This is my second time at this location! They are reasonably priced and give great massages! This spa is located at the double tree hotel. When you book a massage it comes with free valet, but make sure it's validated by the spa receptionist before you leave. Both times I've gotten a massage I've loved it! The reason for the 4 stars is because since we usually get couples massages, the masseuse talked with one another the entire time. I think it's rude since you're trying to relax. They included hot stone for 1 hour couples it was $180. It's at the double tree in the mall area. They also have a sauna and a bunch of other amenities. The girl that did my nails was from Queens NY just like me! It was nice to connect with someone from my hometown. Came toast for the lymphatic drainage massage. The actual massage was ok, but the really terrible part was the atmosphere. It was so cold while I was getting the massage that my skin was basically frozen,, they brought in another couple blankets to put on me because there was no temperature control In the room. She wanted to charge me for infra red sauna which is included in their cavitation service mentioned on their website. She flatly said- i haven't read the whole service offering on their own website. 3) most imp- the person Cindy who was my masseur in middle of massage opened the door and started talking to male Masseur with door open and without covering me. When I complained about it she refused to serve me. The manager did come and offer a free massage but after waiting for 40 mins and with this attitude of no offering a service and just excuses i was done! Let me start by saying don't go over the weekend there between noon and 4pm! First my husband and me booked massages at 2:45 ( 30 min foot and 60 min body). When we come they overbooked our appointment so they send other couple home. We sit on the chair at 3:10! They start doing our massage at 3:22. After foot massage they put us in the room close to the entry and the music from Casablanca was so loud because they have on weekends brunch! People were screaming and mix of music was horrible we couldn't relax at all! We asked to change the room and when we changed the room the employees started to talk with each other! BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING!!. We Had services booked,arrived then went for car the valet parked like they say is covered on their website. They don't cover valet 4 hours like they say on their website and its not $4 either. Valet charged me 39$. I emailed spa because no one was available thay could handle issue. Now a day after they want me to return to repark and I'm sure repay at valet that they wont cover to come back to fix issue, but I have to be present. I did two hours and still didn't want to get up when she was done. The parlor itself was very clean, had relaxing music and a great ambience. I had a 40-minute deep tissue table massage with Kevin (usually 60 minutes but I was pressed for time). Lifechanging! Best massage I've had since I moved back from Thailand a decade ago. It was like Chinese-Thai style, deep pressure, and with hot stones at the end. A bottle of water given to me at the end just like it should be. Very safe, clean and a very cool hotel with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping along the indoor promenade you walk thru to take the escalator to the Sakura. Bring an extra $5 for validated valet parking, and lots of $$ to tip! They accept cards too. Oh, all the lights were off when I arrived there an I thought they were closed, but I guess they just keep it like that to make it peaceful. Just ring the bell on the desk. read more

I would recommend. I did the couple massage with them and they put us in the same room. They'll ask you if you prefer women or man for the massage. It was really nice, with oil and hot stones, I would recommend to do it soft or medium because hard was too hard. I read the reviews before going and it's true about the waiting time but they did notice before with a text message, it was 20 minutes late but as we got the message on time we get there at the time of the massage and didn't have to wait. They gave us water. The music is relaxing. They have complementary valet parking for 4 hours and the hotel where is located is really nice and have a little mall inside. read more
