My masseuse, Pedro, was fantastic. I felt completely rejuvenated when it was done. The deal also included beach chairs. So afterward, I had some time to relax on the beach. It was an absolutely perfect daycation.

One of the BEST parts of the spa was the relaxation room where you go before or after your massage. It has the beautiful views and cozy feel. I say was because on this last visit certain key elements were missing: 1) they were not diffusing that magical esencia smell that was their signature, 2) no gentle music playing in the background, and 3) they removed what feels like half of their seating/lounging. The room used to have little seating areas that were cozy as singles or group and those have changed to benches.... Benches! I was so sad. They still have the 6 lounge chairs that look outside but the rest of the cozy spaces are not there. People just awkwardly sat on benches to wait for their massage. I have to say this knocked out 2 stars for me and was a game changer for returning as their is no real place to unwind to either prep for your massage or unwind and regroup after you finish your spa experience. The rest of the amenities worked well. The area for steam room, sauna and jacuzzis is also bright now unlike the dimmer lights from before. Overall, it is still a good spa, but I might explore others unless I hear some of the changes have been fixed.

From the moment we arrived with check-in, getting our bags to our room, we were treated like true VIPs. Once we got to the room, we had time to change and head to the pool. The evenings were great as we were able to sit out on the balcony and relax, while at the same time being in the lobby or hitting the restaurant was always great. We took advantage of the on-site yoga classes and the beach every day while we were there. The beach area was nice, in the servers supporting the beach I felt did their best to accommodate all of the guests outside. If you're a frequent AMEX user, I would definitely recommend going through your AMEX as it really did just make a difference. The grounds were well kept the pool was clean. The staff was friendly and most importantly, we had an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it for anybody coming to South Beach to come here, as it's centrally located and it's easily accessible to lots of other activities you may want to consider.

Please keep in mind that they have a 24 hour strict cancellation policy. I'm surprised to see that there are very low rated reviews about this place. Everything was more than I was hoping for and I highly recommend this spa to anyone that would like a more elevated experience.

Lastly, the person who scheduled our services over email, Karla Gutierrez, who was very professional and capable. What did not work: Upon checking in, the lady at the counter (in the spa) was unable to provide a breakdown of charges and had a hard time establishing eye contact. Maybe assumptions were made, which is the only explanation I could come up with based on her behavior. Ultimately I gave up and asked for a receipt. My questions were simple, I paid in advance (a deposit) how is it applied? Do they take off the difference? Or do they reimburse and charge again? She was unable to answer. I have her name in my receipt, but I chose to omit it as anyone can have a bad day. My guest and I proceeded to compare facilities with other well known spas: Lapis at the Fontainebleau and Tierra Santa at Faena- which charge similar rates. Let me tell you, the Standard is very subpar in 1) hospitality and 2) Vibe and decor. The standard's decor is art deco and while I understand the look, the place just seemed old. There is only one station for hair drying/makeup in the locker room, the water in my shower was cold, although my guest's was fine. The Hammam stone was use for towel storage as you will see in picture. No guest is shown in the image and I decided to take the picture because I could not believe it and for this review. There was constant walking in and out of the Hammam (by the staff) to replenish, you guessed it, towels, which made the experience far from relaxing. For the price I was expecting much more. We ended up leaving early without using all the services, but we did walk to the sauna, which seemed nice, but it was super full, and the ice room, which was underwhelming. We will not return, hopefully they can give this place a make over and the staff some training.

I decided to make a day of coming here only to find out that they validate your parking for five hours and anything after that you are charged overnight rates which it is $78 to valet Park. I ended up parking in a parking lot a half a block away. Traffic was insane this day so I ended up arriving 20 minutes before my appointment I was greeted and shown the facility. With just enough time to undressed and head up to my appointment. They give massages on the second floor, mine was excellent. It was a deep tissue CBD oil massage. I got hot stones for the very first time and thoroughly enjoyed my time in the room. It's everything after that that ruined my day here. They have a co- pool area inside. That had these loud women, no one ever said anything to them even though there was signs everywhere saying to keep our voices down. I decided I would go enjoy a quiet meal. I went to one of the restaurants in the lobby, the teriyaki salmon bowl was very delicious. Salmon was cooked to perfection. I ate every drop of it. At this point, I headed back to the spa. The women were gone, but it was a little crowded, so I decided to head to the Jacuzzi in the ladies locker room area. The water was very cold not the temperature of a Jacuzzi so I went to the front and let the staff know. She said that she will put in a maintenance ticket about it and so we waited. A lady came in with her man and they both got in. I decided to go in the steam room and almost tripped over the tile. The steam inside the room was good. And most importantly the room was quiet. I wanted to sit out a while and decided to sit on one of the heated loungers, which didn't have an ounce of heat on it. I decided to look around a bit and noticed that this place was just very rundown. They charge a lot of money, but are not putting any of it back into the establishment as far as I can tell. I did not know they shut down the rainfall room, which I was really looking forward to. In the reservation, it tells you that you can sit on the loungers outside by the pool, so I decided to go out there and enjoy the sun for a bit, but of course out there even the loungers that were far away from the pool staff was saying that you had to pay for, and this was not a cabana. I got fed up looking for seats. I decided it was time for me to go back inside and wait for the Jacuzzi to be fixed. Another woman came and got in and said the same exact thing that I had said and went to go talk to the staff an hour later still no one we decided to leave when they asked us how our treatment was we said it was good, but nobody ever came to fix the Jacuzzi. And then the woman let us know that they told her that they would come the next day because they didn't wanna walk in on the women in the dressing room. i'm not sure how that helped the guest that day but OK, she was just never gonna say anything. I'm glad I got to try this place discounted because I would never come back there.

The changing area and sauna and one person steam room shower is located here. Then to get to the treatment area you have to walk back across the outside area and the front lobby through the area with guests and all their luggage to the elevator in your robe. This is not a great experience and you must repeat this step after your treatment. The relaxing area is nice and I was excited to find my favorite tea. They only had one China tea cup and the only other option was paper cups for the 5 people in that area. I got the tea cup for myself. I poured the water and the tea pot has cold water in it. I had to start over. The tea kettle was the cheapest Breville tea kettle with not temperature settings. The water got boiling hot but the tea is herbal, green mint or chamomile which doesn't get boiling water. Anyway it was too hot for the tea. My massage therapist was a bit late as they are the ones cleaning the area on the first floor but he apologized and said I still got my full massage time. I didn't mind that. The parking lot next door is under major construction and despite it being Sunday the noise was not massage friendly and I guess the massage rooms had no soundproofing. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are heated. After the massage they rushed us out of the lounging area. We went back down to checkout and get changed and ready for brunch. I took one star away because of the spa facilities, they are kept very clean, however, separation between rooms is very thin, and you constantly hear, squeaking and banging, which is not very relaxing. Also at the table where they offer fresh fruit, they had a pile of apples. It would be nice to have a platter with refreshed sliced fruit or at least some variety. Also, the initial locker I was given did not work so I had to spend time speaking with someone to be changed to one that's did.

Disappointing Experience at E Spa I recently visited E Spa in Miami Beach and left feeling extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The spa's layout and design were a major issue, as I felt uncomfortably exposed during my treatment. Lack of Privacy- The spa's setup is problematic, with treatment areas that don't offer adequate privacy. I was shocked to realize that passersby could see me during my service, which made it impossible to relax. This level of exposure is unacceptable for a spa environment, where clients should feel safe and secluded. Additionally, they used small towels to cover me, I needed two of them as they were so small and awkward. Overpriced Services- I spent nearly $400 on what was supposed to be a luxurious spa day, but it turned out to be just a basic facial. The value for money is simply not there. For such a high price point, I expected top-notch services and a premium experience, but E Spa fell far short of these expectations. Poor Overall Experience The combination of feeling exposed to other clients and the inflated prices for basic services made this one of the worst spa experiences I've had. I left feeling stressed and ripped off, which is the opposite of how a spa visit should make you feel. I cannot recommend E Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality spa experience in Miami Beach. I wanted a cheaper pedicure than from our spa at the hotel so ifound spa e online. I made an appointment and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. Cucumber water in martini glasses upon arrival, slow jams playing, clean white and turquoise color scheme and highly attentive staff. The owner owned spas in vail before being bought out by canyon ranch, then moved to south beach, hung out for a while then "got bored and opened his spa" ten years ago. Kalifa did my pedicure. They have the coolest chairs that the techs move to get you into the right position while you are enjoying cucumber slices on your eyes. She sloughed off tons of dry skin and my feet looked gorgeous. First review here. I decided to sign up for Yelp to review Spa e because my experience there was really incredible. The second I stepped in it was like I hit an Oasis. The atmosphere in the Spa is very refreshing. It's quite modern inside and feels cool but not cold. The sound of running water contributes to the atmosphere, as does the cool cucumber water you're given while you settle in. I had a Happy Feet message by James and it was incredible. He knew exactly which pressure points to hit and I left feeling simultaneously relaxed and energized. Highly suggest to swing by Spa e while you're on Lincoln Road. The sidewalks can get hot and it seems like a really great place to come get refreshed post beach, pre dinner or club. Five Stars! read more

I had the most wonderful experience at Spa E. I normally do not write reviews but I just want to tell everyone. I am a South Beach Local, I want to surprise my friend with something special for his birthday. Brenda the owner stepped in an arranged the most fabulous surprise. Balloons everywhere, Happy Birthday signs, and the mimosas flowed. She even played Happy Birthday by the Beatles when we walked in. We had facials, pedicure, and our eyebrows done We actually floated out of Spa E on Cloud 9. Thank you for an amazing time and for going the extra mile. I recently moved down here and needed to find a new nail place, so I gave this place a shot. She was very rough and cut almost every cuticle and made a couple of them bleed. The 4th picture is what I asked for and I did not receive that. They charged me 68$ for a whole set plus a mandatory 18% tip which was an extra 13.00$. I wouldn't mind tipping that if my nails looked remotely close to the picture I showed her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE TO GET NAILS DONE. She loved it, which is what really mattered, and I thought the spa had a really cool feel and great energy. In addition, she tinted my eye lashes and I had a pedicure. The whole experience was delightful and the environment was way beyond cool. When you book a massage it comes with free valet, but make sure it's validated by the spa receptionist before you leave. Both times I've gotten a massage I've loved it! The reason for the 4 stars is because since we usually get couples massages, the masseuse talked with one another the entire time. I think it's rude since you're trying to relax. Also don't expect anything fancy! The location is super clean thou.

It comes off with regular acetone and doesn't weaken nails as gel products do. It lasts for at least two weeks. Maria is fantastic. She is an expert at Dazzle Dry products, is bilingual and also does waxing and other treatments. The spa also has manicurists who do regular and gel manicures, but my go-to person is Maria for the Dazzle Dry Nails. I've never been happier. In addition, she is a joy to speak with and I go there just to chat if she doesn't have a customer.

A Five-Star Couples Experience at K'ALMA Spa - Miami Beach…read more My daughter gave my husband and me a couples massage package for Christmas, and I was so excited when I finally decided to use our certificate on Friday, April 17, 2026. We had a 1:30 PM appointment at K'ALMA Spa, located inside the Viktor Hotel at 1144 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. Let me start by saying--I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this certificate! From the moment my husband and I arrived, the experience was wonderful. There is valet parking directly in front of the hotel, and we paid $50 for all-day parking, which was convenient because we were able to enjoy the area without worrying about moving our car. When we walked into the hotel, the young lady at the front desk was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. We were escorted to the spa's changing area, which was beautiful and had all the amenities you would expect in a comfortable home bathroom. We were provided with lockers where we could safely store our belongings and change into our spa attire. After changing, we were taken into the Tea Room, where our relaxing experience really began. We were then given a mini tour of the spa. K'ALMA Spa is located one level below the hotel's lobby entrance, and when you walk into the spa, you immediately notice how beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and inviting the atmosphere is. There are even tables where you can purchase products to take home, including spa lotions, exfoliators, candles, incense, and other relaxing goodies. Another lovely young lady gave us a tour of the different rooms, and I thought the attention to detail was amazing. Each room had its own purpose. There was a meditation room, as well as a peaceful reading room where guests can sit, relax, and read something inspirational. Then came the part we were really looking forward to--our couples massage! Our massage therapists were Mr. Nirioldis Turro, who was my therapist, and Ms. Arlettis Bautista Velazquez, who was my husband's therapist. Mr. Turro was absolutely wonderful. Before beginning, he asked me several important questions about the reason for my visit and what areas I wanted him to focus on. I really appreciated that because he wasn't simply giving me a standard massage--he was listening to what I needed. And let me tell you, he was AMAZING from head to toe! He focused on all of my sore areas, especially my shoulders, lower back, and neck. He worked on my muscles, incorporated stretching, and paid attention to the areas where I was experiencing tension. There was honestly nothing about the massage that I did not enjoy. I LOVED IT ALL! My husband had the same wonderful experience with Ms. Arlettis. She listened to the areas he wanted addressed and definitely went to work! By the end of the massage, he felt rejuvenated, relaxed, and completely at ease. The atmosphere made the experience even better. There was soft, peaceful music playing, along with beautiful water sounds that reminded us of water flowing down a mountain. At one point, Ms. Arlettis had my husband so relaxed that he actually started snoring! And you know a massage is GOOD when your husband falls asleep during it! After our massages, we discovered another wonderful surprise about the package my daughter gave us for Christmas. It wasn't just a massage--it came with additional rewards and benefits, including access to the Viktor Hotel's restaurants, pool, and bar. And the location couldn't be better! You are right on Ocean Drive, where there is always something happening. There are restaurants, entertainment, stores, boutiques, beautiful scenery, and so much more. You can easily make an entire day out of the experience. But let me get back to K'ALMA Spa, because this place deserves its own recognition. This was truly a FIVE-STAR SPA EXPERIENCE! From the welcoming staff, beautiful surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, thoughtful tour, comfortable facilities, and, most importantly, the exceptional massage therapists, my husband and I were extremely impressed. A BIG SHOUT-OUT to Mr. Nirioldis Turro and Ms. Arlettis Bautista Velazquez for their professionalism, knowledge, experience, and incredible massage techniques. They both listened to what we needed and made sure we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. My daughter definitely picked a wonderful Christmas gift for us! I would absolutely recommend K'ALMA Spa to my friends and family, and my husband and I will DEFINITELY be back! You fill out a form prior, specifying what you like and don't like as well as the pressure you prefer. I loved my massage and body scribe as they were both super relaxing and the pressure was to my liking. There's a mediation room with music, water and tea. I love the swinging chairs as well
