had an amazing experience here at sobe i came with very cracked gel x nails they fixed them completely and cleaned up. very fast and efficient service too.

Lynn was my aesthetician for the day and provided me with a Brazilian wax. She first started with my eyebrows and let the tint set on there while I got my Brazillian. I'm really happy how well she matched my eyebrows and the shape is "giving soft girl era" ‍, exactly what I was going for. I haven't waxed in about 50 days and I had really thick hair. She did an absolutely SEEMLESS JOB I told her about my sensitivity on the top part and she worked with me to wait until I exhaled to pull the wax strips. She did my Brazillian very quick clean and as gentle as she could ‍ Thank you LYNN you're a BOSS!!!!

Many of the employees are Spanish speaking and know limited English, but their work is great. If I come back to Miami and need a mani or pedi again, I will for sure be back!

I called ahead, although there was no answer, a young lady from the salon immediately called me back. I asked her if she had any appointments available for the day and she said I was welcome to come now if I liked so I put on my flip-flops and walked over to the salon. The salon is located on the northwest corner at Lincoln and Alton road. It used to be called 1821 nails but is now called SoBe Nail and Spa. My experience here was superb. I got a regular polish manicure and pedicure with paraffin add on. I did the color Funny Bunny and Henry did my nails. It is not the most beautiful, aesthetic salon, being more utilitarian and with ample massage pedicure chairs. Henry perfectly balanced my manicure, pedicure, paraffin treatment and nail painting. I highly recommend this salon if you want a minimal frills good manicure. They do not offer a glass of wine but what they do offer is a great manicure, wonderful pedicure, well painted nails and good service. I will be back.

Ended up here by chance and was amazing!! Ask for John. He did an amazing job with my french nails and was pretty quick - took a little less than a hour. Super nice as well. Was a pleasure and simply 10/10

I was looking for a place local for a massage and Sobe came up, so I gave it a shot. boy was I surprised ! great massage from a very personable young lady . she did a hot stone massage and hit all the points that were sour. she took her time and gave me a very a perfect massage. went back the following week and had a mani petti done then a second massage . the same young lady did both the pedicure and the massage. the place has some talented young people willing to go the extra to make sure your happy . On a whim walked by this salon and the sweet lady, Lin, convinced us to get an appointment the next day. I'm so glad we did. Loved the staff and had an amazing spa pedicure and gel nails. Great glitter gel selection which is hard to find. Got my nails done while sitting in the massage chairs and loved the outcome of the nails! Would come back but I'm just a tourist here. read more

I am always satisfied with the service they provide, I had done mani , pedi and extra foot massage, I was in heaven, for someone that is on her feeet all week and all day, my feet were like walking in the clouds after. I was actually headed to a different place down the street but something told me to stop and ask how much for a pedicure. So I did and it was actually cheaper than the one I was headed to. Absolutely the worst nail salon. They overcharged and ripped off so many people it's insane. NAILS START AT $111 and they raise it without letting you know. They are extremely rude and abuse their customers. NEVER GO ! I Walked in only to see the manager screaming and shoving the customer who asked for a breakdown of her costs. read more

Waited for two hours to get a polish change and an eyebrow wax. Part of my eyebrow was waxed off on one eye. I was left alone in the room with the door open several times while people walked by during my wax. I walked out of the room at one point while waiting. I was not shown the wax afterwards and didn't realize until after I left that part of the eyebrow was waxed off. For my simple nail service, I waited while other customers who came in after me were cared for and paid. I had my hands soaking in acetone at one point for twenty minutes. I felt rushed and ignored the whole time. Clearly I am upset about my eyebrow and the service. I used to come here quite often. After several instances like this, I will never come back. read more

Terrible service. They overcharged me for taking 3 hair out of my chin. They do this meaning they tip themselves. Very unprofessional also... after my nails were done he completely forgot to scrub my feet. Telling me I should've choose one of the spa packages. Rude, they will speak their language and complain about me leaving some oil in the chair due to my sunburn. Please avoid this place. read more

I would rate 0 stars if possible, I came in for a regular pedicure yesterday which is $30. The pedicure felt very rushed and the man who did my pedicure ripped my cuticles off to the point where they were bleeding, than he continued to put the nail polish over without cleaning the blood or even acknowledging it. Day 2 and my cuticles are swollen and irritated. read more

we came for 2 pedicures and 3 manicures .. this place have a lot of complaint no clean chairs pedicures.they don't used disinfect , they don't treat us good and the lady's here no English we could tell No nails license.. both lady they don't know what they doing . You have to be careful with the credit cards they charge us more than they say . Over charge !! we don't recommend .this bussines.. pls be careful with this vietname guys .. read more

I was in Miami for vacation and they took 4 hours to do TAP fill, pressured me to get a gel pedicure I didn't want, and didn't listen when I asked multiple times to do the waxing first. They missed a bunch of spots with the waxing. I told them I wasn't happy with my manicure because fuzz from the black towel they used got underneath but they wouldn't fix or discount. read more

I had a gel manicure and pedicure that was phenomenal! So much so that when the owner was finished I agreed to have a spa treatment with a half hour massage. Just the ticket to relax and take a much needed break before jumping my flight home from Miami to Philadelphia. I recommend getting the works done. You will be so happy!! When I go back to Miami in the future SOBE Salon is the place for me. read more

This is response back to Chelsea M, we are sorry that the service was not performed up to your expectations. It is on us to do a better job communicating the service that is being performed. There is a big difference quality wise between a full set and a refill. Both services that we were told to do were refills. We fixed your previous broken nail, that was an issue, free of cost and proceeded to do a new refill for you. But there was no mention of this new refill being free from us or anyone agreeing for it to be free. I think what was mentioned on your first visit was that a full set was needed to be performed in order to completely fix the issue, but we are sorry for the misunderstanding. Amazing service, my go to place for nails when I am in Miami. I was so happy I found them again, after they moved from Sunset Harbour to the new location, right on the corner of Alton and Lincoln Road. One of very few places in Miami that offers Gel-X. read more

She is an expert at Dazzle Dry products, is bilingual and also does waxing and other treatments. The spa also has manicurists who do regular and gel manicures, but my go-to person is Maria for the Dazzle Dry Nails. I've never been happier. In addition, she is a joy to speak with and I go there just to chat if she doesn't have a customer.

I've been there a few times and Quan is always super helpful and a pleasure to work with. He takes his time on my mani pedi and always makes sure that I am relaxed and reminds me that the service is about me and it's my time to enjoy. He gives an amazing foot and calf massage and as a former massage therapist I know what a skilled massage feels like he knows what he is doing. One time I had an issue with my nail polish a few days after my appointment and he took his time to fix it when he didn't really have to. I will continue to visit this location as long as Quan is working there. If you're visiting Miami Beach stop in and ask for Quan. read more
