When we were ready to use their services six months later, Dima, Thomas, and Joe were on-site working tirelessly to make sure the cameras were all installed correctly and functioning well. This is a review of the result of their work, three months later, and their excellent installation service. Something to consider: * Estimate & Budget: Our initial estimate exceeded by the time the work was completed. However, this was mostly due to the fact that we decided to replace the cable wiring for the entire building. After the work began, Dima and Thomas discovered that much of our original cable was damaged. This is an updated review for Frank Barajas Electrical aka Security Camera Installation - Digital…read moreEyez. Frank Barajas warrantied the previously reviewed work on 4/14/2020 for up to 5 years. About a week and a half after the repair made by Frank Barajas Electrical and his "master electrician" aka his father, the same kitchen breaker started tripping again. I contacted Frank and arranged to have him come back to reinspect their work. He agreed to come by the evening of 4/28/2020. Before the agreed upon time, Frank indicated that he was feeling sick. He said his business partner (his father) might be able to come by instead. That was the last I heard from him. I attempted to contact Frank four other times and there was no response. Meanwhile, I have had to run an extension cord to run our refrigerator affected by the tripping breaker. I arranged for another electrician to inspect the problem on 5/5/2020 and to say I was surprised is an understatement. The new electrician found two major problems: 1) a major leak with flooding beneath the kitchen sink and 2) a burned out section of wiring complete with wire on wire contact which was the cause of the tripping breaker. Frank Barajas and company claimed to crawl under the house to inspect the wiring. They never reported the major water leak nor did they report the burned out section of the wiring. There was no way this could have been missed. The burned out section of the wiring could have caused a fire and endangered our lives. I believe Frank Barajas and company were negligent. Frank Barajas seemed like an upstanding person, but I was mistaken. He was negligent and took advantage of the situation. He and his father convinced us to replace several outlets because they said that was causing the breaker to trip. According to the new electrician, the cause of the tripping was the short from the burned out section of the wiring which would have cost us 50% less that what Frank charged us. I attached pictures and video (if allowed) so you can see for yourself. I would never hire Frank and his father, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
