My usual place wasn't open so I took a chance on this place. Glad I did. They actually explained the different nail services. I tried dipping powder on my natural nails after they removed all the old acrylic. It was fun to watch and I love the end result. Feels healthier and is much thinner than acrylic. I love it. They are wonderful. Always very pleased with my nails. They do everything to make sure you like your color. So colors may differ if you get a gel on your nails versus what is in the bottle for your toes. They will always let you try the color first if you are unsure. They are so busy so appointments are best but they are worth it. read more

I went here for my bridal nails and the place is really nice and understated. The nail technicians are all super friendly and give genuine professional service, you can really tell women working there have been at it for years because they were all super detail oriented and efficient, thorough. I've gotten my nails done elsewhere and had leftover acrylic underneath my nails, but here they used tools and cleaned up around their work. As well, they were all very thorough with sanitizing everything including their hands when passing items around. Made an appointment at this place for myself and my mother who is 85. We arrived at our appointment only to be told that "we didn't have an appointment there... we must be at the wrong place". This was from the lady that sits at the first station on the right. She did not try to accommodate us AT all initially and then she mumbled something about we could wait. After that horrible customer service, I kindly told her that we would pass because her attitude was off. I could have waited and probably would have since it was the holidays, but I wasn't going to have my elderly mother wait. I phoned in my appointment at the beginning of the week, Monday specifically, and I was quite excited to try this place. First impressions mean a lot and I won't be back, nor will I suggest it to anyone that I know. If it was possible, I would have given ZERO stars. read more

He takes his time to prep and paint all my nails and I recently switched to dip nails and I'm absolutely in love! I switched to pink sparkles but I also love the red sparkly dip as well! I made a pedicure appointment for my grandson and me. They were 30 minutes late in starting. The soak was room temperature and not enjoyable. There was no communication, paraffin dip, leg mask treatment or foot and leg massage. Also, the excess polish around my toes was not removed. I had high hopes for this salon, as my cousins raved about the service. However, I have never been more frustrated with a nail salon before. Not only did they start working on someone before me that came in after me, but when I said something they didn't seem to care. I normally don't mind waiting, however, no one even acknowledged me. Once the woman started doing my nails, she would pause and start talking to her coworkers. I understand paying the bill before they start on your nails, but I asked if I could sign the receipt (and add the tip) afterwards because I wanted to tip her after she actually did my nails (I didn't have cash on me) and she wouldn't let me wait. I hate tipping before a service and because I didn't have cash on me, I felt obligated to. read more

I came across this gem when I was back home and needed a quick fix for my claws last minute and didn't have time to make an appointment. I'd been by another nail salon further down the street but they didn't do acrylics. I only waited about 10 ish minutes before being seated -- it was about 5:30 ish a day or so after Christmas -- they got me into a chair rather quickly and had a large variety of gel colors to choose from. They did a phenomenal job on my acrylics (I'm super particular about how I like them done) and did them quickly but carefully. I loved the color (I think it's Frenchie want a kiss by OPI? Used to be "I'm gown for anything") and they did the perfect shape and they look thin and natural and have lasted 2.5 weeks! I like them so much I came back for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill with gel. The girl who did my nails the 2nd time wasn't as fast but still did an excellent job. I wasn't crazy about the fact that I had an appointment and i had to wait for a seat , so that's why I'm not giving 5 stars. That and when she was soaking the gel off of my toes she drilled the gel off of my nails and got it all over my outfit? She held my hand over the chair so I had white powder all over my black outfit so that was less than desirable. It's not incredibly crowded or loud at all and the salon is clean and well kept. The location is perfect (next to target) and easy to get to while out running errands. The parking lot in the strip mall shopping center isn't crazy jam packed either so that's always an added bonus. The prices are very reasonable and the nail techs are very polite and listen to what you want and make sure you're happy with it before you leave! read more

By far my all time favorite place for the past 6-8 years!! I've gone to all the new salons that open up in town and nothing matches what it's like to walk into a shop that treats you like family. I love going to support her and her ladies/guys! She even used to come visit me at my job when I was working in retail. Great family own business with local roots. I always try new places but end up just comparing it to how much better it is here. They do a fantastic job and always want me happy. I can be annoying about what color I want or can't pick and she always knows how to help me!! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. She even opened up when it was snowing the day before my brothers wedding because bridesmaids and mothers wanted to get last minute pedicures and manicures. I could go on and on about this place. Horrible experience! Came here with my family in December to get manicures and pedicures stop there for a few minutes as we were walk-ins which is fine another family walked in and was like hey we don't have appointments but like where you come here all the time and they're like oh go sit down so they completely skipped us for this other family who also didn't have appointments who walked in about 15 minutes after us. After that I got a jail pedicure literally all they did was put the polish on my toenails no massage no cleaning up the nails nothing just polish charge $50 for. Absolutely ridiculous! And then when I went to get my nails done I asked for a full set of the acrylic nails and they try to talk me out of it say they wouldn't look good on me this is that try to get me to do other things that I'm assuming would've cost more. The guy that did my nails made them completely crooked all different sizes all different shapes and I mention oh no this one doesn't look the same as this one they're different completely ignored kept going on with the service. When I went to Pj she asked how was it I said oh it wasn't that good I don't like my nails oh OK it'll be $115 total. I informed them that I did not like the nails at that time and they still charged me. I went back to dispute the charge a day later and just now months later they said oh no we're still gonna charge you and took the money back out of my account. When I called the guy that answered said oh well why didn't you just come back if you didn't like the service. If they already messed up that much on my nails why would I come back I had to take them off the next day because my work said they look at that that you can't be working and have those shown with people around. So now months later after they had originally refunded me they are now charging me again for the servicing oh no you should've just came back to get it redone by us. No thank you I found another salon that week and has been great to me with my manicures and pedicures way better priced way better service way better people overall. Will never come here again will never recommend it to any friends or family members when they come out here this place is horrible read more

Talk about great customer service! I was in dire need of a mani pedi after spending the last 48 hours driving and unpacking, looked this place up and got lost on the way! I showed up 10 minutes before closing :( I felt terrible and asked if I could make an appointment for the next morning, because I would hate to have them stay late. The owner insisted I stay and let them take care of me. Wow! The ladies were so friendly, accommodating, and hospitable! One of the things I dread is finding new places to go, especially having to find a new nail salon after my one back home was do great. I went in for my nails and chose a color, that turned out to be a total different color so I had to choose a different one. When I was looking through the colors the lady's working got very upset at how long I was taking, so my lady started working on someone else. When I was done looking for colors I had to sit for another 20 minutes for her to come back to help me. When my nails were finished they were grainy and there were TWO BLACK HAIRS IN MY DIP. I told her three times and she kept saying "I don't see it" when the hair was clearly there. My nails are very uneven and grainy, and obviously still have hairs in them I do not recommend. read more

Salon is ok, small, and the guy that I like is no longer there, everytime I came in is more than one hour wait, sometime the owner tell me to come back in 1 or 2 hour, they only have 2 to 3 people working everytime I'm in there, and because of lack of staff my pedicure always been rush , my pedicure only last for 10 mins from start to finish polishing. Polish come off the bext day. Well ! It time to move on, need to find somewhere that pedicure service longer than 10 mins so I can relax and enjoy after my hard working day and polish last longer than a day. read more

I love going here! They are all so sweet! They have so many colors to choose from. The pedicure chairs are by far my favorite in Collierville! My hands and feet always look amazing when they are finished! I always get an pedicure and gel nails here! I can be picky when it comes to drilling on my nails and it has never bothered me here. When I get my fills they always look like they did when I first got my nails done. They learn who you are very quickly and talk to you about your family and friends! They offer you drinks such as coke products. The wait has never been long for me. And everyone in there is wonderful. So, anyone you get... You will be in WONDERFUL hand & feet!!! read more

Please do not go here for your nails. The customer service is poor and prices are high. They charge an extra $5 to take your dip nails off and an extra $ to cut your nails down. Service takes almost 2 hours and the manager always has an attitude. They are racist towards African-American women. read more

This is one of the greatest nail shops I've ever been to.Seeing all these one stars make my heart break, because, the reviews are mostly lies.I've been to their nail shop ever since they opened and, never once had seen a customer complain, like some others said.I am positive that they do a great job! The staff are kind and sweet and offer you refreshments of a variety. There are also a giant amount of different hues.The staff work precisely on the nails and when finished they look breathtaking. I never seem to notice any mistakes on my nails! While at other nail shops, I feel like they don't do as good as Nails And Spa.It is ok if I am mistreated because I do know that it is a Nail Salon not a daycare.But, rather than being mistreated at other nail salons, I feel as if they don't try to make your nails look, excellent or of high quality.
