I've gotten my nails done elsewhere and had leftover acrylic underneath my nails, but here they used tools and cleaned up around their work. As well, they were all very thorough with sanitizing everything including their hands when passing items around. It was a great experience and I'll definitely come back, and suggest it to friends

I went and requested a particular nail tech and he refused to service me, no reason that I know of and when comforted about it, because me being me, could not just leave it alone! I went in for a dip manicure with a French tip on my natural nails. My nails were quite long when I arrived, and I specifically asked for a round shape. Instead, they were cut completely down and ended up looking square. I also questioned the base color, since it didn't look natural for a French manicure, but I was assured it would turn out fine. Unfortunately, it didn't, and the lines were uneven and barely visible against the white base. Now, just two days later, the gel top coat on four of my nails has already started peeling. While the woman at checkout was nice enough to acknowledged that I was unhappy, no solution or correction was offered, just an apology. I ended up paying $50 for what is easily the worst dip manicure I've ever had. I definitely won't be going back.

I first found her Instagram (@daisynails_collierville) and sent her a DM and she responded so fast! Sent her a picture of the nails I wanted and she set up an appointment for me. I even had to change my appointment and she was super friendly about it. I went in and she's renovated the whole place it looks great! I didn't wait for more than a minute before they had me in my chair. Super fast and friendly. I usually don't talk to my nail techs ,I just like to enjoy my manicure but I couldn't help but talk to her she's so sweet and funny. I even ended up talking to other people in the salon it was a great environment! I broke a nail a few days later, totally my fault I smashed it in a book, but I just DM'd her on Instagram and she got me in the next day to fix it! Again super fast and friendly! I will never go anywhere else but here from now on! So talented and great at business!
