Thanks to her, I was able to grow my natural nails out strong and healthy. People are always shocked when I say I don't have extensions. Plus, my cuticles have never looked better. My manicures usually last me 3-4 weeks easily (sometimes even up to 5-6). For pedicures, I go about every other month. If you're looking for a salon that's relaxing, high-quality, and genuinely cares about the health of your nails, I can't recommend DA enough!

Unfortunately, my last two appointments have been completely different. Within 4 days of my most recent appointment, one of my nails chipped and broke on the corner (photo attached). The sharp edge kept catching in my hair. I went back to the salon, and instead of fixing the issue or acknowledging that something was wrong, I was told this was "normal." They simply filed it down, handed me a nail file, and told me to file it myself if it happened again. It happened again two days later on another nail, and now, only 1 week and 6 days after my appointment, another nail has broken. Other nails are already lifting and the polish is separating as well. This is not normal for a properly done Russian manicure. I've been getting Russian manicures for over six years at different salons, and I have never had nails breaking, chipping, or lifting within days. When done correctly, they last 4-6 weeks without lifting or breaking. What makes this even more frustrating is that the salon itself advertises that their manicures maintain a clean, refined look for 3-4 weeks. My experience wasn't even close to that. For $140-$160 per manicure, this level of quality is unacceptable. Even more disappointing was being told that these problems were "normal" instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution. A premium service should come with premium workmanship and customer service. The photos speak for themselves. I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its consistency because my first experience proved they are capable of doing beautiful work. Unfortunately, the last two appointments have not reflected the quality they're advertising or charging for.

They make you feel right at home. The private rooms for services are extremely sterile and clean while still giving a relaxing atmosphere. Since I was anxiously looking for a mobile service , I didn't hesitate to book the appointment when I received a text from Karol. When the day of the appointment came I received a picture from the owner indicating what door I should utilize to access her studio. At that moment I realized the mistake and explained the misunderstanding and offered to pay a cancellation fee. At which point the owner proceeded the charge me for the full service. $130. She argued that she had sent me the address (which is untrue), and that she doesn't offer mobile services although her square profile clearly states 'they'll come to you' under location (see attached picture). Against my wishes, and after a lot of back and forth with the owner, I drove to the salon, which is very far from my house. She sent me a screenshot of what she received from Yelp, and although it didn't specify that I was looking for a mobile service, it clearly showed that I was looking for services in my area, which is very far from her salon. Nonetheless, I decided to make the best of it. I chatted with other customers, the owner, and my nail tech. My nails took a long time, but I didn't mind too much because I was very happy with the result. By the time I was done with my nails, I wasn't feeling my best and wanted to get home, so I informed the owner that I wouldn't be doing my pedicure. I was told that I would be charged for it. I couldn't believe it! Logically, I got the pedicure - I was already there. As an entrepreneur myself I pride myself in providing the very best customer service. Sadly that is not what I experienced today. While I understand that the misunderstanding wasn't entirely the salon's fault, it wasn't mine either. Meeting me halfway would've been a more appropriate response. And forcing me to pay for a pedicure as well was unnecessary. I was so pleased with my nails that I was actually considering going back and recommending the salon to my daughter who works in the area. However, after having experienced the inflexibility of the owner, lack of accountability and poor customer service, I won't be returning and my daughter refuses to go, as well. If anyone is looking for a mobile service beware that this person doesn't offer this service although her square profile states that she does. Only giving it 2 stars because my nail tech did a great job.
