This is my second time at this location! They are reasonably priced and give great massages! This spa is located at the double tree hotel. When you book a massage it comes with free valet, but make sure it's validated by the spa receptionist before you leave. Both times I've gotten a massage I've loved it! The reason for the 4 stars is because since we usually get couples massages, the masseuse talked with one another the entire time. I think it's rude since you're trying to relax. Also don't expect anything fancy! The location is super clean thou. read more

Had an amazing massage here ! I think my girls name was lili and she was amazing. Not for the shy ... they get in there but nothing they haven't seen. They included hot stone for 1 hour couples it was $180. It's at the double tree in the mall area. They also have a sauna and a bunch of other amenities. Hair, nails, foot massages and even the hair scalp massage everyone is doing. Also they offer the Thai standing on back massage too just ask before so they know. 10/10 read more

Solid nail salon! Additionally to massages Sakarya has a nail salon next door. Location is in the second floor. I called them at 6pm for a 7pm appointment and they were willing to take me. Yay! The girl that did my nails was from Queens NY just like me! It was nice to connect with someone from my hometown. She gave me a gel manicure and it's been several days now and my manicure is still intact. Will definitely be back. Place is located in a double tree hotel. They have valet parking and will validate your parking so you don't have to pay anything just make sure you have cash for tip. Highly recommend read more

There are some pro's and con's of this spa... Pro's- - Easy online booking - Very reasonably priced - Convenient location - 2 hours free valet parking - Pleasant staff Con's- - Massage "rooms" are not really private b/c there are no walls, just sheets - No windows and very dark- feels a bit like a massage parlor - No changing rooms, robes or slippers - Therapist didn't ask about any injuries or desired pressure Having said all that, I would go back. My therapist Jack gave a seriously thorough and enjoyable deep tissue massage. The foot massage (given in a common room with other customers) was fabulous and with headphones on I could forget what was going on around me. Give it a try but don't expect "fancy." read more

Came toast for the lymphatic drainage massage. The actual massage was ok, but the really terrible part was the atmosphere. It was so cold while I was getting the massage that my skin was basically frozen,, they brought in another couple blankets to put on me because there was no temperature control In the room. Not only that , the room was brightly lit, kind of felt like the sun was in my face. Lady had to leave every few minutes to get another towel or something. Overall 2/5. Do not recommend read more

Let me start by saying don't go over the weekend there between noon and 4pm! First my husband and me booked massages at 2:45 ( 30 min foot and 60 min body). When we come they overbooked our appointment so they send other couple home. We sit on the chair at 3:10! They start doing our massage at 3:22. After foot massage they put us in the room close to the entry and the music from Casablanca was so loud because they have on weekends brunch! People were screaming and mix of music was horrible we couldn't relax at all! We asked to change the room and when we changed the room the employees started to talk with each other! This amazing experience was cost us $288 I'm giving this one star because they know how to massage but nothing else! read more

I came here the 2nd time today 1) first they were 25 mins late 2) the front desk person had bo idea what all the treatment included. She wanted to charge me for infra red sauna which is included in their cavitation service mentioned on their website. She flatly said- i haven't read the whole service offering on their own website. 3) most imp- the person Cindy who was my masseur in middle of massage opened the door and started talking to male Masseur with door open and without covering me. When I complained about it she refused to serve me. The manager did come and offer a free massage but after waiting for 40 mins and with this attitude of no offering a service and just excuses i was done! Very very terrible service, no respect for clients and apart from manager and new front person no one speaks English. If you have respect for yourself- don't go here read more

Walks out the room so I'm like screw it, I'll wait because I used a class pass and if you cancel an appointment within 12 hours they charge a fee and I didn't want to go through all that. LOVE this place. I'm so happy I found my new massage I really trust and it's so truly healing. I chose Sakura because of all the great reviews and am incredibly glad I did! I had a 40-minute deep tissue table massage with Kevin (usually 60 minutes but I was pressed for time). Lifechanging! Best massage I've had since I moved back from Thailand a decade ago. It was like Chinese-Thai style, deep pressure, and with hot stones at the end. A bottle of water given to me at the end just like it should be. Very safe, clean and a very cool hotel with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping along the indoor promenade you walk thru to take the escalator to the Sakura. Bring an extra $5 for validated valet parking, and lots of $$ to tip! They accept cards too. Oh, all the lights were off when I arrived there an I thought they were closed, but I guess they just keep it like that to make it peaceful. Just ring the bell on the desk. read more

BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING!!. We Had services booked, arrived then went for car the valet parked like they say is covered on their website. They don't cover valet 4 hours like they say on their website and its not $4 either. Valet charged me 39$. I emailed spa because no one was available thay could handle issue. Now a day after they want me to return to repark and I'm sure repay at valet that they wont cover to come back to fix issue, but I have to be present. They said I must have valeted at a different hotel but I valeted at their hotel. The doubletree. I was traveling for my honeymoon and went there for couples service. I'm not local. I would recommend. I did the couple massage with them and they put us in the same room. They'll ask you if you prefer women or man for the massage. It was really nice, with oil and hot stones, I would recommend to do it soft or medium because hard was too hard. I read the reviews before going and it's true about the waiting time but they did notice before with a text message, it was 20 minutes late but as we got the message on time we get there at the time of the massage and didn't have to wait. They gave us water. The music is relaxing. They have complementary valet parking for 4 hours and the hotel where is located is really nice and have a little mall inside. read more

I was excited to take advantage of Miami Spa Month at Healing Hands because of all the positive reviews. The spa itself was clean, and everyone I interacted with was polite. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, from 6:00 to 6:15 and then again to 6:30. While I was understanding, it wasn't a great start. I paid $153 for a 75-minute massage that was advertised to include deep tissue work, hot stones, three aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Instead, I received about 60 minutes of someone rubbing large amounts of oil across my back. There was very little technique, no real attention to the areas I requested, and none of the relaxing flow or pressure I expect from a professional massage. It was actually uncomfortable at times, and I found myself just waiting for it to end. I don't know if this was due to a lack of experience or a lack of care, but the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. It felt like money wasted. Based on my experience, I'd recommend spending a little more elsewhere if you're looking for a quality massage.

Stayed there for almost 30 min after yelling and calling simultaneously to see if anyone would come. Finally went home defeated. She started harassing me at 2:45pm. At first she said I thought our appt was at 3. Sent her a text of the agreed 2pM time. Then she said she had it written for 2:30pm. I was still outside her spot at that time. Like a fool. Regardless she didn't apologize at all. She told me she didn't want to be yelled at and hung up on me after I spoke one sentence in a normal volume. She made herself the VICTIM. But I got my deposit back! Then hours later she sends a text saying she has me on video destroying her mailbox. Knocked on it and it fell as it was just sitting on concrete breaks. Didn't knock on it hard enough to even hurt my hand. Wasn't even mad at the moment it occurred. Says she's going to file a police report. Why would I hang around all that time later if I truly believe I've destroyed a mailbox. I blocked her and told her do whatever you want. Then she used another phone to text me more. I already did a google review with my first and last name. And I booked an appt as myself. But she texted me my full name and wrote "I've filed a police report" Stay away. This woman couldn't even just say sorry for no call and no showing me. She had to be the one something bad happened to. She ruined my entire day on purpose after I wrote the first review. So here's my second. Avoid this woman at all costs.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting sakura and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the masseuse I had was simply outstanding. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and shown to the waiting area where I was offered a cup of tea while I filled out my paperwork. The ambiance of the parlor was relaxing and calming, with soft music playing in the background and the soothing sound of a fountain. When it was time for my massage, I was led to a private room where the masseuse explained the various massage techniques she would be using and asked about any areas of my body that were particularly tense or in need of attention. She then began the massage, using a perfect combination of firm and gentle pressure to work out all of my knots and tension. The massage itself was absolutely heavenly, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend sakura to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience. The staff are all highly skilled and professional, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future. read more

The massage therapists had a bit of an English barrier so we showed them on the website which massage we'd like to purchase. The price was $295. The massage wasn't great, but not awful. The room was very cold. At the end the massage therapist handed me the credit card machine to pay and the total was $385. I asked her why the discrepancy and she said that tax and tip was included in the price. I had always intended on leaving a tip, but it was strange to me that there was also a tax. When we got back to our hotel room, I looked up to see that there is no tax permitted on massage services in Miami. The next day I checked my credit card statement and saw that I was not just charged $385 but I was charged $411!! I called the spa and was told that there was an additional 3% fee for using my credit card. No one told me this when I called to Book the appointment. The manager told me that she would refund me the extra charges. She blamed the new employees on the error... she acknowledged that because I booked over the phone I wasn't subject to the 3% fee stated on their website because nobody informed me when I called the book. I said that I wanted to give a 20% tip on the service that was $295. It's been two weeks and I still have not received the refund on the extra charges and I will be taking this up with my credit card company. If you're thinking about coming here, don't fall for the reviews that tell you this is the best massage place in the area. The massages were very mediocre as was the spa and I won't be returning again. Make sure to check your credit card statement!!
