I was speechless and then she wiped the discharge from her nose on her pants. Then she proceeded to take off her sandal and pick at her feet. I was disgusted and sick to my stomach. I removed my hands from the soaking solution and dried them off. I leaned over to the person next to me and told her what I saw and told her I was leaving and I wanted her to be aware of what I witnessed. Before I left, the manager-owner (not sure what his position is at the salon) asked me to wait and I stated to him what I witnessed and told him there was no way I was going to stay with such disgusting service and the dirty condition the store was in. It was dirty..... no telling what was going on that I couldn't see. (My mistake for not reading prior reviews and looking around the store when I first walked in) He basically laughed and spoke to his employee in another language a comment about what I said. This place needs serious help in customer service and no doubt needs to be investigated by the health department.

The next time, it's like he didn't file enough and they were thick and bumpy. Also- each time I have been, every person I've had puts a drill on my natural nail, it burns while they're doing it, and they end up so thin when I remove the dip! Just disappointed because I've been coming here for years. Nellie did a great job when I had her but she still filled my natural nail too much. I hate feeling picky but when you're spending $60+ each time you go, they need to be quality. I think I will look for somewhere else to go, which is sad because I've been going here for years! Friday, April 25, 2019…read more I am fairly new to the area. I wanted to find a nearby nail salon that wouldn't be extremely crowded on a Friday. I was driving down Kirby Whitten when I came across TN Nails. The parking lot only had one vehicle parked so I parked. Inside there was only one customer. I was greeted by a lady behind the nail chair. Then I was asked what service I'd like. I said that I'd like a shellac manicure. She said to pick out a color on the wall. I did see tons of colors on display. At that moment she then walked over to point out the shellac colors. I selected a nude color. After picking the color, she showed me where to sit and she began the removal of the old polish on my nails. She asked me "how my day was going?" I said really good and then I asked her in return the same. We chatted for a few moments during the service. Like for example: she asked "what did I do earlier before coming to the nail shop?" She seemed friendly and sweet. I asked what would the cost be for shellac manicure ... she replied $30. I then asked if credit card or cash was preferred she said either is fine. The service was efficient and quick. She was friendly and sweet. After paying the bill, I tipped her and let her know that I she did a great job. I also said that I'd return again perhaps 3-4 weeks.

My nail tech was very careful with my feet and took her time to get my nails and cuticles trimmed well, and calluses removed. She gave me a relaxing leg massage and then applied polish with care. I had not gone for a pedi in months because the last two times at other salons the techs cut my cuticles and drew blood. Also the polish is usually so poorly applied that I'm better off doing it myself. I'm always a little wary as those experiences are frustrating and pedis are not cheap. But today I was very happy to have had a calm and relaxing experience! My polish looks good and I am very satisfied! Great experience and I am so glad I went to Blossom Nail Spa! I tipped approximately 27% because it was well worth it. :)
