It is not a luxurious spa experience but it is consistently a great massage with whomever massages you, it is a great price for one hour at $60 & 1/2 hour $40, they also stay open till 10 and always accept walk-ins which is perfect for someone like me who spontaneously decides to get a massage. Easy to book an appointment and the place is clean. Though it has been terribly hot in Miami, it was too cold inside. I had requested a 90-minute body massage. The massage started off great with the right amount of pressure. However, mid-way through, I guess my massage therapist got lazy and the pressure was not how it was when my massage began. So, I would give my massage 2 -stars. Also, there is a charge of $2 if you use your card to pay, which I saw no sign stating that. Anyway, my experience wasn't so great. After being told not to do a hard massage he didn't listen even when I was flinching in pain and asking him over and over to go easier. He also left scratches on my neck and lower back from his nails. The picture attached also shows the bruising on my back. It was the worst massage I have ever gotten. Unfortunately, based on my experience this past Sunday, I have to knock them down a couple of stars. I don't know if these are changes because of the Rona and staffing, but my experience was much different than I had previously. I came in for an hour massage - half hour upper body and half hour foot. Between deadlines at work and assorted other vagaries of life, I needed to get stretched and relaxed. It had always been a good massage, so why should I expect too much different? Well, I did notice that a couple of times during the upper body part of my massage my massage therapist walked out, not sure if to help someone else or do admin.. who knows? I wasn't going to adjust my review because I'm very much aware of multitasking. I mean, she started doing a great job on my foot massage and I dozed off. Then I woke up around 4:50PM - about ten minutes before my hour was completed - and I was by myself in the massage area. In other words, I got the impression that I had been shorted about ten minutes. I also didn't get the water bottle after paying they had been doing prior. This place deserves 0 stars as it is a complete waste of time! I called ahead of time to make an appt for a 1.5 hr massage and woman named Mary said come in 30 mins. I arrive as scheduled and proceed to wait for 25 mins with no acknowledgement. Finally Mary (I presume) asks me to wait another 10 mins so they can clean the room yet she continues to watch a movie or show on her phone. After 10 mins, she takes me back and asks me to sit in a room with 3 other customers and wait with my feet in a cold bucket for the masseuse to come. After another 10 mins soaking in the cold water with still no masseuse I get up and start to leave. Mary then argues with me that she was waiting for me the entire time?!? Really?!? Bc I was the ONLY customer in the waiting room for the last 45 mins without any acknowledgement. I do not recommend coming here- PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD - EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
