With all due respect to the many fine professionals this company employs. The facts are as follows: 1- The boxes are the exact same equipment that I installed & serviced in 2007 and NO ADVANCEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. 2- The interactive so called features are feeble & pathetic. 3- YES the DVR still incorporates a "copy to VCR" function. The recording space is roughly one third of that offered by Direct TV and Verizon for example. 4- The WIFI is unreliable as well. 5- Ironically Charter is only a few bucks cheaper than their competitors while their product is years behind. 6- AND last but not least Charter does not even offer NBA TV, LEAGUE PASS OR ANY SPORTS PACKAGES WHATSOEVER. SPECTRUM? Don't make me laugh. You could at least give your customers the option! What a shame Charter Communications. You have a lot of nerve. No wonder you have so many 1 star reviews. Their response was basically if you want local West Covina because that's where you live get the box back and you can access your city's feed. So pretty much screw you customers, we don't care. With all the technology there is and with all the money spectrum gets from its customers you mean to tell me there is no way to provide this basic service to customers.
