I moved from California to Memphis and was looking for a good nail salon. This one is close to my apartment so I gave it a go. The store is clean and they have a good selection of nail polish colors. My pedicure looked great and all staff members were very friendly. Prices for manicures/pedicures are much cheaper in California, but I guess that's something I'm going to have to get use to. My standard pedicure cost $30. Overall, I had a good experience and will be back. read more

Seemed like nice place at first. I went in and wanted two adult pedicures (one for me, one for my little sister), a full set, a gel fill, and three children's mani/pedis. I was refused service and told children aren't allowed there because I won't be able to relax and I'd be wasting my money. I think I should have the say on if I'm wasting MY money or not. Especially when I'm going there to spend a lot. I think it was very rude of them to say them and also very discriminating against mothers. So I suggest if you wanna bring your little girls out for a mommy and me date, stag away from here! read more

Great job! They took all five of us at one time. We were able to relax in the clean, pleasant environment after a very hectic day. We're all loved our mania and pedis. read more

Lisa was great. She did a great job on my nails. She listened to what I said and did exactly what I needed.

They were very accommodating considering my group had two pedicures and two manicures all without an appointment. They were very nice and clean. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding tomorrow. This was also my first gel manicure and I am in love with the results. I was hesitant on the color at first and they worked with me and were patient with me while I made my final decision. Would definitely come again! read more

Spa Nail - Very neutral and complimentary color for my skin tone. Very happy with gel manicure! - Nail Salons Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

I went in with an expired gift certificate asking them to honor it - they would not - even though it costs them nothing to let me use it, since it's already paid for. I am not talking about a coupon that expired; but a bought and paid for gift certificate. Their loss. I went elsewhere for my mani/pedi and will not go there for anything. Let your friends know if they want to give you a gift certificate for nails - go somewhere else where a gift certificate will be honored after the expiration date. read more

OPI heaven.. and sales other manicurist products. A couple of dollars more than the norm but clean and professional so its worth it.

I just got a pedicure here and it was such a great relaxing experience. i was greeted promptly and the energy in here is friendly and accommodating. It's also very clean and there was a solid variety in choice for nail polish. My tech did an incredible job with my pedicure and i am so happy with the service i received. The massage chair was a bonus! I can't wait to come back again! read more

Wow! Great pedicure that included a very good message. They worked me right in on a busy Saturday afternoon. Ahh!

The staff is so friendly and they always take their time to ensure quality service. This is a place that, if you frequent, will know you (in a good way) and treat you with the best. The most attentive and professional mani/pedi I have found in 6 years since living in Memphis. Definitely a Midtown gem. read more

Service was great. The workers were attentive and polite. One thing that stood out was my manicurist didn't mind explaining her process to me. I didn't ask and although I've gotten dipped nails before she did something that most wont do, explain it to me. Not that everyone looks for or needs that but I do when I'm trying something that's still fresh for me. And most times when I've asked for simple details at other nail salons I get the annoyed look and short response. Geez I'm not that person that googles step by step processes or I would do it myself. But honestly there just isn't always enough time or patience for googling ALL the time. But moving on, this was another great experience at Spa Nails. My nails turned out super cute and eyebrows "on fleek" as my little girl would have me to say Thanks ladies!! read more

Save your money! You'll be dissatisfied, unless you're use to mediocre work. If they are busy their work will reflect it. My last experience was sub par to say the least. The pedicure was "okay" but what really pissed me off was the quality of my (hands) nails......this is literally the second time I've come in and they have done an awful job on my nails! There was a chip in the acrylic that I clearly stated needed to be fixed....instead of fixing it, she painted over it....then got an attitude when I asked her to fix it. And instead of adding acrylic to fix the chip, she simply filed it down! (Now the nail is shorter than the others)....I honestly feel there are better nail shops. The only reason I went here was because my nail shop was closed that's literally down the street. read more

This is my favorite place in Memphis to get my nails done. They are friendly, professional, and always greet me by name. I have moved to East Memphis, but I still make the drive to midtown for Spa Nails! read more

Awesome pedicure!! They massaged my feet and legs for so long! Great experience. I will definitely come back!

I came to get my eyebrows done. I waited 20 minutes. As I waited another customer came in & asked how much to get eyebrows done. She told the lady $10. When another lady finally came to get me to do my eyebrows, she told me $13. I asked her why was the other lady's eyebrows $10 & mines was $13. Let the record show I am an African -American woman & the other woman was Caucasian. This is straight racial profiling. The lady was rude. Memphis sisters don't spend your $ there. They cater to Caucasians only. read more

I had a pedicure - and I think it was the best one of my life! The staff is very nice. I was there on Saturday at mid-day - and it wasn't crowded at all. Maybe everyone was having lunch - but it was nice to be one of the few being pampered at that time. It was only $30 for the pedicure, which I thought was very reasonable. I will definitely be back! read more

Great place! I got a fabulous pedicure and awesomely done shellac nails. It does get pretty busy, though, so make sure you have ample time for whatever service you choose, or go during non-peak hours. It's well worth the time, however, in my opinion. read more

I have been going to Spa Nails for many years. For the past year I have had a pedicure every week...they are fantastic! The leg and foot massages have been a godsend because I am an athlete with tight calves/ankles. Spa nails is Professional in every way. massage chairs for your pedi. It seems to be a family-run place. I also love that they read people well -- for example, I like to be quiet during mani-pedi...not chatty. They respect this, even though I've never had to tell them. Prices seem competitive with other salons. read more

Highly recommend Spa Nails. I've been going there for over four years for spa pedicures and they are some of the best I have ever had. All of the women are kind and friendly. They all do a wonderful job, great mini massages on the legs and feet, great attention to detail on nails. They recently updated their massage chairs - they are now even better than they were before. I went for a spa pedi earlier today and my feet are still floating on air :). read more

I love this place! Everyone there is wonderful and does a great job! Especially Mia! Make sure to splurge and pay the extra for a foot massage with you pedicure! read more

I have been going to spa nails for years now. They really are the best! Always accommodating and friendly. Gets busy but be patient because they do a fantastic job. read more

First time visiting after poor experience at other salons. It's quiet and clean but my tech was not. She rushed my pedicure and was not (my nails were still dirty and uneven afterward) and ruined my jeans in the process. I rolled them halfway up my leg and she still showed no consideration or control- consistently rubbing scrub, lotions, and oil into the hem of my jeans telling me 'wear less tight pants next time' and giggling afterward. She painted my toes with ungloved, unwashed hands (the dirt under her nails were thick and she kept digging them under my toes) she even coughed on my feet at one point. I was mortified and very annoyed. Because of the experience, I've been treating my toes with antibacterial and antifungal so that I won't get an infection. read more

How this place has four stars is totally inconceivable. I got my nails done here-- a full set + shellac for FIFTY dollars, which I gladly pay for at my usual nail place Fancy Nail (please go there, and ask for Vincent, NOT here!). I asked for the coffin shape, which they didn't even know about. So, I showed them a picture. I had it pulled up on my phone the ENTIRE time. And what I got was absolutely horrendous. First of all, she cut them to the length I wanted and by the time she was done filing them, they were short! They were a rounded sqoval shape... but very un even. I had to stop and tell her to even them out multiple times and they still looked crooked as hell. Besides the HORRIBLE shape, she painted over my cuticles! AND cut my pinky finger with her buffer. Three days later, my MF pointer finger nail popped off as I opened a bag of chips. I CANNOT believe I paid this much for such a shitty job. If it hadn't of taken almost TWO hours and almost made me late for work, I would have argued that they soak them off and I would have left without paying. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE. read more

OK here's my review. Pedicures are amazing. Very friendly staff. BUT I am not very excited about the acrylics. First off she was on her cell phone 80% of the time and not paying attention. So my some of my nails were crooked. Please make a policy for your workers not to use their cell phone while working. They need to pay attention because I am a good tipper. I am dissatisfied and disappointed, because I like the people. But its unacceptable to not focus on your job and be on your phone while u file my nails. Please correct this problem. read more
