but not go out of my way to if that makes sense.

I like coming here from time to time. Have been going there since I was a child. Service is usually really good but they do tend to get crowded. Skipped the pasta today and just had a salad bar for lunch. It was perfect! I love their salad bar although I did find some chunks of lettuce that were definitely spoiled.

The possibilities are endless! It is a very family friendly restaurant with friendly service. We love the endless pasta bowls with the mix and match pastas and sauces, and of course the salad bar. It is a true bargain and the theme throughout the restaurant is unlike many other spots downtown.

We walked all around looking for something to eat and ended up at Spaghetti Works. It actually reminded me of Spaghetti Factory with the old timey feel and decor. Service was mediocre at best. Our server seemed annoyed to have to serve us but whatever. Maybe she was having a bad day? Food was just okay as well. I think the best part for me was the salad bar. I opted for the eggplant parmesan and spaghetti with meat sauce. I make a better meat sauce TBH and the parmesan felt like it wasn't heated all the way through. Mr had the chicken parmesan and he said he's definitely had better and the spaghetti with red sauce needed something. The only person happy with her food was our daughter who got the chicken Alfredo. Even the complimentary bread was sad, literally looks like the stuff I buy in the frozen section of the grocery store. I'd say the only thing they did right, the cheese curds. We love us some cheese curds, why do they only have them in the middle of the country?

We were walking around downtown looking for a place that we wouldn't have to wait for. We were seated right away and took in all the fun decor around us. I liked the variety in the menu options and the high affordability of items. We ordered the beercheese spaghetti and their pick 3 trio entree (clam sauce, meat sauce, and beer cheese), each entree also gives you unlimited access to their salad bar. I liked the salad bar options, there was so much to choose from. Staff were good about maintaining the salad bar which was nice. The staff that waited on us did have much of a sense of urgency even when they were very full of patrons. We waited for 10 minutes before getting our drinks and having our orders taken, which left us a little unhappy, however, food was served up quickly and quality of food was good.

Stopped in on a Friday night at 6pm expecting a wait, we were seated right away and greated promptly and ... because we've been here so many times we ordered immediately! Salad bar was okay.. lettuce seemed a little old and it was quite messy, but I believe they came to tidy it up right after we went through so we may have just come through after a big rush. We both had angel hair pasta, my daughter got beer cheese- I prefer a beer cheese/hot naked melody. Garlic bread was tasty, definitely a different bread than before- but actually really liked it more than any other visit! Our server was so sweet, she made a point to check in often and really gave great service! Restrooms were in need of attention and I really feel like that is one ongoing area this location struggles with. We left full and happy, the positives significantly outweighed the negatives!

Indoor and outdoor seating. Huge overall with a salad bar. Loved the garlic bread. Reasonably priced. Italian sodas weren't too bad and had plenty of flavor. I ordered the lobster sensation and it was a bit bland.

Our first test for here. B says she was here years ago. Have a variety of foods requested now. Pasta both. Family type place. Not our usual choice, but good so far. And all is real good

Friendly service, comfy setting, and oh yeah - the food! Unfortunately for me, there is too much seafood on the menu but there's always something. People rave about the seafood dishes so I'll trust them and say it must be good. I'm just not into it. On this visit, we each ordered a cocktail. I decided to try the lemon martini which I never order and OH MY GOODNESS. It was awesome! They nailed it. The limoncello brought it home. My dining partner had a dirty martini and was satisfied as well. We enjoyed a Spezia salad which featured mixed greens, prosciutto, tomato, Kalamata olives, and a house vinaigrette. It all combined so well. The lettuce was wonderfully fresh, no need to pick out rotting leaves like some places. The dressing was simply light and delish. We shared a plate of spaghetti. You get several options to add to it. The grilled spicy Italian sausage sounded good. I'm not sure which was better. The sausage or the marinara sauce. Both were soooooo good!! The sausage was truly grilled and spicy and just amazing, and it was not greasy either. The marinara sauce challenged my own that I make at home. We devoured that plate of spaghetti which was big enough to share. I forgot to take a picture as it was served so I am sharing a tight shot of half the order after we divided it.

It can get pretty busy, so I definitely recommend making one ahead of time. The ambiance is quiet and really nice, and the restaurant is much larger inside than I expected, which makes it feel comfortable without feeling crowded. The happy hour menu is such a great deal. $6 Old Fashioneds is almost unheard of, and they are perfectly made for my taste every time. My favorite pasta is similar to a Cajun cream sauce, with the perfect balance of flavors and they definitely do not skimp on the chicken. My kids love the complimentary bread and always order the salmon pasta. I am usually too full for dessert, but this time we shared the chocolate raspberry cheesecake and it was so good it disappeared before I could even get a picture. Definitely a place we keep coming back to.

This is a MUST HAVE, I repeat a must‑have. Perfect crisp outside, soft inside, next‑level cheese pull, and that garlic drizzle seals the deal. I could've eaten just that and left happy. For the main course, I had the penne bolognese fiorna, and it was flawless (rich, fresh, and a generous portion). My better half went for the Big Vinny Combo (chicken parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo, baked lasagna). Everything hit except the Alfredo needing a touch more salt... though she definitely didn't need any help enjoying those glasses of wine. The kiddo crushed her cavatappi with shrimp -- fork never stopped moving, and she couldn't stop talking about how good it was. Though it could be considered slightly pricey, it's absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back.

We started off with happy hour drinks and calamari. The lemonchello and Negroni are strong!!! You've been warned! The calamari was surprisingly delicious. It didn't have a fishy taste, the breading was thin, tasty and yummy. The sauces it came with were also bomb. It had a nice kick along with pickled peppers that I could eat by itself. Now to the stars of the show -- margherita and pepperoni pizza. Wow. It almost felt like our taste buds were transported to Italy after the first few bites. Both of these pizzas were on the happy hour menu. I strongly recommend getting them if you're in a pizza mood. From the fresh dough, to fresh cheese and marinara sauce.. these pizzas alone are a huge reason we will come back. Our daughter had the buttered noodles which were also tasty. That first impression matters. Our server Paul was a true professional. The best way I can describe him is that he represents what hospitality should be. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. His wine recommendation of a Barbera d'Asti with the braised beef completely surprised me in the best way. What really impressed me was Jen checking back in after seating us to help get our toddler's order in quickly. She read the situation perfectly while we were managing both kids.
