I needed to have a 100lb+ 85" TV and soundbar installed in a space over my spare bedroom door (the top of the TV is ~12ft off the ground). Rich, who used to work on Hollywood sets, got together some colleagues of his to troubleshoot and ultimately successfully get the heavy piece where it needed to be. His attention to safely was reassuring. His meticulous attention to detail was admirable - when I said it looked "good to me" he said "let me make sure" and made sure everything was perfectly centered and level. He also noticed that a soundbar that I had in my living room (which I installed myself and botched) was looking rough and not only reinstalled it but hid the cords for me. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering.
